"We stayed at this hotel because of its proximity to Disneyland, which was very convenient for our trip. They picked up us from hotel to Disneyland and also back to hotel after Disneyland. The location is great, and the staff was attentive and helpful. However, the room we were initially assigned had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, which was a downside. Fortunately, when we reported the issue, the staff quickly offered us an alternative room, which we really appreciated. I would recommend that the hotel take extra care to prevent this from happening to other guests. Overall, we had a good experience, but the hotel could improve in ensuring rooms are always fresh and odor-free."

"Thank you very much to the owner of the B&B. First, the space is large and the environment is very quiet. The owner will respond to any request. As long as you ask, the owner will arrange it for you. Second, breakfast for 2 days was provided. 5 people. Very satisfied. I went to Disney, and the pick-up and drop-off arranged for the next day was also implemented. Before leaving, my watch was left in the room, and the owner found it for me in time and mailed it to my home by SF Express. I will still book this store next time I go to Shanghai. "Staying during the National Day in 2023, the whole homestay is located in the center of Zhujiajiao, very close to the Chenghuang Temple cruise ship terminal, surrounded by restaurants, many choices, there are many elegant cafes on the right hand side of West Lake Street, the design style of the homestay is simple, elegant, retro, The interior of the room is spacious and comfortable, and the objects used are also of high quality. It is also equipped with floor heating, which is also warm and comfortable in winter."

"The room was unique and very cute. The hotel provided us with a free ride to and from Disneyland which was very handy. The staff were nice and friendly and approachable. The breakfast was hearty and home-like, which we liked a lot. The problem we had was it was somewhat difficult to get to the hotel itself, as it was pretty far away from any metro or bus station. You have to get a taxi, if you need to get somewhere. There was a street 700 meters away from the hotel which had some restaurants and a local supermarket (which had a pretty good selection, if you want to get local goods). So no convenience store or fast food chains in near 2 kms."

"Service: The front desk service was excellent; they were always available to communicate and resolve any issues. Facilities: The facilities are very comprehensive, and having a washing machine with a built-in dryer is a huge plus! Environment: The soundproofing is excellent, the blackout curtains work perfectly, and the room lighting is also great. I would definitely stay here again! Highly recommended!"

"Loved the stay here. Would recommend and would go back if I go to Shanghai again. Firstly, location. It is very near to the main shopping street, Minisoland is about 7mins walk away. It is very close to many main tourist attractions. Secondly, the breakfast is very good. They change their menu everyday. Breakfast has wide variety of food too. Even if you go late at like 9.30am or even close to 10am (their closing time), food is still fresh and a lot. Thirdly, service is really good. When we reached, it was after midnight already. The front desk staff offered to help bring our luggage up for us, into the room. He even carried the luggage and placed on the luggage rack for us leaving our room. Most staff are fluent in English too and would say ”Good morning” to us instead of 早安. On our last day of stay they even delivered coffee and cakes up to our room at night. Lastly, room cleanliness and the room. Our room was big and clean and wide. They clean our room everyday and change the bedsheets and towels too, even though we told them we didn't need to. It says Queen bed online but in fact they have a bigger bed -- King bed. The single bed was also bigger than expected."

"We recently stayed at the Conrad Shanghai, and it was a truly wonderful experience from start to finish. Perfectly located in the heart of the city, the hotel offers easy access to top attractions, shopping areas, and transport links. The views from the higher floors are breathtaking—especially at night. What touched us the most was the surprise birthday gift for our baby—a beautifully wrapped present and a handwritten card waiting for us in the room. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made the stay even more special and memorable. Small details like this show the level of care and attention Conrad is known for."

"Was there for 3 nights with my friends. We can’t find a review of this place online especially from Thai tourist but fine, we want to take a risk. It was an absolutely amazing place to stay! Room is new and they offer daily cleaning plus 2 bottles of water every day (mini bar on the first day is free) and one thing that I love is they provide a common area like dining area on floor! Plus, on the ground there are coffee shop, salon, gym, family mart and McDonald. But the thing is it took me only 1 minute to subway Laoximen station (exit 1) which very convenient to travel to the bund, Shanghai disneyland, it’s super convenient traveling by taxi and it take less than 10 mins walk to Xintiandi, my favourite area! We would love to stay here again next time."

"The BnB was very clean, and the location is perfect for anyone visiting Disneyland. They offer free Disneyland drop-off and pick-up service, as well as airport transfers, which is super convenient. The property is also very family-friendly, making it a great choice for travelers with kids. The team showed great hospitality throughout my stay. There’s also a pool and a breakfast room, and the breakfast was lovely. The lady in the kitchen is very kind, and all the staff were incredibly helpful. It was also very convenient to order food through *******, and the bus stop is just 5 metres from the BnB. I truly enjoyed my entire stay. The room was exactly as described in the pictures. "The room was immaculate, and the overall environment was charming. It featured a kitchen, perfect for whipping up a quick breakfast. Its location right next to a shopping mall with a large supermarket was incredibly convenient! On the fifth floor, there's also an open-air garden offering breathtaking night views of Shanghai. Plus, I received a complimentary upgrade to a suite this time, which was incredibly comfortable. Thumbs up! 👍"
