"Hotel can be reached from Tokyo’s metro network (Rinkai line, Shinagawa Seaside Station) so you don’t even need an umbrella to reach there from Haneda/Narita even on a rainy day. The breakfast buffet is excellent and the lobby is grand. Ping pong table is a bonus. The sea view of the Tokyo harbor is quite pleasant. Lastly, the Aeon with food court that closes at 11pm is the final pleasant surprise."

"Perfect location. Just across from Shinagawa Train Station. The bed was comfortable. Amenities such as toothbrush, shavers and comb are provided. The cleaning staff are polite and attentive. The room was clean and well-appointed. However, it might be a bit small for a couple or tall people. If you have booked for a non-smoking room, please ensure that the previous occupant(s) didn't breach the non-smoking rule. Request a change of room at any suspicion of cigarette odour in the room or you might be held responsible for disinfecting and sanitising odour removal and cleaning. All in all good value for money."

"We have got stayed in Shinagawa Prince Hotel Annex this time. Have good size room , have good layout. Very easy and convenient for transportation, as the Shinagawa JR Shinkansen Station just in front of the hotel. Many foods around , department store , tokyo hotel tap water safe to drink. Easy access to Shibuya,Shinjuku, Tokyo Staton for Yamanote Line. Very easy transportation from and to Haneda Airport using Keikyu Line. Will come back again."

"Very good location just opposite Oimachi station. This hotel is 3 stars hotel but better than we expected. A lot of eateries everywhere. Noodle opened till 2 am, just next to hotel, good n cheap ramen , gyoza , rices , very nice and worthed food . For Shinjuku can go through Rinkai/Saikyo blue line directly . For Shinkansen, Shinagawa station is only one station away . Very recommended Tokyo hotel big spacious twin bedrooms. Very Good and comfortable bathroom and strong shower. Good breakfast western or OOTOYA Japanese breakfast. Have two towers for single and twin bedrooms."

"The hotel is great, located in a residential area of Tokyo near Haneda Airport. The breakfasts are excellent, and you leave feeling full, but the food is the same every day. The room seemed slightly larger than others in Japan. It had everything you need. The room was cleaned every day, and the pajamas were changed every day, but there was dust and someone else's socks under the bed, which was surprising since Japan is known for its cleanliness. The room had a window overlooking the city. It's far from the center, and the key attractions are not nearby, but the proximity to the airport is convenient for early departures, as it takes 20 minutes by metro to reach the terminal. I recommend this hotel for its good value for money."
