Nice and clean room! Very friendly and helpful staff. Food was great! Only bad things were the fact that the Spa was closed as well as the restaurants and bars advertised were not open.

Unique hotels with a sense of design have always been my first choice. This time, I chose Yundongjing Zen Luxury Hotel for my trip to Xuzhou. Entering the hotel makes people feel like they are in a palace, and the doors are full of mystery. The roof is a traditional Chinese mortise and tenon structure, palace pavilions, Zen space, minimalist style, blank design, one room and one scene, leading the scene into the room, beautiful, happy, and leisurely! Butler: Conghui, Haogang and Liu Heng provided me with a lot of help throughout the whole process. The service was thoughtful, patient and meticulous. They also upgraded my room. Because I brought a child, they also gave me an extra pair of slippers and a set of toiletries, which really made me feel at home. The hotel gave me a great experience regardless of the environment, service, and breakfast quality. I will choose Yundongjing again if I have the chance, and I will also recommend it to my friends around me.

I had a good stay here. Checkin was literally about 1 minute due to the fact that the reception assumed that I couldn’t speak Chinese and said no words to me. Breakfast was great with multiple options. Transportation was very convenient.
