"Great location, seems to be doing good business"

"It was great experience to stay there. Something i need regarding cleaner, if there is a specific time of cleaning and nobody is present in room. Do not allow cleaner to open the room. Or either to inform guest this that cleaner can enter if no one is present in room so that we can manage accordingly by notification of DND. Thank you."

"This hotel is very nice and quiet. Mr. Mohamed Essam is very professional."

"I just think if the breakfast could use a coffee maker machine would be nice! The rest is perfect! I stay in smoking room floor and it’s great ! No sign of bad smell. Very clean and spacey room."

"The hotel facilities are good, new, the breakfast is diversified."

"Functional and good business hotel with good location and good staff and food"

"Had a very comfortable stay here. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. The bed was comfy and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which makes a big difference given the Riyadh heat. The staff were warm and welcoming - great hospitality. The breakfast buffet was also impressive with a good selection of both local and international options. We found the location quite convenient as there was a bus stop and supermarket just a short walk away. The only drawback was the entrance, which is slightly tucked away in what looked like an alley, so it can be a bit confusing to spot at first! But, a great stay overall. I'd happily stay here again on my next trip to Riyadh."

"Close proximity to malls and some coffee shops. Area isnt very crowded unlike many parts of riyadh but close to many good places which i find is a plus. Reception was fluent in English, room is clean and we got an upgrade which is very much appreciated as our previous available assigned room was a non smoking room but located in a smoking floor."
