The hotel is very good !!! It's located in downtown of 台山市 not far from 台城 you can walk there within 5-10 minutes. It's closed to downtown lake, too. Staffs are so nice. They can speak English, too !!! (Trust me. It's very rare in China). Before we arrived, we asked them that we would like to order things from京东 to get permission to deliver to this hotel. They said it's OK and also kept it for us. However, please clarify what do you order to them to ensure it's not illegal things. It's very convenient to come to this place. You can take a bus no.802 and 807 from/ to Bus Station. The bus stop is in front of this hotel. You can also call DIDI and pin location here. Room is clean and very good. There is a self-laundry service at 2nd floor. Breakfast room is also at this floor. Food is Chinese style. It's so delicious. There are many cafes and restaurants surround this area. You can try many kind of food !!! I am very impressed this place. If I have a chance to come to this city again, I will stay here !!!

Possibly the best receptionists ever. They helped us work the laundry machine and set us up with the drying rack and some extra hangers. One of the receptionists is also super pretty.

We traveled all through Asia & this was the largest, nicest & the most reasonable of all!! My sister stayed here many years ago in 2018 & recommended this place for myself & my cousins so that we can visit our family village which was 29 minutes away. We had an entire room for our shower & love the private bathroom! The front desk went out of our way to assist. The breakfast was plentiful & amazing! Unfortunately I was sick in bed for 2 days, & the house maid quietly came in & emptied our 2 garbage cans & left us fresh towels while I was laying in bed. She may have cleaned our toilet also. I already have recommended this place to my friends . Thank you !!!

The hotel room was clean. Housekeeping was timely and routine. The furniture was modern and functional. The AC control system was simple to use. The hotel is located 10-minutes walking distance to a large mall and a few blocks away from a paved river trail where night time brought out many people. The hotel staff was friendly and helpful. I was learning how to use Alipay and the staff was patient with helping me to use that. The onsite free laundry room was a great amenity. The gym is big but hard to find. It took me two times and a some translating to find the gym. Overall, my family and I enjoyed the 3 nights stay, and we would go back.

When I checked in at Boyue International Hotel in China on 07/10/2026. I was so upset that the room/data package reservation that I had made online was not working. The night shift front desk receptionist whose name was Ms. Li understood my situation and felt my frustration. She was eager to help me out in every single aspect to alleviate my stress. Later when I went up to my room and found out that there was no mini fridge there, then I went downstairs and asked her to see if I can pick another room in which I can store my medicine in a mini fridge. She understood my needs and upgraded me to another room. She wasted no time and handled it in a very professional way. I greatly appreciate her. Since I was new in town and had no transportation. Throughout the weeks I was staying in the hotel, the morning/afternoon receptionists were calling transportation for me. They really went above and beyond for me. Moreover I was trying to do my laundry, and saw the washing machines were a little filthy. They realized the problem and informed the manager that the laundry room required immediate attention. Then the manager told the housekeeping staff to bring in 2 brand new washing machines down to the laundry room immediately just to accommodate my needs. The manager is outstanding. I didn’t expect she would have done that to me. The manager and her morning, afternoon and night shifts receptionists are excellent. They are very professional, enthusiastic, respectful, compassionate, knowledgeable, and most important is understand the customer needs and wants. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything about your hotel was excellent, but my check-out experience yesterday left me utterly displeased! I had explicitly arranged for a late check-out until 3:00 PM as one of my entitled benefits. Yet, around 1 PM, a front desk attendant called to inquire if I wished to extend my stay. I informed her that I wouldn't be extending and would be checking out. I proceeded to check out at 2:03 PM and departed. What truly shocked me was that while I was waiting for the elevator, I distinctly overheard your front desk attendant, seemingly unaware I was still within earshot, mocking me in a local dialect with a colleague. Her exact words were, 'Looks like she's got boiling water under her feet, doesn't she?' This incident makes me seriously question whether your staff management truly instills professional etiquette. Do your employees show basic respect to ordinary guests? Is there a fundamental lack of moral education? If the answer to all these questions is negative, then perhaps it's time for a serious re-evaluation of your staff's positions and a thorough adjustment of their roles.

The environment can be lining the facilities can be more than I imagined can not be too dilapidated except for the surroundings a bit remote except roughly good bed than I imagined cleaner and butler handsome service really good ask his things basically immediately reply here to praise his service 

After a half marathon, my legs were so tired I could barely lift them. As soon as I checked into the hotel, I was immediately given a low-floor room near the elevator, and the front desk even offered me an electrolyte drink. Inside the room, the bathtub was pre-filled with bath salts, and there were two muscle-soothing massage patches placed nearby. There were even complimentary resistance bands in the closet for stretching. Sleeping on the supportive bed at night, I didn't experience any backaches at all. The next morning, my legs weren't sore in the slightest, and I felt so refreshed that I could immediately go out and explore again. These details are truly thoughtful for anyone who has just exercised.

This hotel is absolutely amazing, oh my goodness!!! First off, the environment is fantastic and not misleading like some 'photo fakes.' You can see from other guests' photos that the actual accommodations are true to life (I made such a mess during my stay that I'm embarrassed to post my own photos!). The space is large and well-laid out. Outside the room, as shown in the pictures, there's also a small area (I assume for smoking) which is great for a breeze, and the views are beautiful~ Secondly, regarding the deposit, I accidentally stained the bed sheets last night when my period unexpectedly started in the middle of the night (I tried my best to clean it afterward, and it shouldn't affect the hotel's future use). I thought the 100 RMB deposit I paid at check-in wouldn't be returned, but it was credited back to my account! I'm so touched, waaaaah! Thank you to all the staff involved! And by the way, for the third point, the hotel's location is super easy to find, right next to a shopping mall. Plus, the staff's service attitude is excellent; they fully supported all my requests! If I have the chance, I will definitely keep choosing to stay at this hotel!!!!!!

Although I have been to Shangchuan Island several times, the Guanrilou Hotel I stayed at this time was really the best experience. The hotel is located right in the middle of the beach. It is less than ten meters away from the beach😂👍. The boss is very enthusiastic and picked us up at the pier for free. The boss also sent us there for free on the last boat on the return trip. Thumbs up👍! The food and barbecue in the hotel are good value for money. I recommend friends who come here to stay here. You will not be disappointed🌈
