We stayed 3 nights in a family room for 4. The room is spacious enough to put all our 5 luggages. The bed is comfy and there is a mini bar which offer free drinks. The location is ideal and walking distance about 10mins to the main train station. The buffet breakfast spread is also good.

Location good. Only a few minutrs walk from Luzern HBF. Room is clean. Love it, when I see how many sockets the room has near the desk and bed-side tables. Very convenient to recharge all the devices. Room temperature is also perfect. I dont need any heating even though I used to get cold easily even during autumn. Helpful and friendly staff at the front desk. Enjoyable experience.

Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Meeting & Conference Rooms – Great for business travelers, with modern facilities and event spaces. Parking – There’s underground parking, which is convenient but comes at an additional cost. Visited with my family, the hotel was nice. The location is in near to the central station, hotel is clean.

Good location close to chapel bridge, church, luzern lake, luzern station and shopping area. Overall r good. Recommend this hotel! I like it!

Not near city centre. However, hotel provided free ticket for public transport there. Overall, a very pleasant experience during my stay there.

Really was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. Comfortable clean rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds and duvets, super friendly front desk, and really great location. A special mention of the quality breakfast spread which I look forward every morning. Strongly recommended.

This hotel is family friendly hotel. Mount Pilatus is very close to hotel. Amazing hotel. Dinner is next to hotel where you can buy food drinks etc. If you have children this hotel is value for money 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room was a little cold even with the heating on maximum. Location was good and facilities in the room is excellent. They even have a coffee machine in the room.
