"The butler service was excellent, and we received a complimentary upgrade to a prestige sea-view room. Facing the ocean directly was a wonderful experience. The hotel facilities were also good, but unfortunately, due to the rain, we couldn't fully enjoy the outdoor activities. The hotel is very close to the beach, the sand is fine, and the scenery is beautiful. It would have been even better if a complimentary buffet dinner was included. The hotel does provide a voucher for a restaurant, but it only covers three dishes for free, and adding more dishes is quite expensive. It's a matter of personal choice, but the food tasted pretty good. The indoor children's play area is large, and my child loved it. I couldn't find a separate switch for the bathroom light in the room, which made it a bit inconvenient for washing up after my child was asleep. Overall, it was still a great stay, and I would come back again."

"Environment: My stay at the Hyatt Resort Hainan Fuli Ocean Paradise was fantastic! The hotel's overall atmosphere is amazing, with beautiful tropical garden landscapes facing the lake and amusement park. A stroll through it is incredibly therapeutic, perfect for a relaxing family getaway with kids. Cleanliness: The cleanliness was impeccable. Housekeeping was meticulous, the bedding was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spotless and dry. Public areas were also well-maintained and tidy, showing great attention to detail. Service: The staff were warm, welcoming, and polite. Upon arrival, the concierge proactively helped with our luggage, which we greatly appreciated. The front desk staff who checked us in were very enthusiastic, explained the package details thoroughly, and processed our check-in efficiently. They were prompt in responding to requests and their attitude was thoughtful and considerate. Facilities: The hotel boasts excellent facilities. The rooms are spacious, and the balcony offers expansive views. The swimming pool, kids' club, and gym are all fully equipped. Guests also have exclusive access to Ocean Paradise via a dedicated pathway, making it incredibly convenient for excursions. I particularly want to commend the ”Island Fun for Kids, Lake Echoes and Blooming Years” children's activity. The content was rich and engaging, keeping the little ones fully entertained and happy throughout. The activity was well-organized, significantly enhancing our family vacation experience. Overall, everything was very satisfactory, making it ideal for family travel. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit to Lingshui, and I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling with children!"

"The room was spacious, clean, and tidy, and the service was patient. There was even a small tent, which my child absolutely loved. With two bathrooms, it was very convenient for the elderly. The hotel is very close to the beach and offers some parent-child activities, making it perfect for a family vacation. My child said they want to come back again next time!"

Environment: The hotel is nestled between mountains and the sea, surrounded by tropical greenery, away from the city's hustle and bustle, creating a perfect vacation atmosphere. The infinity pool on the cliff faces the ocean directly, offering superb views of the Shenzhou Peninsula lighthouse in the distance. The villa area is well-arranged and offers excellent privacy. The location is convenient, with easy access to Shimei Bay and Shenzhou Peninsula by car."

"Room Facilities: The floor-to-ceiling panoramic ocean view is breathtaking. You can admire the jelly-colored sea and sunrise right from your bed. The balcony is spacious and airy, and a gentle sea breeze instantly melts all your stress away. The Heavenly Bed® truly lives up to its reputation with excellent support, paired with the signature white tea scent that ensures a wonderful night's sleep. Value for Money: Excellent. The RMB 598 Chinese set meal for four was massive—we left rolling out of the restaurant. It was much more comfortable and hassle-free than going out to look for coconut chicken. Breakfast: A rich variety of Chinese and Western options. Highly recommend the freshly boiled Lingshui sour noodles and *Qingbulang* (local coconut milk dessert). There are two types of freshly squeezed juices every day, and they taste authentic. WiFi: Free WiFi throughout the hotel with a very stable signal; streaming videos on the balcony was completely lag-free. Bed: The signature Westin bed strikes the perfect balance between firmness and softness, and the white tea scent aids sleep wonderfully. Restaurants: The noodle bar and lobby lounge offered the best experiences, with staff proactively helping us calculate discounts. The coconut chicken soup and Wenchang poached chicken at the Chinese restaurant were very authentic. Cleanliness: The room was meticulously cleaned with not a speck of dust in any corner, and the bedding was crisp, dry, and comfortable. Parking: Free surface and underground parking spaces available, making self-driving very convenient. There are also EV charging stations. Room View: The absolute highlight of this hotel! Every floor has a public viewing platform, and the ocean view transitions in layers from deep blue to jelly blue—it's utterly therapeutic. Location & Transportation: About a 70-minute drive from Sanya Airport. The hotel offers a free shuttle bus to the duty-free shop and airport—just remember to book one day in advance. Service: Kelly, our butler, was super responsive and proactively reached out before check-in to follow up on our room requests. Swimming Pool: The main pool is an infinity pool with stunning views, while the lower grotto lazy river pool feels super mystical. There are also water slides for kids, so you can play in the water without getting sunburned. Gym: A standalone Westin workout facility with professional and fully equipped gear. Running while facing the lush gardens puts you in a fantastic mood. Would stay here again: I've already recommended it to all my friends with kids. The ”singing beach” and grotto pool alone are worth every penny. I will definitely be back next time for a lazy, relaxing getaway!"

"This guesthouse was recommended online, and after staying there, I had a really great experience. It completely surpassed the 'influencer-favorite' family hotel we stayed at on the first night. First off, the community environment is lovely with an outdoor pool and a children's play area. The room itself is very spacious and clean, and the bed is large enough, making it perfect for families with two adults and two children. Secondly, it's very close to the beach; you can see the sea from the room and it's just a five-minute walk away. I noticed there aren't many dining options in Lingshui itself, but there's a small commercial street nearby, which makes finding food very convenient. If I come back to Lingshui in the future, I'll definitely choose to stay here again."
