"I was very satisfied. The room was clean, the facilities were newly renovated and very tidy, and the bedding was great. The bathroom was also in excellent condition."
"I was a little worried because it wasn't as big as the picture, but it was clean and well-ventilated, so it felt comfortable. I'm usually sensitive when my sleeping position changes, but I slept well without coughing once. And everyone was friendly and gave great guidance, so next time I go to Busan, I would like to stay here again if I go nearby. The kids had a good time too."
"The location was close to the Busan ARTE Museum. Plenty of parking, room was clean and with a mini fridge, kettle, cups etc + a microwave in the corridor you could cook something simple. I left a titanium camping pot (100 $ US) in my room. The owner replied str away and posted it , after I had wired 6,000 won postage. A few issues with language problems when phoning up as I don’t speak Korean and owner speaks some English. A friend of the owner rang back shortly afterwards to check for understanding. Initially I booked the wrong date. The owner could not change the reservation from his end without Trip.com agreeing. To have this changed with Trip.com was lengthy and tiresome."
"I loved the facilities, the friendliness, and the location. The free breakfast was an unexpected delight. The desk staff were friendly, and the sheets, bathroom, and toilet were all clean. The only inconvenience was that the Wi-Fi would occasionally disconnect, but it was quickly reconnected to the Wi-Fi in a nearby room. It was great."
"We liked the apartment, even though it was a bit small - it had everything we needed. The view was great! Kind and professional staff."

Amazing
GGuest UserThe receptionist in charge spoke English well and helped clarify several misunderstandings regarding the hotel policy, as one point differed from what was stated on the Trip.com page (regarding the number of guests). Unfortunately, the stove in the kitchen did not work when we arrived, and the staff mentioned that it was not intended for use by default, which was quite disappointing. However, the staff’s polite and courteous behavior toward us was an excellent point that helped compensate for these shortcomings. Also, the location was very convenient, as it was close to Daiso, a bus stop, and a train station.
GGuest UserIt’s worthy to stay when traveling to Busan Easy access to(from) main station, clean room and facility. I would surely stay there on my next trip to Busan Easy access
GGuest UserLocation is great! Literally in front of the bus station. The check in process is very smooth. The receptionists can speak english. So no communication barrier here. The reception is at 10th floor and our room is on another level. Breakfast is provided but we don’t have time to grab the breakfast as we full with our itinerary. The bed is comfortable and water heater is a good condition. Water heater is in every floor. The room is small and really like a room with bed and toilet. Since we are busy with our itineraries and coming back to hotel just to sleep so the space is a no problem to us. I would recommend you guys to stay here as it is at the centre if you want to go to Blueline Sky, Gwangalli Beach, Haeundae area. BIFF square and Jagalchi market is walking distance. Other than that, if you guys want to shopping in Olive Young I recommend you to shopping here instead to go to other store in Seoul. Less people and not crowded compared in centre.
