Arrived late at Narita Keisei station, due to missing the right train from Tsudanuma (first time visiting Japan, mind you) and already half way to Chiba station. Upon arrival on almost-midnight, apparently the front desk officer already waited for us, the last guest to check in. The staff can speak English well and very comforting. Offered free complimentary skin care (lotion or mask), too. Stayed only 5 hours before the flight in the morning from T2 Narita Airport. Rode a free shuttle provided by hotel. They provide tablet in each room for the guest to browse available service. Overall, it's a 10/10 experience.

The hotel is conveniently next to Keisei Barita station. Just remember to take the escalators going down to the street level where the hotel is; Google Maps directly me to a much longer route which was a waste of time. The hotel room is smallish in size; not sure if it is normal for this area. Cleanliness is very good despite the hotel on the aged side (based on the room setup/ deco). Breakfast was small spread but definitely good enough. Special mention about this blended drink of Pumpkin and Soy Milk, nice! Rates wise it is more competitive compared to the other immediate hotels so I won’t mind staying there again.

It is really a great hotel at and an affordable rate. If you have a flight the next morning or have an over-night layover it is perfect. The rooms are clean and the room amenities include slippers, a robe, toiletries, and a kettle. The breakfast is decent. The front desk is helpful. They used to have an onsite onsen but not anymore which is why I took a star off for their facilities. There is a 7-11 downstairs. They are near parks and a nice shrine. The airport shuttle is convenient. This was our second time staying here and we would stay again if we had a layover or an early flight just for the convenience.

Close to train station. Exit at west side . Public bus stop nearby . Have a family mart and 7-11 nearby ..free shuttle bus to airport in the morning . I arrived noon time so I put my luggage with the reception and went out for lunch.I did not buy breakfast because I have to catch my flight around 10,,.. The cost of 1000 yens is really good price. When I came back around 4, my luggage was already sent to my room . The kettle was already heated with warm water . 23 January 2026 I chose to stay here due to the cost, shuttle buses, and restaurants on site. I stayed from 5th January to 19th January 2026. The pickup from the airport was easy. I arrived early and had to wait to check-in at 1500 hours (3:00 p.m.). They accepted my luggage and I got the free bus to Narita Square. Walked around getting the lay out of the area. Free shuttle back to Hotel. Arrived and allowed to check in. They clean the room every other day and provide fresh towels every other day. The wi-fi was strong in all areas. Multi routers & log-in for the areas. The signature restaurant was closed. They have another with limited meals. The breakfast buffet was Japanese with very limited western items. Sausage (hotdogs flavor) French fries (large steak fry cut) poorly seasoned, toast & rolls, coffee & juice. About the 6th or 7th day boiled eggs were available. I tried many of the Japanese dishes and some were favorable and others not. I ate raw tuna daily and it still needs salt, pepper, flour & hot grease. The laundry facilities were clean and worked well. I did note a few areas of concern the smoked area over the lights and HVAC grates/grills needed cleaning. They have a convenience store on premises. I used the airport shuttle to airport to take train to Tokyo.

Also during the leaving staff as helpful for move on our luggages into bus and when we off the driver of the shuttle bus to airport also helpful to move down and put on the torey as well .

I stumbled upon this treasure during a business trip, and it's immediately made it onto my 'Priority Business Trip Hotels' list. I just have to rave about it! As soon as I got out of the car, a server proactively helped with my luggage. The moment I walked through the lobby doors, I was impressed – the aroma was a subtle citrus, not overwhelming or pungent, and the background music was a gentle jazz. Even the few minutes I waited to check in felt relaxing; none of that crowded, chaotic feeling you get at other hotels. My room was an even bigger surprise! The floor-to-ceiling windows overlooked the city's central park. In the evening, I watched the sunset paint the clouds a honey color, and at night, the warm, soft lighting was never harsh. The bedding was just the right balance of soft and firm; lying on it felt like sinking into a cloud. As someone who usually struggles to sleep in new places, I fell asleep instantly last night, and a good chunk of my travel fatigue just melted away. The bathroom had a great wet/dry separation, and the toiletries had a light, woody scent. The shower pressure was strong, and hot water came out super fast, leaving me completely relaxed after a wash. The breakfast selection also exceeded expectations – freshly cooked wontons with generous fillings, aromatic freshly ground coffee, and even the fruit was neatly cut and fresh, not like those wilted fruits that have been sitting out all day. The detail that touched me the most was when the front desk, knowing it was my birthday (I mentioned it when filling out my check-in info), sent up a small box of handmade cake and a handwritten card that evening. YYansuijiangqiThe Narita Toyoko Inn offers a convenient airport shuttle service. If you're arriving at Narita Terminal 2, head to the central exit on the first floor; the shuttle picks up at stand 31-B. Breakfast is available at both the new and main buildings, and the times are clearly posted. The breakfast selection is varied and plentiful. They also offer a *Takkyubin* (parcel delivery) service, and there's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor of the main building. The rooms are set up in the standard Toyoko Inn style – simple and practical. The soundproofing is excellent; you can't hear any airport noise at all.

AAnonymous UserThis hotel was relatively older and less clean compared with the other hotel we stayed at during the trip. The location is very convenient for airport transit, with Terminal 3 only about a 12-minute walk away and Terminal 2 around 20 minutes away at Narita Airport. One of the best things about the hotel was the free shuttle bus service, which made it easy to travel between the airport, the hotel, Narita city centre, and Aeon Mall for shopping. However, the room service and in-room amenities were fairly limited compared with the other hotel, as basic items like toothbrushes had to be collected from reception and bottled water was not provided. There were no free facilities to use, but having a 24/7 FamilyMart and a pharmacy in the hotel was still convenient.

It even snowed when we were there, which was incredibly beautiful. This was my first time getting a wooden room key, and it was a nice touch, a good experience overall.

未未来与远方Trip.com is really starting to penalize loyal customers. I booked a room with breakfast for 447, and right after I confirmed the order, it dropped to 212, also with breakfast. The instant price drop after booking was already quite annoying. After checking in, the 'breakfast included' turned out to be a Starbucks card worth 1000 JPY. I asked the front desk where I could use it, and they said 'on the first floor.' When I went down to the Starbucks on the first floor, it was just a small counter, only serving coffee and drinks, no sandwiches or other main breakfast items. Who can drink 1000 JPY worth of coffee first thing in the morning? I asked the Starbucks staff if there were other places to use the card, and they said 'any Starbucks in the airport.' So, after clearing customs, I searched for another Starbucks but couldn't find one anywhere. I ended up bringing the 1000 JPY voucher home in my pocket. And then I had to go find another place to eat breakfast. 😓

To airport- wait outside the lobby in front of the bus stop sign on the road.
From airport terminal 2 - look for bus stop number 27. Then it’ll stop to terminal 1 before going to the hotel around 10-15 mins drive with light traffic.
Easy check in and out, bring an id for confirmation of identity.
A daily convenience store in the lobby can use an electric microwave just tell the staff. Tho the products are limited cuz it’s a small store.
Good For those who want to just stay inside the hotel, it’s kinda far from other leisure activities like mall unless you go to Narita airport and transfer to trains.

I Like the Onsen in the Hotel, need paid. . But the hotel is a bit Old. The hotel staff is an Indian girl ( in the photo) her service is very good and very patient , luckily she knows English 👏 The hotel does not provide drinking water.
