Amazing
GGuest UserThe hotel is highly recommended. It's close to the airport, and the best part is that I don't speak English. It's a Chinese-owned hotel with everything you could need. The accommodations and food were comfortable, and the service was excellent, especially the owner, who was so kind. I wish the owner great success in his business and all the best.

GGuest UserIt must have been destiny! Here's the gist: I initially planned to stay just one night and then move on, as my business clients are scattered all over the place 😊. But now I've extended my stay for four more days because I simply can't leave! Honestly, after traveling through nearly 10 African countries, this Chinese-run hotel is the only one I've been truly satisfied with. The price is reasonable, they offer airport pick-up and drop-off, but what really sealed the deal is the food – breakfast, lunch, and dinner are absolutely amazing and so nourishing! Every meal is different, with at least 8 delicious and appetizing dishes 😍. Don't compare it to China; this is just a recommendation for Chinese travelers visiting Lagos, Nigeria. To be honest, I truly hope our future trips will lead us to similar Chinese hotels. The general manager is hands-on, attentive, and incredibly accommodating, and the head chef, a friendly young man from Dalian, is so welcoming and hospitable. In short, the setup gets full marks, and the quality of service also gets full marks from me – you can decide for yourselves! Check out the pictures! Facilities: Very new and complete Hygiene: Satisfied Environment: Safe Service: Satisfied Chinese Buffet Lunch: Rich variety and delicious Chinese Buffet Dinner: Rich variety and delicious Airport shuttle service: Free

Great
EEngr. Victor IfezueI was seeking accommodation in Lagos, traveling from London, for a two-night stay. The hotel proved challenging to locate due to an imprecise address provided on their website. Upon arrival, I encountered a front desk attendant who did not speak English, necessitating the use of a translation application for communication. My assigned room was well-maintained; however, it lacked television channel subscriptions. Furthermore, the absence of an in-room intercom system meant that any service requests required a two-floor descent to the reception area. It became apparent that the hotel's primary clientele likely consists of Chinese or Asian visitors to Nigeria, suggesting a potential oversight in catering to a broader international guest base. On a positive note, the hotel offered complimentary Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, and a lounge area. The check-out process was exceptional, as the hotel arranged for a driver and vehicle to transport me to the airport, a service I rate highly. Despite the somewhat elevated pricing, I would consider utilizing this hotel again. The hotel is situated within a tranquil residential estate, offering a peaceful environment free from noise, though also lacking in ambient music. I recommend that management consider implementing television viewing options, employing a local staff member proficient in English, and diversifying their menu to include local cuisine.

JJohnOn the day of arrival the receptionist told me that they can’t see my name on their system :( after waiting for long seating there at the reception, I decided to pay them for one day just to check in refresh and rested after a long trip from overseas. Then they allowed me to pay for one day, the next day they refunded me and said they later received my confirmation from trip.com. Which I stayed with them the 3night. Finally trip.com should send them travellers information as soon the customer book in and paid.

Mmoshood shittuThe hotel is situated in an excellent location close to the airport. It is a modern hotel that is clean and has excellent facilities. However, the services at the reception desk and Koriko & Co restaurant are 4-Stars. The reception is always crowded, and you spend much time waiting for the staff to attend to you. However, they are apologetic and friendly about keeping you waiting. The food in the restaurant and the varieties are excellent; I mainly ate the local dishes (I ate breakfast daily and ate dinners on several evenings with friends and relatives), and my Lagos taste buds can detect the days when the food tastes superior (must be the different chefs) compare to other days—the meals were warm and delightful. I must recognise the hospitality of the Intern Pastry Chef (Deborah) and ? Food ambassador (Nimi); both checked how the customers enjoyed their meals and hotel stay. They did their job with beautiful smiles and engaged well with everyone. Deborah is a true gem and will add immense value to the hotel brand; her puff-puff is a perfect 10/10.

RrobonI recently stayed at the Radisson Hotel Lagos for a business trip, and it turned into an unforgettable experience! From check-in to check-out, every detail was flawlessly executed. The room was a sanctuary of comfort – spotlessly clean, modern, and spacious. The plush bedding, sleek bathroom, and skyline views from the floor-to-ceiling windows made it hard to leave! Perfect for both work (great desk setup) and relaxation. The staff here truly shines! Special thanks to the staff who greeted me warmly and sorted every request with lightning speed. Housekeeping kept the room immaculate, and the concierge offered spot-on recommendations for exploring Lagos.

ZZwajeThe hotel workers are friendly, hardworking and accommodating. The hotel was located in a very catchy area with ease access to shopping mall and supermarkets . However from personal experience point of view, the hotel Wi-Fi was very poor. In addition the hotel wifi can only connect to single device, maximum of two devices is not allowed. I had to use my personal mobile data for the total of 7days that I stayed in the hotel.

MmcpoThe following are real pictures and videos I took when I checked into the hotel that day. I stayed in Room 10 on the first floor that day. Hotel location: The transportation in Lagos is quite convenient. Hotel facilities: Take a look at the pictures for yourself, they were taken on the day of check-in. Looking at the pictures of bedding and linens, the bed is quite comfortable. Hotel decoration: see pictures for yourself. Bathroom: There is no dry and wet separation. Breakfast: Look at the pictures for yourself. Hotel service staff: Personally I think they are very service-minded and quite careless during the stay.
