Anonymous UserThe hotel has good hygiene conditions. The room has a relatively large space and a simple decoration style. However, the hair dryer in the bathroom is fixed to the wall and the switch is difficult to control, which makes it somewhat inconvenient to use. In addition, some of the curtains in the room fell off, which led to the dazzling sunshine in the morning and affected our sleep.

Anonymous UserThe hotel is ideally located right in the city center! It's close to shops and attractions. The staff are friendly, it's clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, which was crucial given it was +34 outside. The breakfasts are delicious. I definitely recommend this hotel!

Carpet is totally wet at the entrance. Shower is stuck and the bathroom became a swimming pool. Likely happened to guest before me.
I mentioned but they didn’t do anything nor suggest to change the room. A pity

Va NeWell located near the Lausanne gare, but be careful: it is up the hill, so you’ll likely need to carry your luggage on the walking street. The room is big and comfy, the breakfast has quite many options.

HeicoWhen I arrived at the hotel, I discovered that the name of the hotel contained the word ”patients” and that there was an ambulance parked at the door. I realized that this hotel was special. Pass through, park in the garage, and check in. It turns out that this is a health hotel, connected to the nearby hospital. The entire hotel facilities are a bit like the domestic United Family style, very clean, comfortable and user-friendly, and the top terrace has an unparalleled view of the lake. The breakfast is also very rich, a great stay experience.

This place was fantastic! Spotlessly clean, incredibly friendly staff, and the breakfast was delicious. The best feature is the location: just a 10-minute walk from one of Lousan's best beaches. As a fantastic perk, they provide a free transportation card, which made the 30-minute trip to the Olympic Museum easy and convenient. The only thing to note is that there isn't a supermarket immediately nearby, so plan accordingly. A truly wonderful stay!

CLAIRE SAIWEIThe breakfast is rich and good quality. Service attitude is excellent. The location is excellent, close to the old city church and other attractions, you can walk there. There is the hotel's own free parking lot.
