GGuest UserWe have great stay here . Everything provide by house owner so we dont have buy other stuff separately (brush/shampoo etc). Also the unit also very clean & aesthetic. The sea view from our room also very beautiful. Price also cheaper compare to other unit . Worth our stay ! Thank you 😍❤️ Will surely repeat again.

GGuest UserVery satisfied with a stay experience, the store introduced the check-in process in detail, very convenient, and it is very safe to have an access card. The gym and swimming pool are in a good location, the children are very happy, and the sunrise and sunset on the top floor are very beautiful, the window in the room can be seen, a perfect day. A taxi is not far from the airport and it is very convenient to go to the city. Highly recommended to stay!

GGuest UserThis is truly the most thoughtful and attentive hotel I've stayed in recently. The facilities are excellent, fully equipped with every amenity imaginable (hair dryer, garment steamer, microwave, fridge...), I even spotted a curling iron, haha! The hygiene was superb; the room was spotless and tidy, and the projector in the living room made our evenings with friends incredibly relaxing and enjoyable.
A special thank you to our wonderful hostess for her exceptional care and immense help during our trip to Penang. She took us out and treated us to delicious durian, took us to climb Penang Hill, and when she learned I liked the snacks in the room but didn't know where to buy them, she discreetly left a generous stash for me where we stored our luggage. She is truly wonderful, incredibly caring, and genuinely thoughtful.
I highly recommend everyone to experience this! It truly felt like being cared for by family while away from home. So grateful ☺️. (It's a shame I didn't take photos of the room, so you'll just have to experience it for yourselves. It will definitely exceed your expectations!)

GGuest UserI stayed in a simple quad room during my CNY trip to Penang. The location was convenient, especially after crossing the Penang Bridge.
The room was clean and basic, with no TV provided. It has a typical hostel-style setup, but it’s definitely worth the money.
My family enjoyed our stay. The check-in lobby is on Level 9 under Sho Hotel, and the 24-hour counter made everything easy and convenient.

GGuest UserPros:Apartment was good and we enjoyed the view from the 26th storey. Malay eateries and burgers nearby. Grab is easier available to go anywhere else.
Cons: The lift system is bad. 4 lifts to serve 42 floors. There is no express lift to serve upper floors to bypass the lower floors As a result , during peak hours it was frustrating as we were unable to get into any lift. They were often packed with people. Many people just walked down the stairs like us from the higher level. If not for the lift issue the apartment is perfect.

FfirstarI booked a sea-view room on the 35th floor, and the view was great.
Cleanliness: Very good, spotless.
Ambiance: It was pretty quiet, and the soundproofing was excellent.
Service: A bit lacking. We could only contact staff via WeChat, and everything from check-in to check-out was self-service. There was no face-to-face communication, which always felt inconvenient.

GGuest UserNice view from the room, suit for a small family trip with group of 5. Parking entrance a bit narrow, default only have 1 set of house key and building access key. A bit inconvenient when one of the member has to go downstairs to buy goods. Overall cleanliness and facilities are good.
