XXieyanService: The front desk staff was warm and professional. I was on my period when checking in and realized I hadn't brought any sanitary pads with me for this trip. The lady at the front desk was a lifesaver and gave me two, which I'm incredibly grateful for 🙏.
Environment: The hotel is located within the Old East Gate Pedestrian Street, making parking convenient. Taxis can also drop you off right at the hotel entrance. The pedestrian street is quiet at night, and there are restaurants and bars nearby if you fancy a drink. It's also very close to the city center, just a few minutes' drive from the Xuzhou Museum. Qianlong Palace and Yunlong Mountain are also nearby, so the location is excellent.
Hygiene: I didn't smell any cigarette smoke, mildew, or pungent disinfectant odors in the room. It's clear that the hotel does an excellent job with cleaning and ventilation. It was very comfortable to stay in, and my sleep quality even improved.

The hotel environment and service were good. They combined the two nights I booked separately and extended my stay. There were a lot of people in Xuzhou during the May Day holiday. This is a good place for vacation. We had a barbecue outdoors in the evening. Our whole family can't eat spicy food. The beer was good and we drank it.
The breakfast was standard. The restaurant was a bit small and crowded. When I went there in the morning, the peacocks outside spread their tails. It was nice to walk around.
The swimming pool is very large, the water quality is good, and there are not many people. It is pleasant to swim two laps every day.
You should avoid crowds on holidays and focus on a leisure bar.
Overall, it is not bad.

The reception is warm and patient, and any problems can be solved in time, and the response speed is very fast. The layout of the room is reasonable, the living is comfortable and relaxing, the price is affordable and the price is very high, the overall experience is particularly satisfactory, and the living is comfortable and at ease!

GGuest UserIt was such a nice hotel! I loved everything:
1. Location is super. Very convenient to reach all the main attractions. Many restaurants, shops, cafes over here. Confucius temple is right next to the door.
2. Breakfast is delicious and even have some local foods (was interesting to try the local meals).
3. Lobby is big and bright.
4. Rooms and hotel itself are very new, with smart assistance inside, very clean and very spacious rooms.
5. Staff are super friendly and very helpful. Breakfast lady and a man were very helpful and polite, always smiling.
6. Breakfast room is located on the high floor and it’s very clean and have good design. I loved it.
7. Want to take special not of the laundry room. It’s spacious and very cozy, with big windows and many place where you can seat and even tables with chairs. Also being a big plus because not many hotels pay attention to the laundries design.
8. They have coffee machine and capsules for it. Good coffee, I also loved it. And also the tea in the rooms also was very good.

QQingdaowangjiaerStepping into the hotel, I was immediately soothed by its Zen ambiance! The overall design is a modern Chinese Zen style, with the dry landscape garden, water features, and architecture blending seamlessly. Every step offers a new beautiful view, and you can get a great shot just by snapping a photo. The lobby bar directly overlooks the central courtyard's water feature, with light dancing on the ripples – you could easily spend an entire afternoon just staring out there. The biggest surprise was the room's private courtyard, with garden landscaping right outside the window. There's even a tea set by the window, perfect for brewing a pot and relaxing in the courtyard. It really makes you slow down. The hotel is nestled at the foot of Yunlong Mountain, right next to the thousand-year-old Xinghua Zen Temple. You can hear the morning bells and evening drums every day, and this sense of tranquility is truly priceless. It's genuinely a wonderful retreat for the soul hidden in the city center, and I'll definitely be back!

CChunru LiWe spent in total of a week here in the same room. Overall a good experience and would recommend it. Very good location - just across the street from a metro station and easy to get around the city. There's a 24hr store downstairs and a coffee shop just a few meters away. Service was good - the ladies at the reception were helpful with sorting out online delivery packages and our requests for water refills. It should be noted that this hotel has a mixture of smoking and non-smoking rooms, so the smell of cigarettes kinda lingers a bit in the hallways and can be a bit offputting, but thankfully our room was okay. The facilities can be a bit old, there were unknown stains on the shower unit's floor that can't seem to be scrubbed off, and one of the lightbulbs in our room was a bit glitchy which was a bit concerning.
Two suggestions that we want to make are that (1) since the toilet's flush is not that strong, it makes more sense to have a toilet brush or something just in case; (2) it would be good to have more lights that can be manually controlled instead of everything being part of the central control system.
Other than these minor issues everything was great. The cleaning ladies were helpful, although at times a bit too diligent because we once had to reassure them at least 3 times that we didn't need cleaning service for that day. Laundry service was okay.

All the front desk staff were incredibly polite, always greeting guests proactively. The room was well-equipped, the toiletries were of good quality, and they even thoughtfully provided tea and coffee. The soundproofing was excellent too; I slept so soundly at night. Whether you're here for business or leisure, choosing this place is a surefire win!

This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Rome & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak very good English and their breakfast & coffee are excellent and will accommodate any request if possible.
Excellent location, superb services, helpful staff, waht else do you need? Will definitely come again to this place.
Very satisfied with the cleanliness of the hotel, the size of the room, the helpfulness of the staff at the front desk (all of them during our stay), they even go out of their way to guide you through the places to visit in Rome. The breakfast was to our expectation. The area is central even if one wishes to walk around. The only thing is that the room is hot, does not have enough light and no air comes in even if you open the window as it is sourrounded by buildings.

CCatherine HumeStaff are very ery friendly and helpful, the room is big and clean, equipped with kettle and cooking facilities, even a washing machine, although we didn't try the cooker or the washing machine. But the decorations are old and shabby, which is a shame. We would happily pay double if the wallpaper and the vanity unit is in a better condition. All in all, it is a good hotel, value for money and I will well recommend it.
