"The location is good, with S-Bahn and U-Bahn around and it gets to most places in Berlin. Plenty of options of food for breakfast. The hotel is clean and tidy. The capsule coffee machine in the room didn’t work but they came and fixed it during the way so it was fine. The only drawback is the hotel check in system: the self-check in doesn’t work and it just creates more work for the reception."
"Very nice accommodating staff. Nice breakfast buffet. A little off the beaten path but fairly close to Subway and transit. Probably would stay there again if in town."
"My first time in Berlin. Place was really cheap, good value for the money you pay. Place was clean. Really close to metro station, about 10 minutes walk. Is great place to stay if you want spend whole day out. With close window was really quiet. Bed was not too bad, for the price you pay was really good. Only one thing missing was kettle and mini fridge but I'm not sure if that's standard in German hotels."
"We were in Berlin for one night and a had meeting in Tegel. We booked Deluxe Room and the room was very spacious, so we could comfortably work from there before the meeting. The staff was very friendly and also the breakfast was very nice for a 3+ Star Hotel. Can definitely recommend this Hotel!"
"I had the pleasure of spending three nights at the IntercityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof, and I can honestly say it exceeded my expectations in every way. The hotel’s location is unbeatable – just steps away from Berlin Hauptbahnhof, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient, whether by train, tram, or foot. Despite being in such a central area, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, allowing for restful nights. From the moment I checked in, the staff were welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Check-in was smooth and efficient, and I appreciated how well they communicated in English. My room was spotlessly clean, modern, and thoughtfully designed with everything I needed – a comfortable bed, ample storage space, a quiet work desk, and fast Wi-Fi. The soundproof windows were a big plus, allowing me to relax in peace after busy days in the city. The bathroom was also very clean, with a great shower and high-quality toiletries provided. Overall, IntercityHotel Berlin Hauptbahnhof offered the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and excellent service.Whether you're visiting Berlin for business or sightseeing, I highly recommend this hotel.I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on my next visit to this vibrant city."
GGuest UserExcellent place, new and modern design. Confortable bed as expected from Hilton. Very friendly staff. Allowed me to check in early and check out late without any charges.
GGuest UserApartment hotel with washing machine and studio kitchen and big refrigerator. Have swimming pool and sauna which is good for families. Breakfast above average.
RrobNice stay. Location is good. A few min walk from Warschauer Str. Friendly staff. Big breakfast buffet. A slight barbie vibe in the room, but that‘s funny.
SSeyed AhadVery good staying experience. Location great. Clean, quiet and fancy rooms. Super breakfast and coffee. But amenities were a bit limited for a 4-star hotel.
AAnonymous UserPerfectly located — within easy walking distance to most major sights in Mitte like the Brandenburg Gate, Berlin Philharmonic, and Checkpoint Charlie. For places a bit further out, there’s a train station right in front of the hotel, which makes getting around effortless. There’s even a dm grocery store just a minute’s walk away, which was super convenient. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped, with a full set of amenities provided from the start — something surprisingly rare in Europe. Overall, a very comfortable and well-thought-out stay. Highly recommend!
GGuest UserThe location is convenient. Just right the corner of Railway station n Mercedes Arena so as East side mall. Berlin Wall is just 3 minutes walk.
GGuest UserThey provided a late check-in which was super convenient. The room was quite cosy and the bed could be small for a huge person (bunk-bed in a 4 person dormitory). For me, it was perfect for a few hours of sleep. The bathrooms and washrooms are shared and accessible separately outside the rooms. Very clean and comfortable stalls for a nice shower. The breakfast didn't have a lot of vegetarian options and it was a small spread, but enough for a quick bite in the morning. The staff is all helpful and friendly. Overall a good stay for a short time and on a budget. The location was also very convenient to reach from the S bahn and tram station.
