I'm really afraid of stepping on the pit when I bring my baby to Disney. Staying in this hotel this time has become the most reassuring decision in the whole trip. I must praise it. First of all, the free Disney tour service provided by the hotel is especially suitable for parent-child families. Before, I was worried that I would be very tired of taking care of the baby in line and looking at the route, but this time the guide will take us all the way to help the children familiarize themselves with the project area in advance, and will also adjust the order according to the flow of people on that day. There is a long queue for popular projects, and the guide will remind us which ones to play first and which ones are suitable for the night, so as to take fewer detours. For families who come to Disney for the first time and don't want to spend time studying strategies, this service is really worry-free. I am also very satisfied with the hygiene of the hotel. The lobby and public areas are very clean, and you won't feel messy when you take your children in and out. The guest room is meticulously cleaned, the table and floor are very fresh, the bathroom has no strange smell, and the bedding is clean and soft. I feel relieved that the child is running around the room. The room is well ventilated. After playing all day, you can have a good rest, which is especially important for parent-child travel. The front desk service is also worthy of recognition. If you go through the formalities with your baby faster, the experience will be much better. The check-in and check-out at the front desk is very neat, and the consultation will be patiently explained, which will not make people feel impatient. Although it is a small detail, I can really feel that the hotel is attentive to the service. On the whole, what impresses me most about this hotel is not the fancy publicity, but the real tour service, the clean room, and the considerate front desk service. When traveling with a family, what I'm most afraid of is that I don't feel at ease and I'm too tired to play. This hotel just takes care of these problems. When I come to Disney in the future, I will still give priority to this place, and I will also recommend it to other families traveling with children.

We thoroughly enjoyed the stay! My daughter especially love the animals in the accommodation and we only wished we stayed longer! The service was top notch! They even helped me book a taxi to send my luggage to the next hotel instead of having me going back to hotel to arrange for it! I was out at another place quite far and it was too troublesome to get back to hotel to collect the luggage. They were the best!!! We felt very well taken care of and well rested! They also rent out a super luxurious stroller that totally make the Disney trip a breeze! My kid still needs her nap and it helped to age a nice trolley to nap in!

This hotel is 8-9 years old, and the facilities are quite poor. There's absolutely no street view. I initially went to the Marriott Renaissance by mistake, which is around the same price and also has similar operating hours, but it's in a much higher building. If you're not in one of the street-facing rooms at the Mercure, you're looking right at the back of a residential complex. 😢 The late-night snack was just noodles and wontons from that day! And the breakfast the next morning 😂😂😂 was even worse... I arrived at 9:20 AM and most of the food was gone, and they weren't restocking it promptly. I observed that by 9:45 AM, there was hardly anything good left. If you want breakfast, you better go early! I came here based on Ctrip reviews, but honestly, it was just mediocre. I don't know why it has so many good reviews! The Marriott Renaissance, for a similar price, offers city night views (not of the Oriental Pearl Tower, though) and an indoor pool, and it's closer to Yu Garden. The two hotels are only about a 10-minute walk apart! Anyway, if there's a next time, I'll definitely choose the Marriott Renaissance. 😂😂😂 Oh, and the hairdryer in the hotel 😂😂😂 had a bad connection; I had to hold it to make it work. I also don't know if it was just my imagination, but when I first entered the bathroom, there was a slight smell of urine... and my nose is particularly sensitive. To sum it up in one sentence... this room is not worth 1200! The service, however, was very good! No doubt about that.

Rooms are spaceous and clean. Wifi connects easily without a million settings . TV in the room connects to your personal devices via screen mirroring. Orders and deliveries arrive via robots . Quite futuristic. Two elevators working non stop makes it easy to go downstairs - we stayed at 17th floor. Second floor has a gym and a laundry room - yiu can iron your shirt you have all basic requirements covered. Breakfast is an amazing bufet with so much variety and is also available until 11 AM! Check in staff super helpful and kind. They gave gifts to my little daughter and also carried luggage all the way to my room when checking in . Since the hotel.is quite big and not overbooked, it's very quiet at night and you can rest very well. I dont usually have time to leave reviews but I feel like this hotel deserves a big Thank You for our stay.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel's location is ideal—close to two metro stations and two lively streets, which made getting around very easy. Our room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped for a relaxing stay. The staff was very attentive and friendly, and the breakfast offered a great selection of tasty options. I would definitely stay here again!

This hotel far exceeded my expectations! First off, the huge floor-to-ceiling windows really brightened my day, and the daily room cleaning was impeccable. Second, a special shout-out to the housekeeping lady – I have back issues and can't sleep on soft beds, so I mentioned it to her when I left. When I returned, I found the mattress had been flipped, and I slept incredibly comfortably. Third, the room service was prompt and polite. Fourth, the breakfast buffet was absolutely delicious, and the late-night noodles were fantastic – who knew I could come back at 11 PM and get a piping hot and tasty bowl of soup noodles! Lastly, the airport drop-off service was such a thoughtful touch. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Disneyland!

Great stay! The hotel has a quiet and elegant ambiance, and the rooms are clean and spacious with soft and comfortable bedding. The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in and check-out were very efficient. They even proactively asked if we'd like an upgrade, and the upgrade price was reasonable! My family thought the breakfast was just okay. There was only one elevator working, so we occasionally had to wait, which wasn't ideal. The location is good; we walked to the Bund. I'd consider staying here again next time.

We enjoyed our stay at Ocean Shanghai Hotel. The room was spacious and perfect for our family of four. The beds were huge and comfortable, and we liked having a bathtub and a small living area with a couch. The room had a cozy, rustic charm that made it feel welcoming. The breakfast was good with plenty of options to choose from. We also had dinner at the revolving restaurant on the 27th floor, which offered lovely city views. Be sure to make a reservation in advance if you plan to dine there. Note that the breakfast area is on the 1st floor and separate from the revolving restaurant. The staff were kind, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. A few minor things could be improved. The shampoo and body wash provided were quite small and not enough for a family of four. Complimentary bottled water was limited, and extra bottles came at an additional cost. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with spacious rooms, good food, and helpful staff. We would happily stay here again.

I really enjoyed this hotel; it's quite interesting. This time, I stayed in the cheapest room type and arrived late at night, but it was still a good experience. Next time, I'll book a more expensive room for a proper staycation. Mr. Zhang at the front desk was very kind and helped me with my luggage. There was also a young lady and a security guard who helped out – everyone was really nice.

Yeah is my 1st time coming to china shanghai. Location is very convenient with beside metro station. Opposite was century park, inside park have lot excited explore. Travelling anywhere by didi also easy. Peaceful hotel
