The hotel is in a great location, very close to the old town, the old town and the museum. You can ask the hotel for a transportation card, and you can take the bus for free, which is very close to various places. It is not new, but it is generally clean and tidy. The bathroom is very clean, and the toiletries are Clarins. The room facilities are really simple, just a coffee machine and cups, and the refrigerator is still not turned on and is empty. The chocolate and candy sent by the hotel are not bad. The girl and boy at the front desk are very indifferent and their faces are more smelly than yelling

Great location just a few hundred metres from the main railway station. Tram stop right outdoors and surrounded by good range of shops and restaurants. Rooms are air conditioned, spacious and have good facilities such as safe, fridge and good wardrobe space. Bathroom is decent size although shower position confusing as spray often caused the floor to be get wet. Tea and coffee making facilities in the room but did have to ask for normal tea as only flavoured offered. Our room was facing the street and although on the 4th floor was quite noisy. Staff on reception were nice and helpful and we benefited from the free Geneva travel card for our stay.

The staff were exceptionally professional and attentive, always ready to help with a warm attitude. Our room was spotless, well-maintained, and provided a cozy space to relax after a long day. We came before check-in and i asked if we can check-in already if there are available rooms and she said no. But while we were there are the lobby, she checked-in some groups and 2 gentlemen who came after us. I indicated in my booking our early check-in request but she didnt allow us. Further, she did not send the city pass prior check-in unlike in the hotel in montreux who sent us the montreux riviera cards days ahead. When i followed-up, she said the city will send it. How are we suppose to get it from the city. When i told my family about it, thats the only time she approached us and said that she will email it.

Great
TTravelshortsI stayed at Hotel Suisse Geneva during my time in Geneva, and the standout feature of this hotel is its location. It is literally right across the road from the main train station, which makes it incredibly convenient whether you’re arriving by rail, heading to the airport, or planning day trips.
Being so close to the station also means excellent public transport connections, but what I found even more useful is that most of Geneva’s main sights are within easy walking distance. You can comfortably reach the lake, the Old Town, shops, and restaurants without needing to rely on transport, which makes exploring the city simple and efficient.
The hotel itself is comfortable and practical, with clean rooms and everything you need for a short city stay. It’s not overly luxurious, but it’s well maintained and does the job perfectly if you’re planning to spend most of your time out exploring Geneva.
Because of its central location, it’s a great choice for both short stays and stopovers. It also works particularly well if you have an early train or a tight schedule, as you don’t need to factor in extra travel time to get to the station.
I would highly recommend Hotel Suisse Geneva for anyone prioritising convenience and location. If you want to be right in the centre of everything with excellent transport links, it’s a very practical and reliable choice.
EEmmanuel HemmerléI was going to arrive late in the evening last night so I wrote the hotel to enquire about transportation from the airport to the hotel. They told me very diligent it and precisely about their shuttle service. When I arrived at the hotel, the desk person, a Swiss gentleman, was extremely hospitable, friendly, authentic, detailed in a good sense, helpful and professional. He also helped me book a taxi for the next day. What a great way to welcome a guest. Really best practice. Lots of desk employees around the world should learn from him!
The room was very nice, all fine. Large enough, and having all amenities.
Excellent lunch at the hotel: very good cuisine.
I needed to leave my luggage at the concierge: they did it all very well.
The only point for improvement: when I left, I asked a lady at the reception, apparently Swiss, to help me get my luggage back and book a taxi for me. She did it but in a cold and distant way. She should go find another job in a different industry. One where she can continue being unfriendly.
TthumbleenI found this place to be super convenient! The location is perfectly situated right between the airport and the city center, so getting around was a total breeze.
It was also really handy having a supermarket and convenience stores just a short walk away for grabbing quick snacks and drinks. The reception staff were awesome, too—they were so helpful with getting the free city transport pass during the stay.
The best part, though, was the airport shuttle. The pick-up and drop-off were such a lifesaver and made the whole trip way less stressful—really appreciated that extra touch! Definitely a solid choice if you want an easy, hassle-free stay.
PPhimnaphaI love this room. Great location. The rooms comes with separated kitchen. Full bathroom with bathtub. The receptionist are very friendly. The room is newly renovated with modern style. The kitchen comes with all necessary utensils and coffee machine. You need to buy your own coffee beans tho. Will definitely choose Adagio Aparthotel for my next trip.
GGuest UserThe room is in a great location, within walking distance of the old town, the flower clock, and the fountain. The room was a good size for four people, the bedding was clean, and the bathroom was also clean.
GGuest UserIt was my first time in Geneva. I chose this hotel blindly (I originally wanted to choose a local castle hotel, but I missed it). It was really good. I will stay in this hotel again next time.
GGuest UserThe room was well-appointed and spotlessly clean, the overall environment was pleasant, and the service was excellent! The hotel reception is conveniently located above a COOP supermarket. Guests can take the elevator directly from the underground parking garage to the lobby on the 0th floor, which is extremely convenient. The only minor drawback was that the room felt a bit small. While two 28-inch suitcases on the floor would certainly obstruct movement, we found that placing them on the bay window freed up a lot of space and made the room much more comfortable.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at the Green Marmot Hotel. The location is excellent, close to plenty of shops, restaurants, bars, pharmacies, and bakeries, so everything you need is nearby. The hotel itself is very clean throughout. Although the room is small, just as described, it suited me perfectly.
One downside is that sound travels easily, so you can hear even minor noise from neighbouring rooms, earplugs are definitely helpful. The motion-sensor lights in the corridor were also a bit disruptive, as I’m easily woken by light, so an eye mask is recommended. Additionally, some guests arrive late, so it can get a little noisy.
Overall, I would highly recommend staying here.
