AAnonymous UserThe front desk staff were warm and responsible. Cering Drölma (or Tsering Drolma) escorted us to our room and thoroughly explained the in-room facilities. The room was clean and tidy with a large balcony and an expansive view. Room service was also excellent; items we requested were delivered promptly, and we even received a complimentary sweet red bean soup for supper. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices. We experienced both the hotel's singing bowl sound therapy and the ******* Six Healing Exercises, both of which were fantastic and helped alleviate our travel fatigue. Plus, you can see the Potala Palace from the 8th floor!

HhohotimVery satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions.
Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen.
There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning.
Everything was cured by the warm customer service.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel was newly opened at the end of December last year. The decoration and room linen are quite satisfactory. Breakfast service hours are indeed not available. The infrastructure needs to be improved. The WiFi does not have a check-in login message. I want to complain about the facilities in the shower room! ! ! The floor drain is set up with two particularly heavy blocks! The water cannot flow down at all, and the result is that the golden mountain is covered with water! I asked the waiter and was told that I had to remove the two baffles before I could take a shower! This design is really awesome. In any hotel, before taking a shower, you should first open the stopper of the floor drain with your hands! ! ! ! ! ! ! Wasn't there any testing done before the hotel opened? ? ? Make it right quickly! The room is more compact! The bathroom is narrow (designed to take the blame), but if the design is changed, the shower door will not touch the toilet! ! ! ! The sanitation of the hotel's public areas needs to be improved. There is no eye-catching entrance reminder on the parking lot floor, and the sanitation is poor! The service at the front desk of the hotel is pretty good, and almost everything is answered! But I don’t understand, why do you want good reviews all the time? ! ! Counterproductive! Did the hotel manager promise any employee mechanism with named praise rewards? ? ? Any team should emphasize collective consciousness. What’s the point of this kind of praise with a certain employee’s name! Don’t adapt hotel management from hundreds of years ago to the current domestic market!

AAilvxingdexiaxiaojieWhen I first arrived in Lhasa, I stayed at Jicai, primarily because of its cleanliness and its proximity to the Potala Palace and Barkhor Street. My experience after checking in was excellent. After my trip to Nyingchi and Mêdog, I booked Jicai again. If you experience altitude sickness, the lobby provides an oxygen concentrator, and the rooms even have diffused oxygen supply.
I had wanted to try breakfast in Lhasa, so on my last day, I bought the hotel's breakfast and discovered their noodles (fen) are really good. I regretted not booking a room with breakfast included. If you're still debating whether to book breakfast, my advice is to go for it if you like sour and spicy noodles, because their breakfast noodles are delicious. Delicious, delicious!
Front desk service was good, and honestly, Jicai offers great value for money. Highly recommended.

XXiaoyuebanjianghuI rarely write reviews, but I feel I must write one this time. Gesanghua Hotel has a beautiful and kind proprietress. She is quite young, thoughtful, warm and patient. We just arrived in Lhasa and were not very familiar with the itinerary. Later, we consulted the proprietress to avoid falling into the trap. You can also ask the proprietress to help buy performance tickets and travel packages. There are many discounts after comparison. I am also very satisfied with the arranged room. It is square, clean, with a humidifier, oxygen concentrator, and air conditioner. Every morning, the bright sunshine will shine into the room, making the cool morning warm all of a sudden. Living in a sunny room makes my altitude sickness much better.
The location of the hotel is also very good👍 It is convenient to go out for transportation. It takes a few minutes to walk to Jokhang City, Barkhor Street, and Jokhang Temple. It only takes 10 yuan to take Didi to the Potala Palace.
Warm service, clean room, convenient transportation, we will definitely stay in Gesanghua again next time.

It can be said that the trip to Lhasa was to check in Songzan. The expectations were high before departure, but I didn't expect that I would still be amazed by the beauty here.
The housekeeper Luosang called to inquire about the arrival time before checking in, and he was already waiting at the door to greet us warmly when he arrived at the hotel. Lhasa in winter is more prone to altitude sickness than in summer. The housekeeper first took us to rest in the hotel lobby and tasted the special highland barley milk cakes and sweet tea, which was as warm as welcoming his friends to visit his home.
The battery car arrived directly at the guest room, and the door was opened with an ancient key. The ******* fragrance came out. The ******* decoration style is unique and elegant. The sunlight filled the living room through the ******* window. Language cannot describe this warm feeling.
Every Songzan person I met in the hotel is sincere and lovely. They really treat us as guests from afar, allowing us to have a more comfortable stay.
Breakfast is on the second floor, and you can overlook the Potala Palace. It's a pity that the Western restaurant on the third floor is closed recently. For dinner, I chose the ******* restaurant on the second floor. The dishes are very good. The restaurants are very quiet and the atmosphere is very good.
There is also a boutique next to the hotel lobby. The scarves from Nole and the carpets from Kavajian are worth buying.
I really don't want to leave. I will bring my family here again if I have the chance.
GGuest UserThe location is superb! Just steps away from the Jokhang Temple, saving a significant amount of travel time. The unparalleled advantage is the ability to quickly return to the hotel to rest after a day of sightseeing. The receptionist, Xiao Zhou, provided excellent service, the rooms were clean, and the hotel boasts a beautiful Tibetan-style design. Highly recommended!

Very Good
GGuest UserFree pick-up service from railway station or civil aviation bus station: will arrive at the station in advance and wait to receive the hotel
Facilities: complete and complete
Hygienic: clean and tidy
Environment: The environment has nothing to say. The room can see the panoramic view of the city and the night view of the Potala Palace. The aisle can see the mountain view.
Service: The service is very good. The young ladies at the front desk are very beautiful. They will also help write Tibetan.
GGuest UserThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel.
The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage.
The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app.
There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
