"My two companions and I had a fantastic three-night stay. The hotel is modern and spotless, with all the facilities and furniture feeling very new. We were particularly impressed with the complimentary transportation card, which was incredibly convenient for getting around. Be sure to ask about it at the front desk when you arrive! The service was impeccable. The front desk staff were very friendly and gave us great advice on local transport, helping us avoid unnecessary costs. Although we couldn't modify our booking to change the last night to a double room due to platform restrictions, the hotel replied to our email quickly and professionally. A wonderful touch was the chocolate fountain in the lobby, it was a delightful treat that put us in a great mood every day. We highly recommend this hotel, they also have very nice gym (see the photo below)."

"Great location just steps from the train station, yet quiet thanks to the lovely garden setting. Rooms are clean and well-equipped, and the free public transport pass is a nice touch. The wellness area is a bonus. Some street-facing rooms can be noisy, and the A/C is limited, but overall a comfortable and convenient stay."

Carpet is totally wet at the entrance. Shower is stuck and the bathroom became a swimming pool. Likely happened to guest before me.
I mentioned but they didn’t do anything nor suggest to change the room. A pity

VVa NeWell located near the Lausanne gare, but be careful: it is up the hill, so you’ll likely need to carry your luggage on the walking street. The room is big and comfy, the breakfast has quite many options.

GGuest UserThe best hotel in Lausanne, full of history, several restaurants are excellent, and the lake view room has an unbeatable view. I especially recommend the hotel breakfast, which is healthy and delicious. They prepare a variety of delicacies for guests with special care, and it is open until 11 o'clock, so you can slowly enjoy breakfast and beautiful scenery.

AAfshin ElahiThis place was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, incredibly friendly staff, and the breakfast was delicious. The best feature is the location: just a 10-minute walk from one of Lousan's best beaches. As a fantastic perk, they provide a free transportation card, which made the 30-minute trip to the Olympic Museum easy and convenient. The only thing to note is that there isn't a supermarket immediately nearby, so plan accordingly. A truly wonderful stay!
