ZongyuetongThe room was super spacious and clean! It had a townhouse-style layout 🏡. We stayed in the innermost room, which was very new. We used the private hot spring twice a day – it was truly amazing, with constant temperature. There's also a small garden seating area behind the room, offering a fantastic view of Mount Fuji 🗻. It's a 10-minute walk from Kawaguchiko Station to the hotel. If you buy a bus ticket at the station, there's a road near the parking lot where the railway is. Taking that road is much shorter, closer than the route via Lawson, and you can get there in about 6 minutes. If there wasn't a building blocking the view in front of our room, we'd have a panoramic view of Mount Fuji. As it was, when we pulled back the curtains, we could see the top of Mount Fuji, haha!

This hotel has an incredible view; you can see Mount Fuji clearly right across Lake Kawaguchiko. Onsen is really great. The service was also great, there are convenient shuttle to and from the station or sightseeing places around hote. It was my own mistake for not pre-ordering breakfast, and by the time I asked, it was too late. However, the staff kindly offered to drive me to a nearby convenience store instead. I will definitely be back if I have the chance.

Guest UserThe hotel service was excellent and the facilities were comprehensive. The breakfast quality was high. Although there are trees in front of the hotel, blocking the view of Mount Fuji from the room, you can walk to Oishi Park in less than ten minutes to see it. Transportation is also quite convenient, and the room is very spacious. The only downside might be a few small insects.

Guest UserLast minute booking and we couldn’t have been happier with our choice. The cabin was extremely spacious, well equipped, warm, and comfortable. Lots of room for our family of five to spread out! We also all loved the PJs! The location is excellent with onsite parking and even a small onsen. We didn’t take the breakfast or BBQ option but had everything needed to cook for ourselves. Best of all was the view - despite the rainy day, Mt Fuji made a guest appearance late in the evening, which we could enjoy right from our cabin.

QingsonglvxingdexunlianjiaOn the way to the hotel, I saw Mount Fuji shrouded in clouds, and at Lake Kawaguchiko, I experienced my first ever fireworks festival and stayed at a hot spring hotel. The front desk at Hotel Regina had polite and friendly Chinese-speaking staff, as well as convenient and timely shuttle services to and from the station. The room was spacious and bright, and I could even gaze at Mount Fuji from the balcony. The hot spring water was warm and silky smooth, making my first visit comfortable and enjoyable. Plus, the hotel's souvenir shop on the first floor was a lifesaver, allowing me to pick up gifts even when I was rushing back. It was a novel and delightful stay, rejuvenating both my body and mind, and allowing me to truly enjoy the moment.

The hotel's front desk staff were warm and courteous, making us feel right at home. Our room had a direct view of Mount Fuji and cherry blossoms by the lake, which was absolutely stunning. Breakfast was included and suited everyone's taste. We also enjoyed the hot spring on the 6th floor. Plus, the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle service to the station, saving us a lot of hassle – truly excellent! The driver was incredibly nice too. This trip will be unforgettable!

Guest UserPros:
1. The room was huge!
2. You get a full view of Mount Fuji right from the balcony window.
3. The staff were super friendly, and they even had Chinese-speaking staff members.
4. The hot springs on the fifth floor have both indoor and outdoor options. You can enjoy the views of Mount Fuji while you soak.
5. Both breakfast and dinner provided by the hotel were surprisingly delicious, and there was a good variety too.
6. They offer a shuttle service to and from Kawaguchiko Station. Just make sure to look for the shuttle with three hotel names printed on it. You'll need to remember the hotel's English name to identify it correctly, otherwise, you might end up waiting a long time at the station.
I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Mount Fuji!

This place is very close to Lake Yamanaka, and its off-street location makes it very quiet. If you're driving, you'll need to set your GPS to Yamanakako Post Office. The staff, especially the younger woman, was very polite and could communicate in both English and Mandarin. The whole place is a traditional Japanese ryokan with a bit of history. Don't expect it to be brand new, but it's clean and tidy, making for a comfortable stay. We booked room 102 with a garden, and we were so lucky to see a clear view of Mount Fuji on our first day! It was truly amazing to see it from our room. The only minor inconvenience was that you have to reserve a time slot for bathing. There are two private onsen rooms outside the guest rooms. When you reserve a slot, it becomes your private bath, complete with a shower area and a small indoor tub. They also provide a full range of amenities, including cleansing oil and facial wash. Overall, it's still a great choice! Highly recommended.
