Having stayed in numerous hotels, the service at this one is absolutely top-notch, arguably surpassing many five-star establishments. Every staff member, from the front desk to the parking security and all other hotel employees, was incredibly polite, enthusiastic, and attentive. While the hotel isn't in the bustling city center, parking and getting around are very convenient. The environment is also lovely, directly across from Runquan Lake Park, which boasts beautiful scenery, perfect for a walk or exercise. The hotel rooms are exceptionally well-equipped, comfortable, and spacious, with excellent hygiene. There are many thoughtful designs and amenities provided, to an unexpectedly meticulous degree. The rooms even include foot basins for a relaxing foot soak, allowing guests returning from their travels to ease their fatigue. Furthermore, the hotel's on-site dining for breakfast, lunch, and dinner is an excellent choice, especially breakfast, which offers a wide array of dishes and pastries. I stayed here for three consecutive nights this time and was truly delighted!

Our stay at Colorful Danxia Flower House Hotel was truly exceptional—easily a 5-star experience. From the moment we arrived, the owner went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, even personally helping us carry our luggage upstairs. His hospitality didn’t stop there—he kindly assisted us in booking tickets for a local show and even drove us there himself, which made our trip so much more convenient and enjoyable. The room was spotless, one of the cleanest we’ve stayed in, and it was clear that great care is taken to maintain high standards. We also really appreciated the free laundry service, which was incredibly helpful during our travels. The location is perfect—just a short walking distance to the west entrance of the Danxia park, making it easy to explore. Right across the hotel is a fantastic restaurant, so finding great food was effortless. To top it all off, the owner even prepared thoughtful departing gifts for us, which was such a warm and memorable touch. His kindness and attentiveness truly set this place apart. If you’re visiting the area, this hotel is an outstanding choice.

This is the first time I've specifically waited to review a hotel: 1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient. 2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids. An excellent hotel! 👍👍👍

The hotel was easy to find, located right on a street corner. Parking is on-street public parking, so it might be hard to find a spot if you arrive late. However, if you let the hotel know, they can arrange complimentary parking. It's super convenient to get to the night market from here, it's very close by. The room was clean and tidy, and the front desk staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it's not a huge hotel.

The room itself was spacious and bright, hygiene was impeccable, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The service was warm, professional, and very responsive. Facilities were comprehensive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This place offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit, it's a must-choose when in Zhangye!

We were tourists from Jiuquan, on a self-driving trip. The owner was incredibly kind, and the hotel's location inside Mati Temple was excellent, with convenient parking. The young lady at the restaurant was also very nice; the dishes she recommended were delicious, served in large portions, and offered great value for money. It's especially suitable for older people and children! At night, you can even go to the mountaintop to stargaze. The owner is generous and such a good person; they patiently helped each of us adjust our phone settings, and the photos turned out amazing. We got to see all the grottoes early in the morning before it got crowded, which was very convenient! We Gansu people are warm and hospitable, so everyone is welcome to visit Gansu. You'll see unique scenery at Mati Temple, and both the front and back of the mountain are fun to explore. What a delightful weekend!

The room was spacious and bright, and the humidifier was a great touch for guests from the south who might not be used to the northern climate. The service was excellent, and the TV even had VIP access. Plus, afternoon tea and breakfast were included. A real gem of a hotel!

I slept soundly for two nights without any nightmares, and my sleep quality was top-notch! The cleanliness was impeccable; the sheets and duvet covers were spotless and white. The bathroom had a superb separation of wet and dry areas; the sink and shower were spotless, without a trace of odor, and even the dust in the corners was thoroughly cleaned, making me feel very safe and secure. The facilities were also a big plus! The room had high-speed Wi-Fi, and checking out was smooth and effortless, without any unnecessary waiting. The staff proactively inquired about my stay and remained very welcoming. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay. The location was convenient, the service was attentive, the facilities were comprehensive, the cleanliness was up to standard, and the value for money was exceptional! I will definitely choose this hotel again next time.

This was my first stay at the Holiday Inn Express Zhangye. Usually, when I'm in Zhangye for business, I just pick any hotel, but this time I chose it because a friend told me how beautiful Ganzhou Fucheng is and that there are lots of great food options to explore. So, I picked the Holiday Inn Express that's really close to Ganzhou Fucheng. As soon as I walked into the lobby, the staff greeted me warmly and quickly helped me check in, even upgrading me to a room with a view of Ganzhou Fucheng. The room was incredibly spacious and quiet. From my room, I could see the entire Zhangye Wetland Park and the Ganzhou Fucheng night market. After work, I went to the Ganzhou Fucheng night market, browsed around, and even had some delicious Fried Bola. The hotel room was clean and tidy, the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. They even offered me a complimentary late check-out. This stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!

The environment is fully equipped and the service attitude is good. Every time I come here, I am very enthusiastic, it is worth recommending to everyone, the transportation is convenient, and it is convenient to travel by car. The store also takes the canteen.
