The suite has a very large room and an en suite; the sofa in the large room even looks like it could be unfolded into a sofa bed. Unfortunately, although the bathroom space is large, there's only one, which might be a bit awkward if you have to wait in line to use the facilities.

I throughly enjoyed my stay here. It had a cost and homely feel. It started with a friendly check in experience. The two ladies were apologetic about the fact that the lift had malfunctioned and as I was staying 5 nights across a weekend (when not likely to get fixed quickly) they were rearranging the room to put me on a lower floor. The room had 3 bunk beds of wooden construction, enclosed on three sides with curtains. Inside the mattress was narrower than the platform, though the upside meant there was a ‘shelf’ the full length of bed on to which I could put many items (drinks, clothes, handbags etc). Hooks inside and outside the bed space. Individual lights and two power sockets. It feels very roomy , like your own living space. The room had shelving, under bed drawers big enough for carry on luggage (own padlock needed), table and chairs. Showers and toilets are in the corridor, my first thought that there was not enough but I never needed to wait as they were occupied. Hairdryer at sink. Kept clean. Each bed is provided with a small hand towel: I thought this was a great idea as it was sufficient to dry off and saved heavy use of my travel towel. Front entrance, corridors and rooms accessed by key card access. It felt like a safe place. I made frequent use of the self catering kitchen that was clean, modern and well equipped. There were plenty of storage boxes provided. There is a common area in front of reception. Beer and food available. Reliable WiFi. Location was very good. 10 min walk from the train station and drop off place of FlixBus. Vegan restaurant 10min walk. 5 min walk to Wenceslas square which has many shops and Christmas market food stalls. 10-15min walk to old town square with the astronomical clock and main Christmas market. With how busy the old town Centre is I am so glad to not be staying right in/next to it. I went to performances at the national theatre and Dvorak Hall and after evening performances felt safe walking back to the hostel. It is very easy to get around by walking or tram. If I go back to Prague, this is where I will stay.

This Aparthotel was in a great location not far from the old town Square 15 min walk. Local shop right outside and a great takeaway coffee shop 30 seconds away, and not far from a metro station 5 minutes away. I stayed in one of the garden rooms. Room could have been a little bigger but In room amenities where great, with kettle and a coffee machine with free coffee pods for your arrival. Also has great heating which I'm thankful for as it was cold when I visited. Only small issue I had was if you wanted to sit on the couch you had to fold away the bed everytime, as the bed pulls out from the built in wardrobes. Bed is down and made when you arrive. I didn't have a problem but hotel is right above a metro line and at night you can hear it, so if your a light sleeper this could be a problem for you. But overall I would recommend this hotel 100% and if ever back in prague this is the place I'd stay.

The hotel is not bad, old but has its own charm, we actually liked the decor, the location is very good, the breakfast though is very average, nothing special. We had the worst chek-in experience in our life with Mr Nader, who was very rude, we have booked a superior double room and paid the full amount in advance, when we arrived he simply said he had no room available, and that he will move us to another hotel of theirs, and it was far from the location we chose to stay in for it's proximity to everything we wanted to visit, and that of course without even asking for our opinion. We said no and that it is unacceptable to move us to a hotel on the other side of prague, not in the same category, he even lied and said that it was also a five stars hotel but it was a 4 stars hotel. He was very unfriendly, extremely rude to us, he even insinuated that it was our fault because we had booked the room on the same day and he repeated it many times with a bad attitude. We did, but it was at least 8 hours earlier than our arrival, we even checked several times that the room was still available hours after our payment. He finally silently gave us a deluxe room with twin beds, without explaining anything, when we saw the room we told him that we are a couple on a romantic trip we want to stay in the same bed, he yelled at us saying that we insisted to stay in the hotel and not move to another one, and that the room he gave us is way better than the room we booked, which was a superior double room, we didn't really care about the room type more than we care that we got a double bed, but we finally accepted because we got no choice but to move to another hotel that night. They made the beds closer, but they kept moving away the whole night which was very weird and uncomfortable. He could've at least offered us free breakfast, but he instead made us pay for it, and told us if we want something we could go speak to the manager. It's never about money for us but the way he dealt with unsatisfied clients is the worst, and we work both in the tourism, in fact we are both managers! His colleagues the day after were more friendly and they moved us to a room with double bed with a great view, which we liked much more. A thing that we noticed is that the staff of this hotel are very unfriendly with no reason, they make you feel that you're bothering them just by walking by (the young blond girl in the reception, the breakfast staff, except for the young guy in the reception and the concierge, who was very nice welcoming and friendly and kept smiling the whole time. We would only recommend the hotel for its location and the artistic decor, but never for the service.

A very clean and quiet hostel with spacious, loft-style rooms. It was thoughtful of them to group us Asian girls together. The room had an independent bathroom and toilet, plus lockers, which was very convenient. The location is also excellent, though the stairs at the entrance made carrying luggage a bit inconvenient. However, the guy at the front desk was very enthusiastic and came down to help me. Highly recommended for solo travelers!

This hotel was a pleasant place to stay in. It was in a good location, the rooms were immaculately clean, the room was not small ans poky, but it was not huge either, it was adequate. It came with a kettle although when we asked for tea to be left to use the kettle we only got enough for a few cups, then we got tired of asking for tea and none coming so we ended up buying tea. We also asked for more towels to avail ourselves of the big bath at the end of a long day sightseeing, but we had to keep asking and it didn't always reach the housekeeping or they ignored it. We also found trying to get any soap from the dispensers hard work, not a lot came out no matter how much we pushed and pushed the button. We had a front room which overlooked the street and adjacent from our hotel and our room was a nightclub that started up around 12.00 at night and went into the wee hours, like 3.30, not conducive to a good night's sleep. Would we stay here again, possibly, but we'd bring our own tea, ask for towels every time, and bring our own body wash.nand we'd ask for a room at the back. 😁

PPengskyThe hotel room was very spacious. However, they assigned us a disabled-access room even though we hadn't requested a special room type. This meant the bathroom facilities were all quite low, which was a bit inconvenient. The service attitude was decent, but considering the price, it offered reasonable value for money. The breakfast was okay; nothing particularly special but clean. The overall environment and infrastructure were good, but the cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

The location is perfect—close to public transport and within walking distance to the city center, yet in a quiet area. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always smiling. Breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, it’s a great value for money, and I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Prague.

GGuest UserThis is a solid 4 1/2 to 5 star hotel but in a horrible location fortunately it’s on the main train line so that doesn’t impact the tourism that I had planned once I’m on the train however the train stop at midnight so it’s a long walk back from old town. The staff seemed somewhat helpful, but the management of structure was a bit incompetent because many of the things I requested such as a late checkout were approved by the front desk but not communicated to by the cleaning staff so I was woken up much earlier than I wanted to be. If I was to return to Prague I probably would not stay here and opt for something a lot closer to old town or even in old town since it’s so much more romantic this is a good alternative for business opportunities or for someone who doesn’t want to be in the hustle and bustle of Prague.

GGuest UserOn our wonderful 8-days-trip to Czech Republic we (couple, 50 years old, two children at age of 14/16) spent the last four days in Prague. When checking in at the hotel around 9 p.m. we noticed that we have got the wrong room (1 king-size bed and 1 sofa bed instead of (explicitly booked and already paid) room with 1 king-size bed and a separate room with 2 single beds), so we informed the reception desk. The stuff was very friendly and although not being able to offer us the correct room for the first night already, we were able to switch room early next morning and got free breakfast as compensation. The breakfast was very good and rich (bread, bread rolls, toast, scrambled and boiled eggs, classical cold cuts, grilled vegetables and sausages, fruit, yogurt, cake, coffee, hot chocolate, juices, cereals, etc.). Therefore we decided to choose the breakfast option also on our final day before check-out. BTW, the area, where breakfast was served (until 11 a.m.), belongs to ”Fat Cat Burgers & Craft Beer”, which made a nice impression and was well-visited past noon. The rooms and bath were clean and although the rooms and the inventory might need a little refreshment on the one hand, the old windows and carpet fit to the historic center, where the hotel is located on the other hand. The location itself was ideal for starting tours to the old town by foot and enjoying night life. Next tram stop was appr. a 7-minutes-walk away, next metro stop appr. 10 minutes away. The room with the king size bed contained a LED-TV and was orientated to pedestrian street, but although night life just happens a few feet away, the old windows (two windows in a row) filter much of the noise. The other room with the two single beds was very calm and located between the formerly mentioned room and the hallway. Its windows were orientated to hallway and could not be regularly opened, which made airing this room out a little bit difficult. Each apartment contains its own WLAN-router, which had to plug in on our own as noticed on arrival, but then we had perfect signal and fast internet access. A tip for those arriving by car: You cannot reach the hotel by car, because it is located in a pedestrian zone consisting of many pubs and bistros with outdoor seating. Finding a parking slot nearby is not easy, due to most part of the surrounding streets are reserved for residential parking only and you either have to pay the parking slot by app (virtual parking ticket machine only) or choose a slot in more distant streets where you can also buy a ticket at a physical parking ticket machine. Therefore I dropped my wife and children as near as possible to the hotel (2-minutes-walk) and parked our car in one of the suburban P+R-areas - I chose ”P+R Skalka II” with contains a camera system and costs 50 CZK for the first 24hours and then 10 CZK per hour, which is (in June 2025), which is very cheap compared to parking your car in one of the central car parks). Conclusion: A very nice place with friendly stuff and a good breakfast. If you do not mind walking a little bit with your luggage and if you like enjoying city/night life in Prague, this hotel is a very good option. I would always recommend this hotel for those who are a good walkers.

GGuest UserThe breakfast was good and the variety was able to satisfy different tastes. The location of the hotel is also close to a few hundred meters from the subway station. Only the hotel room facilities are relatively poor. The bed was small and there was a damp smell in the room. The 1st floor wifi signal is too bad, and it is not the same. The cell phone signal is also not good. The room was very poorly sounded, and at night I could hear the sound of snoring in the next room.

AakiramujinaThe hotel is in an awkward location, about a 15-minute walk from Prague Main Station and about 5 minutes from the nearest tram station, but it offers a reasonable price and a relaxing stay. The rooms are clean, with high ceilings and all the necessary facilities, making for a comfortable stay. The only drawbacks are the limited number of electrical outlets and the fact that the tram runs right in front of the hotel, which can be a bit noisy. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, from vegetables to cheese, sausages and cakes, and was more than satisfactory. It's only a 10-15 minute tram ride to Prague's main tourist sites, so this hotel would be a great choice for experienced travelers.

GGuest UserOur stay here was mixed at best. We loved the location and felt the beds were comfy but the other guests at the hostel were a bit inconsiderate when we stayed and there is an opportunity to improve service and amenities. We checked in late at the bar but the bartender was more keen on selling beer and we stood in line at the bar counter for about 10 minutes before he acknowledged us and while locals cut in the line in front of us. It took another 10 minutes for him to hand us the paperwork to check in. I was kind of disappointed because I filled in a pre check in before coming to Prague and the check in paperwork was asking for the details I had filled out online from their online check in sent over email. The bar is not a reception and it clearly says that in the communication sent but it would be nice to have the towels in our room so we could at least shower after a late check in. We booked a private room with two twin beds and it was nice enough. It was one of the cheapest options in the city we could do when staying in Prague for New Year's Eve. The room had a couple of chairs and a couple of tables/desks. The wifi was decent and there were a number of plugins throughout the room which was nice. The beds and pillows were comfy and heat is provided through a radiator. There was one quilt for each bed which was enough for me but my wife was very cold and it is chilly in December. There are extra blankets at reception but that was closed so my wife wore her warm clothes to bed and used my sweater as a blanket. I would suggest in the winter months or for guests with late check in that they provide blankets and towels in the room for guests. The toilets and bathrooms are shared. There were two toilets in our area labelled as room 1 and room 2 and it is unclear if the hostel had the intention that room 1 toilet be used by room 1 guests but both were left open and were mostly available during our stay. There was one shower on our floor and and it had a large towel warmer and some body wash/shampoo dispenser. We would recommend bringing your own bath products and some flip flops while staying here. The boys renting the other room came in around 2:30 am and were not respectful of the quiet hours set between 23:00-6:00. The walls and doors here are pretty thin within the flat and the noise comes through easily. They used both toilets, peed on the seats and left them unflushed on more than one occasion during our stay. I had to go out to use the toilet our first night and that's when they said ”I don't think we are alone” and went into their room to keep talking. They came back drunk and loud each night during our stay but not as loud as the first night at least. They also may not have realized (or didn't care) that the shower room was shared and left their towels, toiletries and even their underwear on the towel rack during our stay. This group really took away our enjoyment of this property during our stay but otherwise it is a decent hostel in a good location. At least this group kept the kitchen clean and washed their own dishes. There was a common area in our flat which had a kitchen and an exercise machine. The kitchen had a table with seating for four and enough cutlery and dishes to go around. It had a cooking stove/hob, fridge and kettle. They provide dish soap and cleaning cloths/sponges too. Reception is open between 8 am and 10 am so we got the extra blankets my wife needed and towels for showering. The staff at reception were helpful and efficient during our stay.
