Amazing
GGuest UserThis Bali-style hotel is located within the luxurious Nusa Dua resort complex, which requires a security check upon entry. While this ensures high safety, there aren't many convenience stores or restaurants within the complex itself, though you can order food delivery via Grab. The hotel is quite large, featuring two or three pools, perfect for children. Our room, on the second floor, had a musty smell and felt a bit damp. The beach is spacious and very clean, as is the ocean water. The staff here are very warm and attentive. Compared to a Thai smile, a Balinese smile feels more genuine~ However, dining prices are generally higher than in Thailand, and many facilities aren't particularly convenient for mainland Chinese visitors, often requiring cash everywhere. The drive to the airport is about 30 minutes, but traffic can be very heavy. Overall, if you're looking for a relaxing hotel stay, it's a great choice.

OOxana VVThis is a small but very cozy hotel with its own private beach. The grounds are well-maintained, featuring a garden with a small lake where turtles live and lotus flowers bloom. The pool isn't huge, but it's spacious enough for a hotel of this size. I'd estimate there are about 200 rooms. There's a swim-up bar in the pool, so you can order drinks without even leaving the water. There's also a green lawn where evening dinners and concerts are sometimes held. Next to the lawn, there's a restaurant terrace perfect for lunch. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner are served in the restaurant near the lobby. Also by the lobby, you'll find a bar and a coffee shop. Every evening, there's some kind of show or performance in the lobby. The beach is not large but is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. Swimming isn't ideal at low tide, as the water is only knee-deep, but at high tide, it's perfectly fine. It's a good idea to download the tide schedule. Across the road from the hotel, there are two massage parlors and a supermarket. If you walk a little further to the right, you'll find a larger supermarket and a couple more massage parlors. The all-inclusive package covers all local beverages, water, juices (including freshly squeezed), and both buffet-style and à la carte dining. There's an abundance of fresh fruit, and the food is delicious. The rooms are spacious and equipped with everything you need.

GGuest UserFinally, we're back! 13 years ago, I stood in front of this sea in my wedding dress, with you by my side in your suit. Back then, I thought that if we ever had children, I'd definitely bring them here to see where their mom and dad got married. Our plan was put on hold seven years into our marriage due to the pandemic; in the blink of an eye, the kids have grown up. After all this time, we finally returned today, 13 years later, with our children. The same place, the same sunshine, only 'we' has become 'our family.' Grateful for the years that turned past beauty into memories, and memories into eternity. 🙏💙 This stay, once again, made us not want to leave – it's just too beautiful and joyful. Thanks to Alit Juil for the excellent service and the positive emotional experience. If possible, please pass on our gratitude!

GGuest UserOn the first day we arrived at the hotel, our child went into the swimming pool and cut his foot. The hotel called a doctor, who dressed the wound and prescribed antibiotics. However, due to the hotel’s negligence, we had to spend the first week taking care of our child and were unable to even leave the hotel, which caused us significant inconvenience and loss. Although it is a five-star hotel, there were no bathrobes in the room, and no iron or weighing scale available. On the positive side, the staff and housekeeping were very good and friendly.

RRAGURAM21During my recent trip to the coastal city, I had the pleasure of staying at The Oceanview Resort, a hidden gem that exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I knew I was in for a special experience. The resort offers a perfect blend of luxury, comfort, and exceptional service, making it an ideal choice for both relaxation and adventure. Location and Ambiance The first thing that struck me about The Oceanview Resort was its stunning location. Perched on a cliff overlooking the crystal-clear waters of the bay, the hotel boasts panoramic views that are nothing short of breathtaking. The gentle sound of waves crashing against the shore was a constant, soothing companion throughout my stay. The resort is beautifully designed to blend seamlessly with its natural surroundings, with lush greenery and elegantly landscaped gardens adding to the serene atmosphere. Rooms and Facilities My room was spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with all the amenities I could have possibly needed. The king-sized bed was incredibly comfortable, and the room featured large windows that allowed for an abundance of natural light. Waking up to the sight of the ocean every morning was truly magical. The room also came with a modern, well-appointed bathroom, complete with a rainfall shower, premium toiletries, and fluffy towels—everything I needed for ultimate relaxation. The resort's facilities were equally impressive. The outdoor infinity pool, with its stunning ocean view, was the perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploration. The on-site spa offered a range of rejuvenating treatments, and I indulged in a relaxing massage that left me feeling completely refreshed. For those who enjoy staying active, the resort has a fully equipped gym, and a variety of water sports activities are available on the beach, including snorkeling, paddleboarding, and kayaking. Dining Experience Dining at The Oceanview Resort was an absolute highlight. The resort offers several dining options, each with its own unique atmosphere and menu. I had the pleasure of enjoying dinner at the beachfront restaurant, where I was treated to a delectable array of local seafood and international dishes. The fresh catch of the day was prepared to perfection, and the service was impeccable. The staff was attentive, friendly, and knowledgeable, offering excellent recommendations and making sure every detail of my dining experience was flawless. For breakfast, the resort’s buffet offered a wide range of options, from freshly baked pastries and tropical fruits to hot dishes made to order. The morning view of the sun rising over the ocean while sipping a cup of freshly brewed coffee was the perfect start to each day. Customer Service One of the standout features of The Oceanview Resort is its exceptional customer service. From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest. The staff went out of their way to ensure my stay was comfortable, offering personalized recommendations and accommodating special requests without hesitation. They truly made me feel at home, which added a personal touch to my experience. Conclusion In conclusion, The Oceanview Resort is a top-tier destination that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful and luxurious getaway. Whether you're seeking a romantic retreat, a family vacation, or simply a place to unwind, this resort offers everything you could possibly need for an unforgettable stay. With its unbeatable location, outstanding facilities, and top-notch service, it is truly a place where memories are made. I will certainly be returning the next time I visit the area

AAnonymous UserCheck in was smooth. Staffs were friendly. Hotel is huge, they have 3 blocks. I got the far end of the block which was a little bit away from the reception and the restaurants and the open space for smoking. In 2 circumstances, i walked up to the room and the door card could not work. This happened in 2 different nights. I had to walk down and got it reset, but the staffs didnt bother to apologise for this. The first time it happened I was okay, but the second time it happened, I got pissed off, because it was a long walk from the room to the reception. If you order food delivery, it will be a long walk to take your food at the reception. If you got the rooms at the reception level, I'm sure it will be a great experience like the first time I was there in the Junior Suite, but this time it was not as pleasant. Thumbs up though for the housekeeping, as the found out I had many shirts lying on the sofa, they brought a small clothes rack and hung my shirts.

GGuest UserAh, ”Eden Hotel” in Bali! It seems you're likely referring to one of the Grandmas Plus Hotels in Bali, specifically Grandmas Plus Hotel Seminyak or Grandmas Plus Hotel Airport. They are popular budget-friendly options in Bali. To give you a good review, I can summarize what people generally say about them, but if you stayed at a specific Grandmas Plus Hotel, let me know which one (e.g., Seminyak, Airport, Legian), and I can tailor the review even more. Here's a general overview of what people often say about Grandmas Plus Hotels in Bali, combining common feedback: Grandmas Plus Hotels, Bali (General Review) Overall Impression: Generally, Grandmas Plus Hotels are well-regarded as excellent value-for-money options, especially for budget travelers, solo travelers, and those looking for a convenient location. They often receive high ratings for their service and cleanliness. What people like most: * Excellent Location: This is a consistent highlight. * Seminyak: Very close to Seminyak Beach (often cited as a 5-minute walk) and within easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars. This makes it ideal for those wanting to explore the vibrant Seminyak area. * Airport: Convenient for early flights or quick stopovers due to its proximity to the airport. * Friendly and Helpful Staff: Many guests praise the staff for being amicable, attentive, and going out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. They often mention the staff's smiles and willingness to help. * Cleanliness: The rooms and common areas are consistently described as sparkling clean and well-maintained. * Value for Money: Guests frequently mention that the price paid for the amenities and location is a great deal. * Breakfast: Often receives positive remarks for being good, and sometimes even offering a ”different gourmet food selection” daily. * Amenities: While generally basic, they offer essential amenities. Some locations have a pool, and many have a connected restaurant/bar. In-house spas are also mentioned as a plus. * Comfort Rooms (after checkout): Some hotels in the chain offer a ”comfort room” which is a nice touch for guests with later flights. What people like least (or areas for improvement): * Room Size: A very common comment is that the rooms can be ”compact,” ”small,” or ”cramped,” especially for families. While well-designed and clean, they might feel a bit tight for some. * Noise: Depending on the room location, street noise, music, or bar noises can be audible, especially in Seminyak, which is a lively area. * Bathroom Ventilation/Issues: Some reviews mention a lack of exhaust fans in bathrooms, or occasional issues like drainage smells or spots on tiles. * Pool Size/Quality: For the Seminyak location, the pool is sometimes described as ”tiny” or ”very poor” and can get crowded. * Limited Amenities: While good for the price, some guests might miss certain features like mini-fridges or electric kettles in the rooms (though free mineral water is usually provided). Would I recommend this hotel? Based on common reviews, yes, I would recommend Grandmas Plus Hotels, especially if you are: * A budget-conscious traveler. * Looking for a hotel with an excellent, central location (Seminyak) or close to the airport. * Prioritizing friendly service and cleanliness over spacious rooms or extensive luxury amenities. * Traveling solo or as a couple (larger groups or families might find rooms a bit small). They are often described as a great base for exploring Bali, offering a comfortable and practical stay without a hefty price tag.

GGuest UserWe love heritage buildings and vintage style, so these little bungalows were perfect for us. They were a little walk away from the reception (no buggy!) which meant so peaceful and quiet! Gorgeous wooden bedroom and bathroom. The shower is a little outdated and when I first turned it on there was a sulphuric smell which was a bit concerning. Basically, if you like rustic, no frills, no extra service etc then these are a lovely cute experience. However, if you want luxury and are squeamish about old style open homes, this isn't for you. Breakfast was very basic so we generally ate out. The main receptionist was a lovely gentlemen, a very quick registration and we were in! Rooms were clean and nice and dark for a cosy sleep at night.
