Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Good location close to chapel bridge, church, luzern lake, luzern station and shopping area. Overall r good. Recommend this hotel! I like it!

Not near city centre. However, hotel provided free ticket for public transport there. Overall, a very pleasant experience during my stay there.

We had a great stay! The location is excellent, and the room was spacious. The service was incredibly prompt and efficient. When we reported that the main room heating wasn't working, the staff immediately provided us with a portable heater， which made the room warm and comfortable. Great service!

Really was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. Comfortable clean rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds and duvets, super friendly front desk, and really great location. A special mention of the quality breakfast spread which I look forward every morning. Strongly recommended.

Convenient location, 11 min walk from the lucerne train station. Got shops and groceries nearby. Got some history there as it's an ex prison. Quite fun to live in.

This hotel is family friendly hotel. Mount Pilatus is very close to hotel. Amazing hotel. Dinner is next to hotel where you can buy food drinks etc. If you have children this hotel is value for money 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

One of the cheapest hostel options in Luzern, yet also the best. Beautiful common area aside, the bed capsule is one of the comfiest of my 46-day Europe trip. Free huge luggage storage. And the shower facilities are as well-equipped/designed as many Japanese hostel. Location-wise, it’s 1min walk away from bus stop (and few minutes from an awesome glacial museum), super convenient. The only weird thing was the electronic luggage storage failed on me two times, like I couldn’t open it after closing it with the electronic key. One of the times happened past midnight (receptionist had left), leaving me with no toothbrush/facial care to use before sleeping. Not sure what went wrong. But overall I totally enjoyed my stay here. An accommodation option I’d prioritize next time I’m back to Luzern.

The room was a little cold even with the heating on maximum. Location was good and facilities in the room is excellent. They even have a coffee machine in the room.
