MMomo GWe had such an amazing experience at this Disney hotel, and I truly feel like this property deserves every bit of praise. My husband, our 6 kids, and I traveled all the way from Orlando, Florida in America, and after such a big trip, staying somewhere this welcoming, clean, and well-run meant so much to us. From the moment we arrived, the staff made such a strong impression on me. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, welcoming, patient, and genuinely helpful. It did not feel fake or forced at all, it felt like they truly cared about making sure our stay was comfortable and special. One thing I really want to mention is that even with us traveling from America, the language barrier was honestly not hard at all when dealing with the staff. That was something I truly appreciated. Everyone was so kind, so patient, and so willing to help that communication never felt stressful. They made everything feel easy and comfortable, and that meant a lot, especially traveling with a big family and small children. No matter what we needed, they did their best to help us understand and made sure we felt taken care of. That level of effort, patience, and kindness goes a very long way, and they really made us feel welcome. The staff went above and beyond in so many little ways, and those things really added up. Any time I had a question, needed help, or wasn’t sure about something, someone was there with a smile, ready to help without hesitation. That kind of service stands out, especially when you are traveling with family, and it made such a huge difference for us. They were not just “nice” .They were the kind of staff that makes you stop and think, wow, these people really care. You can feel when people are just doing a job, and you can also feel when people are truly making an effort to give guests a great experience. This staff absolutely did that. Now let me talk about the cleanliness, because honestly this is one of the cleanest hotel properties and rooms I have ever seen in my life. I do not say that lightly. The moment we walked in, everything looked absolutely spotless. Not just tidy, not just “good enough,” but truly immaculate. The room looked fresh, polished, and cared for in a way that is hard to explain unless you see it for yourself. Every surface looked pristine. The floors were clean, the bathroom was shining, the bedding felt fresh and perfectly maintained, and the entire room gave that rare feeling of being deeply, properly cleaned. There was not that uneasy hotel feeling some places have where you start wondering what has or has not really been cleaned. This place felt the complete opposite. It felt sanitized, refreshed, and cared for to the highest standard. The room was so clean that it immediately made us feel comfortable enough to fully relax. When you are staying with children, cleanliness matters even more, and this hotel absolutely exceeded expectations. I noticed the details, and the details matter. The bathroom was spotless, the beds looked crisp and fresh, the furniture was clean, the floors looked amazing, and the whole room felt like it had been cleaned with real care and pride. Even beyond the room itself, the entire property was unbelievably clean. That is what impressed me so much. Usually a hotel might have a nice room, but the hallways, common areas, elevators, or grounds do not always match that same level of care. Here, the cleanliness was consistent everywhere. The entire property was beautifully maintained, and you could clearly tell that cleanliness is taken seriously at every level. Everything looked so well-kept, so polished, and so intentionally maintained that it honestly made the whole stay feel even more luxurious and relaxing. It is such a good feeling to be able to fully settle in and enjoy your stay without noticing dirt, neglect, or things being overlooked. This hotel gave us that peace of mind completely. You can tell there is real effort behind the scenes to keep ever

AAnonymous UserI always stay at Ji Hotel, and this time on my trip south from Hangzhou to Shanghai, I stayed at Ji Hotel all the way. The newly renovated hotel is very comfortable, clean, and hygienic. The breakfast selection is quite rich, with an auntie freshly preparing wontons and noodles. Coffee, yogurt, milk, soy milk, fruits, fried rice, stir-fried dishes, siomai, xiaolongbao, steamed buns, tofu pudding, sausages – it's perfect for a brunch. There's plenty of seating in the restaurant, so no need to worry about not finding a spot. Since my flight was in the evening, I specifically asked the front desk if I could check out later, and they gladly agreed. Depending on room availability, the latest I could check out was 2 PM. 👍🏻 Finally, a big shout-out to the location! Right next to Xujiahui Park and commercial areas like Metro City, it offers both tranquility and vibrancy. The hotel's location is a great spot that's quiet yet close to all the action.

AAnonymous UserChoosing the right accommodation truly elevated our Disney experience! The hotel's location is superb, making dining, entertainment, and transportation incredibly convenient. The room hygiene was impeccable; it was so clean and tidy that we felt completely relaxed. The front desk staff were attentive and reliable, making check-in a breeze, and they were proactive in resolving any requests we had. The complimentary shuttle service to and from Disneyland was a thoughtful touch, making transport hassle-free. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the toiletries were high-quality, offering a great user experience. We also enjoyed the free massage chairs in the lobby, along with freshly ground coffee and daily brewed plum juice available at all times. On a night we returned late from the park, our clothes hadn't dried, and a staff member thoughtfully offered to dry and fold them for us. This level of detailed service truly made our stay exceptionally comfortable.

YYiyiyaoayaoMy child had an exam nearby, so I wanted to find a close place to rest. I'd seen this hotel being renovated and thought I'd give it a try. I arrived earlier than my check-in time and asked if there was an available room I could get into sooner. I ended up waiting about 10 minutes until a room was ready, and then they gave me the key card. Upon entering, it was clear the room had just been cleaned – the floor was still wet, a sign it had just been mopped. It had a smart toilet, and I didn't use the shower. The hand soap was verbena-scented, and there were two bottles of Nongfu Spring bottled water. Being on the side facing the residential area, it was relatively quiet. The air conditioning was powerful. The TV was a Skyworth smart TV, which allowed for on-demand content and screen mirroring. There's a small booth seating area with cushions and a small coffee table in the room, which is great for eating and means you're not just confined to the bed. Everything I've mentioned so far was satisfactory, but now for a pretty critical issue. As shown in image three, this huge bag of trash was left outside my door from 10 AM until 2:30 PM. It was ridiculous. Every time I went in or out, I could smell the garbage. There's actually a partition between rooms a bit further down; if it had been placed even 5 or 10 meters further away, I wouldn't have had to complain. This was particularly disappointing. The trash caused significant air pollution and was a very unpleasant experience. I hope the hotel takes this seriously and properly trains and assesses its service staff.

GGuest UserThe style of this hostel reminds me a bit of one I stayed at in Hangzhou last year. The only difference is that one didn't have windows, which left a bit of a negative impression on me. So, I'm really happy that this one has windows. The common area is quite large. Last night, they were playing something that seemed like 'Inception', but I didn't get to finish watching it because my clothes got wet in the rain, and I had to go back to my room. Can't believe I ran into such heavy rain in Shanghai. There's a fridge and a microwave, so the pork liver congee I packed last night won't go to waste. The only minor downside was that the charging plug by my bed wasn't working. I told the front desk, and a technician fixed it right away. Thanks to the front desk duo, Shilin and her colleague, for their proactive and enthusiastic service. It's a shame my drink was taken away, though, haha.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and beautiful, very clean, and well-equipped. The washing machine, especially its wash and dry function, was incredibly practical. The breakfast was outstanding, with five or six different noodle options, plus prawns, yogurt, tofu pudding, and so much more – the variety was truly impressive. The front desk service was also excellent; both the young men and women at the reception and the security guards were very welcoming.

GGuest UserThis stay far exceeded my expectations! The most pleasant surprise was the hotel's complete replacement of all linen and bedding. Everything felt soft, dry, and had no strange odors. The配套 latex memory foam pillow perfectly contoured to my neck, ensuring an exceptionally restful night's sleep. The mattress core had also been fully replaced, offering a medium-firm support that prevented any backaches even after extended sitting or lying down. Dealing with laundry when traveling is usually a headache, but the hotel thoughtfully provides a free laundry service. They wash, dry, and neatly fold your clothes before returning them to your room, saving you the expense of outside dry cleaning. The front desk staff were gentle and attentive, making the check-in process efficient and quick. Housekeeping was meticulous, with even the corners cleaned thoroughly. There are plenty of shops, supermarkets, and restaurants nearby, making it very convenient for dining and getting around. The parking lot has ample space, so parking is not a concern. In terms of value for money, this hotel stands out among those in the same price range. The hardware upgrades are clearly visible, showing that the owner has put effort and investment into renovations. This is my top choice for business trips. I've already saved it and will definitely stay here again when I'm back in the area. I genuinely recommend it to anyone traveling.

GGuest UserThe location is perfect! Near main attractions and subway station.  The staff does not speak English, but my wife knows a little Chinese so we managed any issues we had. Helpful guys, provided us with anything we asked. Service desk 24/7.  DO NOT agree to stay in rooms on the first floor under any conditions!!! We booked a room with a small window, but it has no sense. You open it and it’s very noisy because of dozens of air conditioners nearby. Smoke smell. Secondly, air conditioner itself smelt of dampness and mold. Spider net above the bed… And the last thing - broken sockets. We got working only 1 of 3… Decided to upgrade the room to a big one on the 6th floor, upgrade cost only 1200 RMB for 4 nights. And it got much better. Did not take pictures of the room, but it was bigger, cleaner and fresher.  Soundproof 2/5. Cleaning service 5/5, change towels every day.  Pay attention to breakfast options when you book!! There is some weird nonsense, if you live together you might have prepaid breakfasts only for 1 person!!! Then you pay extra and get voucher to eat. But it’s weird anyway. The breakfast itself is acceptable to get it going till lunch. Fried eggs are frequently overcooked, salad is not fresh 👎🏻 Dumplings and noodles are one contrary very tasty.  Overall, the stay was fine, but definitely far from perfect.
