"spotlessly clean room and quite large. The hotel is close to the city's attractions and we went walking because our motto is ”walking a city you feel its rhythm”. The staff are excellent professionals! The hotel really relaxed us as it was a stop on our trip. The only ”complaint” was the towels in the bathroom which were not soft and fluffy to please you in the bath. It doesn't matter!! it's their design that way!!!!!"
"The location is great and I like that I can walk to a lot of places and tourists sites. If you want peace in the hostel and you want to own the whole room book for winter. There’s only person that is with in the room."
"Located about 15-20 minutes walk from the central bus station or about 5 minutes via taxi. A mix of tram and walking would take you 15-20 minutes. Surrounded by a pizza takeaway, coffee shop, bakery and mini mart. About 20 minutes walk to the main town centre or take the tram just outside the hotel. You can take a taxi which is generally outside. The surrounding area is safe but looks a bit run down because of graffiti. The hotel reception is immaculate. Customer service is really good and you can leave your bag if you check in early (3pm check in). The first floor has a pool (free), limited gym (free) and spa (paid). Restaurant and bar at the ground floor. The room is immaculate but looks a bit dated. King size bed is very comfortable and a bonus. Blankets are comfortable and weighted. Air conditioning is strong but a bit loud. Kettle, free coffee/tea, complimentary waters, iron/ironing board, hair dryer, robes/slippers, and towels available. Shower is strong with two different heads. The shower sprays everywhere on the outside floor due to a poor glass shower curtain. Noise? Rather quiet but can hear noisy people shouting in the corridor. TV is old and dated. Plugs on both sides of the bed (European style). Overall, a decent hotel for the price."
"Stayed here on a business trip with colleagues, in the city center. Very clean, and the breakfast is also suitable for Chinese people's appetite, which is great. The price/performance ratio is extremely high in Croatia."
"Good location. Good services and facilities. The hotel is new and user friendly. I will recommend to my friend to book this hotel. The food at the restaurant is delicious and not expensive."
"Very convenient and accessible, as it is only 3 minutes across the Zagreb bus station. The tram stop for # 6 Tram that goes to the historical centers, Uptown and Downtown is across the hotel."
"The hotel is located just 10 mints walk from old town. The facility is clean. Rooms are big size. There is parking back side of the hotel and it is free. The staff is very helpful. I felt the air condition was kind of slow. Over all the stay was good"
"the staffs are friendly. The breakfast was very good. The lobby is full of antique. Location near bus terminal."

Amazing
GGuest UserClose to the bus station and great staff. We arrived early for check in and they gave us an available room as we were tired from our journey and the hotel wasn’t fully booked. Good breakfast too. We enjoyed our time in Croatia.
GGuest UserThis was a 5-star stay for me. I spent 2 nights. Oliver was friendly and very responsive. The room was perfect. Mini fridge, hot water kettle, and instant coffee/tea was provided, as well as 2 bottles of water. The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is just about a 5 minute walk to the Zagreb Kolodvor (bus station) and about a 30-minute walk to old town. It's located on a quiet street with few cars driving by. Free wifi. Grocery store, Konzum, was a couple of blocks away. I would definitely stay here again!
GGuest UserLocation is perfect, very close to city centre, Dolac market and cathedral (closed due to restoration works) overall we have enjoyed our stay.
GGuest UserGreat modern hotel with a awesome rooftop bar, nice facilities and amazing room - we had the spacebath room and it was amazing - very futuristic, well equipped and the bath next to the window was fantastic. Great service at front desk and the bars, very clean and we’d recommend it, definitely would stay there again in we visit again Zagreb some day.
GGuest UserLuxurious stay and what a hotel ! Worth a visit if one is not staying ! Location is excellent as just steps away from the buzzing streets and main centre to the station ! Rooms are comfortable . Breakfast packed with nth choices and delicious being quality led ! The warmth at the reception and also lovely staff at all points Excellent days spent and will remember !
GGuest UserThis wonderful hotel is right in the center of old Zagreb. Everything is within walking distance.....restaurants abound, flower market and food markets, shops, the trolley for transportation is close by, and many museums, churches, government buildings, parks and Historic sites. The Hotel Dubrovnik is clean, light rooms, comfy beds, and a sumptuous breakfast! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
GGuest UserFirst things I like to express my appreciation to Toni at front desk who's very friendly welcoming my first day check in and helping me when I have problem with rental car. He really put his effort making so many calls when the rental car didn't response well, but finally all problem solved. And he sent his regard throe his friend at front desk on my second check in after 7 days traveling to Split and Dubrovnik, his name also Tony and he also very friendly. Thanks to both of you Toni & Tony ( I hope I didn't wrong spelling your name ) It's highly recommend for all type of traveler, the room is very quite, I can't hear anything from next room or outside, sleep like a baby. I love the spacious shower room and all luxury amenities. If not mistaken I think this is a brand new hotel. Since i drive a car, for me location is not important, 8 minutes drive to the old town, not too far. I like the neighborhood is so quite. Breakfast has many menus and tasty too. Overall is perfect , one thing I don't like is the dimming lights. If they have a brighter light, I will be so happy. The W By LJ is my youtube channel if you like to see my review video
GGuest UserEasy to find. Tram ride to hotel from train station so it was super convenient. Newr all attractions! You can decide to walk or take a tram which is right around the corner of hotel. Quite at night and big rooms! Coffee shop in the lobby is also good. People are nice and pleasant. Will definitely stay in this hotel again. Woke up with birds singing everyday :-)
