Miami Hotels with Jacuzzi

"I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location."

"The room is very large and the environment is very good. The toiletries are Spain Nature Biss . I booked the first night on Trip.com. I booked the second night on the official website. It was a double breakfast and a package for playing. When I checked in, I had two different orders for two nights. I didn’t need to change the room. The front desk said that I had to re-brush the key the next day. Just one time, the result was that at noon the next day, I received a bank short message and deducted more than 400 dollars in pre-authorization. I asked Trip.com to ask the hotel. I thought I was going to continue to deduct my one-night room rate, but the amount was cheaper than the first night booked by Trip.com. Go to the front desk to explain the situation and ask them to refund me and say that they have taken it. After the pre-authorization, I checked out for two nights and asked the hotel to refund. I didn’t say that I had refunded it for half a month. I returned to the country and called the bank. The pre-authorization was still frozen. I asked Trip.com to call the hotel. The hotel said that it was processed when I checked out, but now the pre-authorization is still frozen. I don’t know what to do. What a ghost!"

"The only thing going for this hotel is the free shuttle bus to and from the airport Shuttle bus drivers were extremely helpful and friendly. Other staff not so. The entire hotel is in need of an upgrade and a good clean"
