Only downside is that there isn’t a laundry and the kitchen facilities are super basic, mainly just a microwave and plates and cutlery."

"La estancia fue buena!!! La habitación estaba limpia. No había agua caliente pero se habló a recepción y lo resolvieron de inmediato. El servicio a la habitación fue muy bueno. El único detalle es que después de las 5 pm., la entrada es por el estacionamiento, su argumento es que es por seguridad. No es algo que afecte, solo es algo raro o incómodo para algunas personas. Pero sin duda, volvería a hospedarme!!! No tomé ninguna foto!!!"

"The room was really nice, I loved it. The location is superb; everywhere you walk is a scenic spot. It’s the perfect place for some leisure and entertainment after a business trip. The staff were very helpful, coming a long way to assist me with my luggage. Breakfast was very rich, with lots of local delicacies like tacos, beef, and bread. The only downside is that the soundproofing isn't great. Overall, it's worth visiting again."

"This hotel is an independent, locally owned hotel, not part of any hotel chain. I have confirmed that this company has no business relationship with the Econo Lodge chain, which has locations throughout the United States. The hotel is a brand new, modern building with all new hardware and facilities. The front desk staff speaks English, making communication easy. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a quiet environment for rest. A Walmart is right next door, and outside the supermarket, numerous local food trucks offer authentic and popular dishes, attracting locals and doing brisk business. I highly recommend that guests staying here try them. The subway station is just across the street from the hotel, providing convenient access to public transportation. The hotel offers a local-style buffet breakfast, sufficient for most guests' breakfast needs. Given its excellent value for money, I highly recommend this unique local hotel to tourists visiting Mexico City."

"The charge for booking breakfast is unreasonable. Two breakfasts are included in the room. In addition, breakfast for a 7-year-old child is also charged. "Overall the hotel was good. The room was clean and organized, neat, no issues. Shower was nice and hot, comfy bed and a safe, all good. No minibar or fridge however, which is maybe a bit underwhelming for a 4 star hotel but it was fine for me. Location was good, reasonably close to the city centre and with several public transport options nearby. (Though I found the public transport quite confusing in Mexico City) My only issue was that I originally booked through another agent and when I arrived the hotel informed me that the booking had been cancelled on the same day I booked it, and they wouldn't offer me the room or price match to the original booking, so booking the second time was about 8 euro more expensive, not a lot, but irritating. However I contacted my other agency and the informed me that it was due to a failure for the confirmation going through on their end, so not the hotel's fault."
