When planning a trip to Huinan, I confidently chose this Heyi Tang Hotel. The overall experience was truly delightful. The hotel is a five-minute walk from Line 16 Huinan Station, making it convenient for shopping and daily commutes. What was particularly thoughtful was the hotel’s provision of free shuttle buses that can transport guests to and from Disneyland, the Wildlife Park, Haichang Ocean Park, and Pudong Airport, eliminating the hassle of taking taxis during outings. The front desk staff were friendly and meticulous, and the check-in and check-out processes were highly efficient. The rooms were clean and bright, with full-house smart voice control. The bedding was soft and breathable, and the room’s soundproofing was excellent. The bathroom had a separation between wet and dry areas, and the hot water pressure was stable and plentiful. The hotel offered a wide range of amenities, including a fully self-service breakfast, warm evening snacks even late at night, a free laundry facility, a gym, and a large children’s play area. Additionally, there was a free foot soak bucket available to alleviate travel fatigue. This hotel offers exceptional value for money, making it suitable for both family outings and business trips. If I were to visit Huinan again, I would choose this place.

This photo was taken after our first day, and the room was cleaned spotless! This was our first time staying at an Orange Hotel, and we were pleasantly surprised! The room was spacious and very comfortable. We were on the 15th floor, right by the elevator, but it was incredibly quiet! We couldn't hear a sound from outside the window or in the hallway. We booked a king-sized room, and the space was huge. We had two large suitcases and two smaller ones, and even with them all open, there was still plenty of room left! The pillows were also very comfortable, likely memory foam. Their service was excellent too; we had a lot of packages delivered, and they patiently found them all and even brought them to our room. The only minor downside is that the hotel is located between two subway stations, making it a bit of a walk. This was one of the most comfortable hotels we've ever stayed in. We'll definitely come back here next time we're in Shanghai.

I've found a real gem in this modern tower. The hotel occupies floors 15 to 18, and the reception is a 10/10 – the staff are super friendly, they offer coffee, tea, and little pastries, and there's also a very comfortable coworking area. The rooms are like a small studio with a kitchenette: microwave, washing machine, dryer, a full-size fridge, and plenty of closet space. The bed and pillows are extremely comfortable, and the shower… wow! The water pressure is amazing, absolutely wonderful. The door is floor-to-ceiling, so steam from long showers doesn't escape into the rest of the room. The sink area is a bit small, but it's fine for one or two people. Special mention: the magnifying mirror and the Japanese toilet – a real luxury that I really appreciated. We were so comfortable that we ended up extending our stay by 3 more days. The only downside: the metro is about 1 km away, maybe a bit more. But the value for money is so good that what you save on the hotel easily covers a taxi ride. From now on, this will be my go-to place in Shanghai. Highly recommended. I'll definitely be back.

Finding a hotel this time around took ages, and a lot of the reviews I saw weren't great, including other Huazhu hotels. Even though this place had decent reviews and a friend recommended it, I was still a bit nervous before checking in. **Environment:** The hotel entrance felt a little cramped, but once inside, it instantly felt comfortable. The light, minimalist style is exactly what I like. The room layout was also very pleasant; the lighting and space were both great. **Facilities:** The room had a coffee machine ☕ which was very convenient, and a fridge (with soft drinks inside). The lobby also had water brewed by the hotel itself. **Hygiene:** Very clean! This was my biggest concern, and I gave it a thorough look-over as soon as I entered. **Service:** I was genuinely impressed with the service this time. Staff members would actively approach and ask if I needed anything if we made eye contact, always with a smile. The cleaning lady even politely greeted me with a 'Good morning' as I left my room and asked, 'May I clean the room now?' Just a minor point: the front desk staff said the room they arranged had a better view (facing the golf course), but all I saw was a messy rooftop 🤣. However, it was quiet, which was a plus and didn't affect my overall satisfaction. **Food:** The breakfast selection was quite comprehensive, covering Chinese and Western styles, coarse grains, fine noodles, and fruits. If you're not looking for steak for breakfast, it's perfectly adequate for a regular meal (didn't get a full photo, but there's also a coffee machine and toaster 🍞).

This time, my flight was delayed due to weather, so I checked in at 11 PM. The next morning, I took the hotel's free shuttle to the airport at 6 AM. The front desk service was excellent; they even had extra staff on hand at 11 PM to help with check-ins because so many passengers from my flight, who didn't want to stay at the airline-arranged hotel, opted for Vienna instead. The breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. This is the best hotel I've stayed at near the airport. It'll be my first choice for my next layover.

The room offered a great view, was clean, tidy, and free of any unpleasant odors. There were plenty of shopping malls nearby, and a wide variety of food delivery options. While you need to book the Disney shuttle and Pudong Airport shuttle a day in advance (you can't use them on the day of check-in), the hotel is conveniently located close to both, and taxis are also a very quick and easy option.

The surrounding area is very convenient for shopping, with Raffles City North Bund just across the street. The breakfast is good, and the view from the Sky Palace on the top floor is beautiful. There were only two bottles of water in the room, and a note indicated an additional charge of 2 yuan for each extra bottle. This practice feels a bit odd, as even smaller hotels usually provide an ample supply of bottled water.

Had a great stay, and they even upgraded my room! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was huge. The overall facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The garden environment was very pleasant. The service was also excellent, and breakfast could be delivered to the room. All the staff were very enthusiastic. I forgot their names, but I definitely have to mention the front desk guy today – he was especially helpful! I'll come again next time.

This time, my experience was much better than last! The room had no strange smells, and the overall cleanliness was great. Even though it was still quite crowded this time (probably due to the summer holiday), everything was well-organized. Check-in was smooth, and I managed to catch the shuttle bus downstairs at 7:25 AM, though it didn't drop us off until around 7:40 AM after waiting a bit for it to depart. Still, pretty good! **Environment:** Excellent! **Round-trip shuttle bus from hotel to Disneytown:** We only left at 7:25 AM (because we were really pushing it with time, it was already quite late!). After waiting a bit, we were dropped off at the entrance at 7:40 AM. I recommend heading straight for TRON Lightcycle Power Run first – it's my favorite! However, when we got there, we already had to queue for half an hour, so if you can wake up earlier, definitely do so! **Early Park Entry (up to 1 hour before opening):** It was useful! We only rode TRON Lightcycle Power Run, which was great. But I managed to get a lot of photos with no other guests! Also, while walking from Tomorrowland towards Toy Story Land, we happened to catch Mickey and Minnie doing their thing before the park even opened. It only took 8-10 minutes to queue, which I wasn't thrilled about. But the staff told me, 'Oh my goodness, you have no idea, it usually takes two hours to queue for this!' So we waited for a bit and got to interact with them! Satisfied!

The hotel looks exactly like the pictures! The location is perfect, very close to the metro station. We stayed in a two-story (duplex) room as a family, and it was incredibly comfortable and cozy. The window view of ”1000 Trees” and the river was absolutely breathtaking. The breakfast had a great variety of delicious options, and the reception staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. We had a wonderful and relaxing trip. Thank you!
