This hotel is family friendly hotel. Mount Pilatus is very close to hotel. Amazing hotel. Dinner is next to hotel where you can buy food drinks etc. If you have children this hotel is value for money 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The room is good, very near Luzern station, hygiene, but the hand wash area is quite small. When washing your hands/face, water will make the floor all get wet.

Big room, Nice view, high level & cosy environment. Would love to stay here again the next time I visit! Can’t wait to be back!!

the location is good, within 10 minutes walking distance to the station. the breakfast is good and the room is cozy.

We stayed 3 nights in a family room for 4. The room is spacious enough to put all our 5 luggages. The bed is comfy and there is a mini bar which offer free drinks. The location is ideal and walking distance about 10mins to the main train station. The buffet breakfast spread is also good.

We had a nice stay, the room is clean and nice, bus stop is just outside the hotel, 10 mins to downtown every 5 mins bus. And the hotel staff is very kind and helpful with advice and tips

Myself and wife (both Singaporean) celebrated our 38th wedding anniversary and just wrapped up a 15-day self drive vacation to Switzerland and Austria. Final stop 1 night stay in Felmis Hotel: from warm and smiling reception Mr.Ivo, to absolutely clean well laid-out room with balcony/delicious breakfast especially croissonts pastries/clean and cool air ..... no words can describe our immense joy and amazements. Strongly recommend Felmis Hotel for anyone looking to stay close to Lucerne central with peace and manageable cost. Thank you once again entire staff at Walliserhof Hotel .... till we meet again :)

The area is modern and convenient, though if you’re looking for a more historic, traditional Swiss setting, you might prefer something in the Old Town. Rooms – 8.5/10 The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds, stylish decor, and large windows offering great views of either the lake or mountains. Some rooms have floor-to-ceiling windows, making the scenery even more spectacular. The bathrooms are sleek and well-equipped, and amenities like a Nespresso machine, minibar, and a work desk add extra comfort. Service – 8/10 The staff is professional, friendly, and efficient. Check-in and check-out are smooth, and the concierge is helpful in offering local recommendations or organizing activities. Some guests have noted that the service can feel a bit business-oriented rather than warm and personal, but overall, it’s efficient and reliable. Dining – 8/10 The on-site restaurant and bar offer a good selection of food and drinks, with a mix of Swiss and international cuisine. Breakfast is buffet-style, with fresh pastries, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The variety is good, but during peak times, the breakfast area can feel crowded. Amenities – 8.5/10 Fitness Center & Sauna – A well-equipped gym and a small sauna are available, perfect after a long day of sightseeing. Meeting & Conference Rooms – Great for business travelers, with modern facilities and event spaces. Parking – There’s underground parking, which is convenient but comes at an additional cost. Free WiFi – Strong and reliable throughout the hotel.

Really was pleasantly surprised by how good this hotel was. Comfortable clean rooms, clean towels, comfortable beds and duvets, super friendly front desk, and really great location. A special mention of the quality breakfast spread which I look forward every morning. Strongly recommended.

One of the cheapest hostel options in Luzern, yet also the best. Beautiful common area aside, the bed capsule is one of the comfiest of my 46-day Europe trip. Free huge luggage storage. And the shower facilities are as well-equipped/designed as many Japanese hostel. Location-wise, it’s 1min walk away from bus stop (and few minutes from an awesome glacial museum), super convenient. The only weird thing was the electronic luggage storage failed on me two times, like I couldn’t open it after closing it with the electronic key. One of the times happened past midnight (receptionist had left), leaving me with no toothbrush/facial care to use before sleeping. Not sure what went wrong. But overall I totally enjoyed my stay here. An accommodation option I’d prioritize next time I’m back to Luzern.
