"The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the room was spotless! What I loved most was how close it was to the station – with so many lines intersecting there, it made getting around super convenient!! Just a heads-up: bring your own toothbrush, pajamas, and slippers, as they're not provided. Overall, I highly recommend this place! If I ever go back to Paris, I'd definitely want to stay here again! You can also catch a small glimpse of the very top of the Eiffel Tower from the room!"

"There were stains on the bath towels, hair on the pillow, and lots of dust on the floor. It said there was a shared kitchen, but I was told there wasn't one. Therefore, I couldn't use the refrigerator or electric kettle, making meals extremely difficult. I thought I was smelling a strange smell coming from somewhere, and it was the red cloth draped over the futon at my feet... At night, I could hear the people next door talking, the toilet, and even doors opening and closing. The TV worked, but there was so much static that it was impossible to watch. Do you really need four pillows in a single room? I always leave my room key at the front desk, but security is lax, and it feels like they don't check who's in which room."

There is also a K-Mart located on the corner of the hotel, I found the items there to be relatively expensive. Within walking distance, there is a Monoprix supermarket that offers a wider variety of products at better value. I found most of the staff to be friendly and helpful, which contributed positively to my stay. However, I did encounter one staff member who did not respond to my request, which was disappointing. I would also recommend future guests complete online check-in in advance, as it allows for a quicker key collection upon arrival. That said, there were several aspects that could be improved. There was no daily cleaning service provided during the stay, and guests are required to dispose of their own rubbish, which was inconvenient. Additionally, the sink in my room was choked, and unfortunately, the lift was not working during my stay. There is no concierge service, and guests are required to pay between €4–€7 to use the baggage lockers. Lastly, I found the city tax to be quite high, which added significantly to the overall cost of the stay. Overall, while the location and most of the staff were great, addressing the maintenance issues, service limitations, and overall cost concerns would significantly enhance the guest experience."

"Great location, perfect for families who need the use of the oven or the fridge for babies like I needed to heat milk and wash baby bottles. The hotel can do with slight maintenance as the wardrobe door was broken, the bin was broken and some meltal thing was coming off the fridge that ripped my dress. It says parking was available but we had to pay for it."

"I chose this hotel with my three almost-adult children. Its location is the biggest advantage, right by the Seine River, a few hundred meters from Notre Dame Cathedral. The Louvre, Tuileries Garden, Musée de l'Orangerie, Place de la Concorde, and Musée d'Orsay were all within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, as well as a Carrefour supermarket. The hotel lobby offers complimentary hot water, milk, hot chocolate, coffee, and more. It rained during our stay, and coming back to the hotel for a hot chocolate or tea was incredibly comforting. We booked a one-bedroom apartment. The bed in the bedroom was larger than 1.3 meters, feeling almost as big as a king-sized bed. The sofa bed in the living room opened up into two separate single beds, which was great. The only minor drawback was that one of the beds made quite a bit of noise when turning over. The open-plan kitchen had ample utensils, and we could easily make simple meals after buying some oil and salt. Frying eggs and cooking instant noodles was no problem – my 'Chinese stomach' simply can't handle Western food all the time. The bathroom had a clothes dryer, and a hairdryer and iron were also provided. You need to bring your own toothbrush and toothpaste, but disposable slippers were available, though of average quality. We didn't book breakfast, so I can't comment on that. There's a bakery not far downstairs where fresh croissants were 1.4 euros, which was quite good value. All in all, if you're traveling as a family, have a 'Chinese stomach,' and aren't rolling in money, I'd recommend it."

"The hotel was okay, but disappointed us. It's very well located near the metro in Montmartre. Right next door, however, is **** ********** ***. The rooms facing the street are quite noisy, and the windows are poorly soundproofed. There were bad odors in the entrance area, the room, and the closet for several days during our stay. The room was only clean on the outside. One morning, water suddenly leaked from the ceiling light. The breakfast was good and delicious. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating."
