GGuest UserThe female staff was really super friendly. I didn't even know that it had been transferred to post-payment, so I had a lot of trouble paying at the accommodation, but they waited for me and tried to resolve it somehow, which was really nice. When I came back after going out, they even left me this note, which touched me ㅠㅠ If I go to Osaka again, I want to use it again. The accommodation was clean and very close to the station, so I had no trouble finding my way. I highly recommend it.

It has a washing machine, kitchen, and balcony, and they even thoughtfully provided an umbrella and a weighing scale, which are very practical. It's close to the Midosuji Line, and even closer to Shin-Imamiya, making it super convenient for early morning flights – just a 3-minute walk.

LLanzhilanzhiThe hotel's location is quite good, right next to Shijō Station. The nearest exit is about a five-minute walk away. The breakfast in the morning was decent; they provided a plate that was enough to fill me up, and also offered coffee and tea. The front desk staff spoke English, so communication was smooth. Guests of various ethnicities stayed at the hotel. However, the triple room had issues with unstable water temperature, and every time I wanted hot water, I had to let it run for a long time. The last person to shower in the evening couldn't take one due to the water temperature, which was quite disappointing.

GGuest UserThe hotel's neighborhood has quite a few homeless people, so it's not ideal for a solo female traveler to walk around at night. Since the rooms don't have showers, and the communal female showers are only on the first floor with just three stalls, there's often a queue at night.

BBubumeyonHotel was very near to the train station , lawson convenient store. From the train station u just need to pass 1 traffic light and u are arrived. Hotel was super clean, tidy but the shower room and toilet was outside the room, located at the ground level, but itsokay, everything was fine ! The hotel also near to some attraction places, and still at a resonae price compared to others, Recommended!💯

KKukudefeiniaoThis hotel absolutely exceeded my expectations; it's almost on par with a five-star hotel. I've stayed in many capsule hotels, and this one is the best. The large public bath has everything you could possibly need, they even provide swim trunks! Razors, toothbrushes, hand towels, bath towels, pumice stones, exfoliating mitts, and multiple types of facial cleansers – they have it all. Can you believe there's even an open-air bath? They also offer massages, but those are extra. And seriously, they even have a blood pressure monitor! After showering, you can grab a drink and some noodles, which can be charged directly to your room. The luggage area has a huge packing table, with space underneath for oversized luggage (I didn't use it so I don't know if there's a charge). The lounge area has sofas for watching TV, and even a smoking section – it's incredibly convenient! Right outside the hotel is Umeda Higashidori Street, where bunny girls invite you to all-you-can-drink deals, and there are all sorts of food options around. The capsule itself is quite spacious, and the bedding is incredibly clean – I mean five-star hotel quality clean. I don't understand why the rating is low; for me, the only 'downside' is that there are too many amenities and services to explore before I had to check out. For a capsule hotel, the service is almost too much! One final friendly tip: you'll still need to buy your own toothpaste...

It's only a few dozen meters from Exit 8 of Dobutsuen-mae subway station, and about 200m from Shin-Imamiya Station for both JR and Nankai lines. This makes it perfect if you have an Osaka subway pass or a Kansai JR Mini Pass, as you can get from the airport to the hotel by JR or Nankai in under 200m walking. Although the hotel is located in Nishinari Ward, often referred to as Osaka's 'slum area,' I was a bit concerned about safety before arriving. However, the hotel is right next to a main road with a lot of people around, so there's actually no need to worry. I didn't encounter any issues during my stay. I booked a single room with shared bathroom and shower facilities. Despite being shared, they were very clean, and the hotel staff were constantly cleaning them to keep them spotless. The only downside was that the soundproofing wasn't great. If you're on a budget and want a bit of private space, I highly recommend this place – it's much better than many hostels.

Cleanliness: The hostel was spotless. The rooms, bathrooms, and common areas were consistently clean and well-maintained. You can really tell that they prioritize hygiene, which made our stay very comfortable and stress-free.
Location: The location is perfect—very convenient and close to Shinsaibashi Station, shopping streets, convenience stores, and great restaurants. It’s easy to explore Osaka from here, especially popular areas like Dotonbori. Everything we needed was within walking distance.
Service: The staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. They were always willing to help with directions and recommendations, which made our trip smoother. Check-in and check-out were quick and hassle-free.
One thing we really appreciated was that we were allowed to leave our luggage near the reception area before check-in and even after check-out. This gave us the freedom to roam around and explore without carrying heavy bags or spending extra money on coin lockers. It was a huge convenience!
Amenities: The facilities were excellent for a hostel. The beds were comfortable, and the common areas were cozy and functional. Just a small note—towels are not free, so it’s better to bring your own. If needed, you can rent one for 200 yen. The internet connection did cut off from time to time, but it wasn’t a deal breaker and didn’t affect our overall experience.
Overall, this accommodation definitely deserves a 5-star rating. It offers great value for money, a fantastic location, and a welcoming atmosphere. I would absolutely stay here again on my next visit to Osaka!

AAsia Traveler from GERI stayed at a hotel in Osaka and had a mixed experience. The staff were very nice, always polite and willing to assist, which made me feel welcome. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the main sights and transportation.
However, the cleanliness of the hotel could have been better. Some areas did not feel as well maintained as they should, which was a little disappointing. The amenities were just average, functional but not impressive.
