The room was incredibly spacious with a 2-meter bed, which is bigger than the 1.8-meter beds you find in most other hotels. The ambiance was cozy, and the lighting fixtures were absolutely beautiful. Breakfast offered a great variety. I'll definitely stay here again.

[Perfect Stay Experience] The room was more spacious and brighter than I expected, with fantastic views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a sound sleep until morning. Attention to detail was evident everywhere: the mini-bar had a great selection of drinks, the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and was equipped with a smart toilet. The complimentary tea bags were of excellent quality, and it was lovely to sit by the window in the afternoon enjoying a cuppa. The location is convenient, with plenty of dining options nearby. The front desk service was warm and efficient, and they proactively upgraded my room type. Upon checking out, they even gave me a lovely little gift. Absolutely great value for money, this has become my go-to choice in this city. Highly recommended!

Location: 5/5 – Absolutely Strategic! The biggest strength of this hotel is its unbeatable location. You’re steps away from McDonald's and Luckin Coffee for quick bites and caffeine. A well-stocked mall is right beside the hotel, making it super easy to grab daily necessities. The best part? A lively night market is directly opposite the hotel! This makes finding delicious, affordable local food incredibly convenient any time of the evening. The whole area is very 热闹 (rènào - bustling/energetic) – perfect if you want to be in the heart of the action. Cleanliness: 3/5 – Okay for the Price, Manage Expectations The general cleanliness is acceptable, if you adjust your expectations. It's definitely not a 5-star luxury experience, but for a budget/mid-range stay, it's passable and reasonably maintained. Don't expect immaculate perfection, but the basics are covered. Room & Atmosphere: 2/5 – Persistent Smoke Smell The major downside, especially in the rooms and hallways, is a strong and pervasive smoke smell. It's quite noticeable and doesn't dissipate easily. Unfortunately, this seems to be a common issue in many hotels within the region, but it's definitely present and unpleasant here if you're sensitive to it. Breakfast: 1/5 – Strongly Not Recommended / Unhygienic Avoid the breakfast option. Hygiene standards here are very poor. I personally observed small cockroaches crawling on the tables in the breakfast area. This is completely unacceptable and a major health red flag. Do yourself a favor and skip it entirely. Thankfully, with McDonald's, Luckin, the mall food court, and the fantastic night market opposite, you have plenty of much better (and cleaner) alternatives nearby. Overall: This hotel is all about the location, location, location. If being in a super convenient, vibrant area with easy access to food, coffee, and shopping is your top priority, and you're on a budget, it serves that purpose. The cleanliness is tolerable for the category. However, the strong smoke smell in the rooms and corridors is a significant drawback, and the breakfast is dangerously unhygienic (cockroach sighting confirmed). Choose this hotel for the prime spot if you can tolerate the smoke and definitely plan to eat breakfast elsewhere. Who should stay: Budget-conscious travelers prioritizing an unbeatable, lively location who aren't sensitive to smoke smells and will skip the hotel breakfast. Who should avoid: Families with young children, travelers sensitive to smoke, those prioritizing high cleanliness standards, or anyone planning to eat the hotel breakfast.

My stay was very comfortable. The hygiene was well-maintained, and the bedding was cozy, leading to a good night's rest. The service was attentive and thoughtful, and communication was smooth whenever I had a request. It's also conveniently located near dining options and transportation. Overall, it's highly recommended.

The location is fantastic, very close to the subway station and large shopping malls, making it super convenient for getting around the city center! Plus, after comparing prices, the value for money is truly excellent! The laundry room is also very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dongguan. The front desk lady was very helpful, warmly guiding us to the facility locations. The pool was refreshing and clean, the gym equipment was professional, and it's open 24/7. The laundry room was always available. The mall downstairs has super convenient shopping and dining, meeting all our needs without even having to leave the building. The experience was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!

I had a truly wonderful stay! I was pleasantly surprised to find birthday decorations in the room, as it was my birthday on the day of check-in. The hotel arranged everything perfectly. I was given a high-floor room with excellent views. The room was spacious and great for photos. Definitely a five-star rating, absolutely fantastic! They even sent up a small hotel cake for me. The hotel’s breakfast was excellent, offering a wide selection of authentic local dishes as well as freshly brewed coffee for guests who enjoy starting their day with a cup of coffee. The hotel's strategic location is another major highlight. Numerous restaurants, convenience stores, and hawker stalls are situated within walking distance, offering plenty of dining options. There is also a local market just behind the hotel, where guests can enjoy authentic local food and browse a variety of shops. In addition, a large shopping mall is located approximately 1.5 km away, making it easily accessible on foot and providing a convenient place to find everything you need. Transportation is very convenient, with taxis and ride-hailing services such as DiDi readily available from the hotel to various destinations. However, one drawback is that the hotel shares the building with commercial lots, and the soundproofing could be improved. Noise from people talking in the corridors and surrounding areas could be clearly heard, even as early as 5:00 a.m., which occasionally disturbed the stay. Despite the minor issue with noise, my overall experience was very positive and well worth the price paid. The hotel offers great value for money, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. I would also gladly choose to stay here again on my next trip to China.

The environment is beautiful, the pool is crystal clear, and the hotel is magnificent, exuding a sense of quality. Lin Yongkai at the front desk was warm, thoughtful, and attentive, even providing a complimentary breakfast for two. The bellhop brought our luggage right to the car. It was five-star service, and we felt the warmth of returning home. We look forward to staying again next time!

Staying here again after a year, the lobby even has a new tea station now! It was perfect for quenching my thirst while waiting to check in. Sara at the front desk was meticulous and professional, giving me thoughtful directions for shopping and dining spots nearby. There are plenty of restaurants around, so finding food is really convenient. The room itself is very spacious, not cramped at all, and it has huge floor-to-ceiling windows. Being on a high floor, the view is incredibly open. The room faces the light rail, so you can even see the trains passing by – quite a nice view! I had a very relaxing and comfortable stay!
