My recent stay at the Novotel Okinawa Naha was an absolute delight from start to finish. I chose this hotel for its central location, but it exceeded all my expectations in every way. **The Stay: Comfort and Convenience** The rooms are modern, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The beds are like clouds, ensuring a perfect night's sleep after a long day of exploring Naha. The bathroom was spacious with a great shower, and the little sitting area was a nice touch. The view from our room was also lovely, offering a great look at the city. It’s the perfect peaceful retreat to return to. **The Food: A Delicious Surprise** We decided to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant on our first night, and we were so glad we did! The food was outstanding. We sampled both international dishes and local Okinawan specialties, and everything was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The breakfast buffet was equally impressive, with a huge variety of options—from Japanese classics like miso soup and rice to Western favorites like fresh pastries and eggs. It was the perfect fuel to start our days. **Overall Experience** What truly made the stay special was the staff. Everyone we encountered was friendly, professional, and went out of their way to be helpful. The location is also a major plus, making it easy to walk to Kokusai Street, the monorail, and other key attractions. We had a truly wonderful experience. Location is pretty good, close to subway station and big super markets. Room size is standard tiny Japanese style but overall good.

Great location to Shuri Castle, hotel is nice and clean, breakfast variety is decent and actually better than most of local hotel.

5 mins walk to train station. 24hours reception with self service amenities available at counter. Morning coffee & tea is also available. Room is clean and spacious. Staff also made towel art for me as it was my birthday.

I had a generally comfortable and pleasant stay at this property. The facilities were adequate and well-equipped, including a kitchen area where I could cook, a microwave, and laundry facilities, which were very convenient for a longer stay. The location is fairly good, with easy access to a nearby bus stop and monorail station. Check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow, especially regarding key collection. One minor downside was that there was construction work next door, which sometimes caused a bit of noise. Additionally, although the overall stay was comfortable, I tried to contact the service provider via chat for a specific need, but unfortunately did not receive a response. Overall, it was a comfortable stay with good facilities and a convenient location.

The hotel's location is very convenient and ideal. The rooms have been newly renovated and are neat and tidy. There is supermarket nearby and a bridge connects to the single rail train so there is no problem even if it rains.

This time I was interested in the history and architecture of this hotel. It was the first hotel in Okinawa after the war, and the building is registered as an important cultural heritage. The staircase and chandelier in the main lobby have a nostalgic atmosphere and are very nice. In the past, many famous people such as important people and artists have stayed here. It is close to the Yui Rail Asato, Kokusai Street and Sakaemachi, and the local feel of the Sakaemachi Market restaurant district is also wonderful. I booked a Japanese-style room because I was traveling alone, but it was on the second floor of the main building and was very clean and comfortable. The room facilities have been updated and are hygienic. In addition, there is a large public bath, so I was able to relax and heal my fatigue until the next morning. I think most of the rooms in Okinawa are Western-style rooms, but the Japanese-style rooms are larger than single Western-style rooms and are great. I would like to use them again if I have the opportunity.
