I have speak with reception today, room was dirty, pisses of glass on the floor, toilet dirty , hair under the shower, dirty toilet seat , I should stay a whole night , I came only because I didn’t wanna pay cancellation fee because we booked wrong date, but I couldn’t use the shower and toilet seat was very dirty so after 2-3 hours I check out. Room doesn’t smell even fresh - for this price I was in shock. Anyway 86£ was wasted. Reception amazing, helpful and nice. They told me even I’m

Our stay at Signature London was amazing. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating, especially the receptionist, Faheem, who provided outstanding service. We requested extra towels and soap, and he arranged everything immediately with a very warm and welcoming attitude.
Location-wise, it’s one of the best places to stay. The train station is within walking distance, and if you’re a Pakistani food lover, you’ll find all your favourite dishes nearby in one place.

We stayed two nights here before and after watching The Lord Mayor's show. Hotel was just a few minutes walk from the railway station. We used TfL travel, so had cheap travel into the Liverpool Street station with trains every 10 minutes. The double room was compact. But we had a good night's sleep. TV remote was not working. Ensuite shower over the bath was good. Towels and toiletries were provided. Breakfast was a buffet, self-service with hot and cold food, including full English, croissants, toast, cereal, jam, etc, fruit, yoghurt, tea, coffee, juice. Staff were replenishing food as and when needed. Would stay here again, as it was good value for money.

The Mattress is just Crap. No Good to sleep at all.!
In my opinion they need to improve the beds and charge 25 pounds per night for this type of childish room...!
Service desk guy Was Good at night time..!
They need to improve alot with room
The Good thing is the guy gave me one extra room for same price as online and that is at 3am in morning..!

I stayed for 10 nights, but they didn't change drinking glass for tap water (my lips were on the glass the whole time). The heater in the room couldn't be adjusted to hot air; it switched between cool and hot air, making the room not warm enough. However, the hotel provided an additional portable heater. There's only one power outlet, which isn't enough to cover all usage. From the underground station, you have to walk through a park and a small construction site, and cross a bridge over a canal. It was very cold.

Slight language barrier with some of the staff but they were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was lovely with a great selection and the staff were very nice asking if we wanted something different than what was already available. All freshly cooked and tasty at a reasonable price. 24 hour reception and free parking which is a great bonus. The bed was ok just not a great placement (could only freely access from 1 side) and extra pillows would have been better as there was only 1 quite flat pillow each side. A little extra storage room would be a benefit. There was space to hang clothes and some small drawers but nowhere to put suitcases and bags so they’d be out of the way and because it was quite a small room things were sort of in the way. The bathroom was clean but more towels would have been useful; we only had 1 bath towel and 1 hand towel so we didn’t use the shower. I struggled a little with access in the outside area between corridors as the step to get in and out was quite steep with no handrails. Our stay was short but I had no complaints or issues that affected my trip.

I liked the room. I was surprised I was not made aware in advance that I had to pay £40 upon my arrival deposit even though I had paid the whole amount already despite the fact it's refundable, they should have made it clear what if i had no more money on me. The room was clean, but the second night, the toilet produced a very bad odour, and I felt dust since I started coughing when I was in the room. However, It's a lovely hotel i would stay there again. Hope they take the toilet issue seriously and will rectify it.
I checked for my £40 to see if it had been restored, and It was saying pending, my £40 hasn't been paid back.

While I was waiting I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel, mainly due to the staff’s unprofessional and bossy behavior. One incident that really stood out was when I politely asked a staff member if I could use the washroom. To my surprise, she flat-out said no and told me to go out to the next street and use the facilities at Costa or Starbucks instead.
I’ve never encountered such dismissive and unhelpful service, especially from a hotel that’s supposed to be in the hospitality industry. Her attitude made me feel unwelcome and embarrassed, as if I was asking for something unreasonable.

Very Good
RRainbow98It’s more spacious than the other 2-person bedroom we booked for our sons. It’s corner room. A bit pricier but it’s good for families with young kids. Love that the bathroom is at the other end of the room with extra exit space.
Do visit the Titanic cafe - we went there bacause of good reviews. About 10 mins walk. A few shops before the Titanic cafe is a vintage-looking cafe/pub which serves cheap English breakfast offering free-flow hot drinks for and extra £1 plus. This opens on the dot at 8 am whereas the Titanic opens earlier.
AAnonymous UserI stayed for one night to go to Stansted Airport early the next morning. The location was good because it was close to Stansted Airport, but the room was too cold and very small. In the first place, it was far from the city and it was a dangerous neighborhood with nothing to say about attractions, so unless you are staying for the airport It's a hotel with no merit at all. I think it's a good hotel to stay for one night.
GGuest UserNeat and cool but soundproof is no top notch as I can hear the next door noise as if they are at my doorstep
Netflix present but no subscription for the guest .
NNopastNofutureStayed here for 4 days as a solo traveler. The apartment was good — clean and practical for a short stay right in Downtown London. Biggest plus: the location. Plenty of cafés and restaurants around, so breakfast and dining options are no problem. Good for a short city trip if you don’t need luxury, just convenience.
