"We were very pleased with our stay at this villa!
The location is convenient. You can reach any attraction within 20 minutes.
The villa is very well-maintained and stylish. The equipment is new and in perfect condition. It was a pleasure to stay at the hotel and use all the amenities.
It's clear that the hotel owners and manager put their heart and soul into this business, rather than just renting it out for profit. This attention to detail is evident in the service and interior design.
I especially want to commend the manager! She is a very pleasant and responsive young lady!
Thank you once again for your hospitality. We will definitely return and recommend you to our friends!"

Anonymous UserWe had a very comfortable stay. The location is excellent, only about a 10-minute walk from the Vatican. There are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, which made everything very convenient. The room was beautiful, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

Before you check in, contact the owner in advance of WhatsApp abroad. You must get the check-in building and door code in advance. There is a small elevator on the zero floor. You can go to the first floor for accommodation. Breakfast is convenient for the coffee shop about 5 minutes to the left. The accommodation building is close to the road, our windows are not particularly soundproof, and there will be car sounds and garbage truck sounds at night.

LidiexiannvThe host was very nice, but check-in was a bit troublesome. There's a €15 late check-in fee after 8:00 PM, so hopefully, those checking in late will see this information. It's set up like a B&B, about a 15-minute walk from the train station. You can see the street view from the window. Coffee, tea, and fruit are provided. The room is clean and compact.

The location is excellent, but the internal facilities of the room are scarce, there is no bedside table, no hot water bottle, no disposable slippers. Sound insulation is not good. I can't see the landlord, and I contacted the other party through the app requested by the other party. There is no breakfast, and an additional tax is required per person per night when leaving the store.

Villa Ermes at the Colosseum

Guest UserThe villa is beautiful and full of history, with a comfortable mattress, an impressive bar counter, and thoughtful amenities like a hairdryer and refrigerator. The only downside is the lack of a dry-wet separation in the bathroom. Overall, however, the stay was excellent! The hotel's location is great—right next to the subway station, within walking distance of St. Mary's Cathedral, surrounded by convenience stores and delicious restaurants. The host even shared a list of recommended dining spots. They responded promptly to inquiries and were extremely kind and helpful. Highly recommended!

Anonymous UserThe location is very convenient, close to the metro station, with most attractions reachable within 30 minutes.
The facilities are quite basic and show some signs of age, but they cover all essential needs.
Considering the very competitive price, it offers reasonable value for a short solo stay.
