"Very friendly staff and clean rooms with enough space. The shower was a little confusing to use at the beginning. There is a convenience store downstairs. It is almost an hour into areas like Myeongdong though, so plan accordingly. The beds were comfortable, the room had a TV. No stains on sheets, mold on ceilings or bad smells."

"Niagara Hotel is located in less touristy Yeomchang, which is an amazing neighbourhood. There are two convenience stores in the vicinity of the hotel, and a Starbucks right across the road. Coffee shops and local eateries galore along the streets. The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom had a bidet-type toilet which was comfortable to use. The receptionists were kind and could communicate in English to an effective extent. In the hotel lobby, there is a Wowpass machine, very convenient for tourists with a Wowpass. I was satisfied with my stay at Niagara Hotel."

"Great hotel close to hongdae main street, easy access to transport such as buses and metro. Managed to travel to other locations in seoul with relative ease. Hotel has washing facilties, cooking area, gym, reading area. Doesn't have coffee in room but has kettle. There is also a cafe in ground floor of this hotel. Will book again."

"The place is nice and practical. There are no staff in the night, though, two Japanese girls got locked out of their room at 2am. I tried to help them by calling the number on the self-check-in as their phones were in their room! But no luck alas. It made me wonder what you'd do if you had a flight to catch. I liked the simplicity of everything else, cheap, clean etc."
