"The location of this hotel very good, very near to tram station and close to old town area. Breakfast included and reception staffs are nice. Only problem is toilet a bit small"

"Louise is a very helpful woman if you have any issues or questions about where to buy things or the good restaurants to eat in, ask Louise. She is the sunshine of the place. Its a decent price for the location you are near promenade des anglais, place Garibaldi and vielle ville. The elevator is a bit quaint. And I do wish the bathtub was newer but all in all for the price and location plus excellent services. Im pretty happy."

"The hotel is definitely beautiful and full of California vibes! It’s clean and staff are very friendly. The toilet is separated from the bathroom and bed is comfortable. It’s have kettle and fridge in the room, with huge wardrobe and cabinet for us to put our shopping spree. The only con we found is the aircon in the room will auto turn off after sometime which me and my husband are not used to it."

"I stayed wonderful two nights there. A room with balcony is spacious enough for two people. I would say the most extraordinary things about this hotel are the staff.  Every staff member is very helpful and friendly.  The first day I was offered early check in，and a lot of useful information about bus and train info，printing out the schedules finding the maps… The last day it was raining and hotel staff offered me umbrella，tell me I can rest in the lobby and use the restroom etc.  I enjoyed my stay and surely recommend it to everyone！"

"Great location in Nice Centre, with a major shopping mall with Carrefour, food and other shops just across the road. Also close to various eateries. There is paid underground parking just below the accomodation, which is secure. Also public parking around. We had a 2-bedroom apartment, the bath tub is big. Only given 2 Nespresso capsules for our 3 nights' stay, asked if we could have more but told only 2 provided as standard complimentary, so we bought our own (10 for €$0.90) in Carrefour which was not an issue. Apartment was adequate for our family, made home-cooked meals, it was spacious and felt good value for money. Pillows can be improved though as they were quite flat."

"Location is good for public transportation to tram, train and bus. 10 munite to the Nice port. My room is 2nd floor (actually 3 fl in other country), no noisy. Staff are very kind. I don't have a meal there. But amenities are just liquid soap n shampoo. You have to bring your own amenities."
