NNatalieEverything was great until it came to check out, we had left a jacket behind there was a lady already cleaning our room and we tried getting it back but the front desk claims it’s not in the lost n found and the cleaning lady didn’t note it with our room number. So we know the cleaning lady stole it. Because she was in there when I had left it behind.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself was fine. But I was very disappointed to learn that parking at the hotel was an additional $50/night. Also - when checking in they charge you a mandatory $27 'convenience fee'. This entitles you to a $7 credit at the snack bar - where a bag of M&Ms cost $6. And this is just a regular size bag, not shareable, and a $10 credit at the restaurant if you spend $30. I will not go back because it really felt like I was being nicked and dimed.

GGuest UserStaff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean, bed was comfy, staff was accommodating and friendly. The location is ok but high in car break-ins . Did not have anything happen to me but it’s very visible the crime surrounding.

EEguaduoedezhuziThis neighborhood is close to the black dangerous area, but the hotel environment is quite good, there is a small bay, but it is not recommended to walk around the hotel casually, it is a bit dangerous, it is better to take a taxi to travel

AAnonymous UserDoesn’t have any inside windows but if you from any windows actually very green many food spots and many stores nearby are walking distance and BART which is a form of transportation is very close by I really like everything about this room very cozy very clean and the customer service is fantastic here every time

GGuest UserThe first time I checked in, I was shocked. There was a train track in front of the hotel, and the train whizzed past the door. After sleeping for two nights, I found that, fortunately, it did not affect my sleep at night, even though I have difficulty sleeping and have very strict sleep requirements. After staying for a few days, I found that this hotel is really good: the transportation is very convenient. The ferry terminal is diagonally opposite the hotel, a five-minute walk away, and the ferry to downtown San Francisco takes 25 minutes. It's just over ten minutes' walk to the light rail (BART). It's also walking distance to downtown Auckland, and Chinatown is also there. There are also many bus lines. It's really convenient! Behind the hotel is Starbucks, which is convenient for drinking coffee. Then, the most beautiful thing is that the hotel is close to the seaside and pier. It feels really good and beautiful to go for a walk in the morning. The service is also good and the room is quite big. I stayed there for more than ten days in total, and I felt more and more comfortable the longer I stayed.
