"Had a fantastic stay at Dormy Inn! The ramen at night was amazing, and the unlimited popsicles and ice cream were a sweet treat. The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the public bath/onsen was a perfect way to unwind. Great location, friendly staff—everything was worth it. We'll definitely be back!"

"If you're like me, this is the perfect hotel. No frills. Just a futon on the floor, clean bathroom, hot shower, privacy. And right outside, the epicenter of bustling Tokyo culture. Shibuya pass, amazing cafes, bars, restaurants, so many people to run into and meet. Yoyogi Park, Meji Shrine, bright lights, electric futuristic Tokyo alongside the old country. The staff are very helpful, but it's nothing fancy. It's what I'm always looking for - simple, budget place, but not a hostel either. You have your privacy, and everything works well and is clean. I'd definitely book this for my next trip to Tokyo."

"The hotel is very nice, very clean, and in a prime location near Shibuya Crossing and Harajuku district. There are tons of places to eat and many luxury brands for shopping. The room was very spacious with a wonderful view. The bed was comfortable and the water in the shower got hot quickly. The checking in process is tedious and annoying. You must use a machine and input all of your information. However, the staff will help you if you struggle."

"Wonderul hotel set in a modern part of a quiet Tokyo. The hotel is only a few stops away from Shinjuku and Shibuya, so you avoid the overcrowdedness. The hotel is very clean and the rooms and topped up with amenities everyday. The staff members are lovely and very friendly, I had absolutely zero complaints about anything in that complex. I am so glad I picked Mitsui to stay. I had option and the budget to pick the more well known MNC brands, but something pulled me to support a home grown brand, because I have been to a many established chain in overseas who had places that were very disappointing and substandard. Hence my choice to support a local brand, and I am glad I supported a local brand i.e. supports the economy of the country and the people. Thank you Mitsui for a wonderful stay. If I come again, I'll be sure to stay with you again."

"We took the Airport Limousine directly to the hotel, which was a really nice perk to start our first visit to Tokyo. The staff were friendly and helpful at check-in, and the self checkout was very convenient. We were there to celebrate our 44th anniversary, so we were given a room with a view of the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building. The daily towel changes and complimentary bottled water were a nice treat. We didn't eat at the hotel, so I can not comment on the food. The location is ideal, especially when we checked out and had to get to Shinjuku Station to take a train to Yokohama. We took one day street which was great with luggage in tow. We didn't have to drag our luggage through the crowds and uneven sidewalks. The self-serve amenities are very convenient, and we love the sponge. Thank you for a wonderful first-time experience."
