Clean hostel well located 5 minutes from the bay + very friendly staff

Nice hotel well located near the center but still in a quiet area. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and professional. The breakfast was good with a wide choice of Asian and western style food. Overall, really satisfied with my stay I would recommend it to friends and family.

Even the hotel was well maintained and everything was quite new, the location is a bit far away (you can rent bikes on the hotel, for a very reasonable price) Since it was tet festival in Vietnam, the breakfast was limited, the woman didn’t speak English, but she was very nice!

The service at Hotel Nikko Haiphong is very good, the room is very clean, and the service staff are very friendly.

The overall atmosphere of the hotel felt welcoming and homely, which made my stay even more enjoyable. If you're staying in Cat Ba, I highly recommend this place. The rooms are large, clean, have a great view, and are very quiet.

This hotel had very helpful staff who helped us to leave the island in a hurry when I typhoon was coming. Really recommend for helpful staff.

Most positive point is very useful location! This hotel is closely from bus line, and easy to go to drink to somewhere! So cost and performance is very great! And following picture's bar was very good. I recommend this place to go to drink somewhere.
