Clean hostel well located 5 minutes from the bay + very friendly staff

Nice hotel well located near the center but still in a quiet area. The staff were really welcoming, friendly and professional. The breakfast was good with a wide choice of Asian and western style food. Overall, really satisfied with my stay I would recommend it to friends and family.

They helped arrange transportation from Hanoi to Cat Ba and even organized a fantastic day trip to Ha Long Bay for me. The rooms are bright, thoughtfully laid out, and impeccably clean; little details—good water pressure, comfortably firm mattresses, and reliable Wi-Fi—made it effortless to settle in after a day out. Service is where the hotel truly shines. Staff were warm without being overbearing, quick with local tips, and genuinely proactive—everything from a smooth check-in to helping with rides and recommendations felt easy and human. Public spaces are tidy and modern, and the overall vibe is understated—more “well-curated haven” than flashy boutique, which I loved.
