Pros:
❶ Great location! It's just over 200 meters walk to the west gate of Lu Xun's former residence. There are many restaurants nearby, including Kong Yiji Restaurant, Xianheng Hotel, Xun Bao Ji, and Ji Heli, all just a short alley away.
❷ Attentive service! Upon check-in, we were treated to a large bowl of fruit and a big bag of preserved vegetable cakes. In the evening, each person received a bowl of red date and white fungus soup. You can also choose to have incense lit in your room.
❸ Delicious and varied breakfast. When checking in, you can choose between Chinese and Western options. On the day of dining, you can select your main dish, and there are also fruits, pastries, and snacks available.
❹ This hotel is a beautifully renovated old residence with an elegant courtyard and spacious rooms. It even retains the latticed windows and corridors of the old building. The soundproofing is also quite good. The stray black cat, who often gets fed, isn't afraid of people and is now expecting kittens.

MM28498****This stay was really warmed by the intimate service at the front desk! Before check-in, take the initiative to contact the parking guide, and after check-in, you will inform the takeaway arrival situation and help deliver the takeaway to the room. After consulting local specialties, the front desk also gave clear and detailed guidelines.
The room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the small yard was particularly good, and the puppy went to the lawn to roll as soon as he arrived. I can see that I like it very much.
But the most plus point is the front desk service, professional and enthusiastic, completely at home! Next time you come to the ancient town to play, you must choose this hotel!

KKafeiciweiThe hotel has a charming, antique village-like atmosphere. The room we stayed in was in a great location, very close to the restaurant, and came with butler service and shuttle transfers. The room type matched the photos we saw when booking.
The hotel uses old-fashioned keys for the doors, which is quite unique. The courtyards are interconnected, and during our stay, we noticed people passing through, which raised concerns about safety and privacy. It's important to lock your courtyard gate securely when you go out. The cleanliness could be improved; there was dust in corners. Since our room was by the lake with lots of greenery, insects would enter when we opened and closed the windows this season. I recommend the hotel address this issue.
We enjoyed the hotel's Wupeng boat experience. The hotel also offers direct access to the Dayu Mausoleum scenic area, though tickets need to be purchased. It would be even better if future stays could include a collaboration with the attraction. The staff were warm and polite, and we even received a souvenir upon checkout.

CcxjyeahThe location of the homestay is very good, just on the straight street of Cangqiao, the balcony and restaurant of the room are facing the river, the view is good, and the night sleep is quite quiet. This loft apartment, the upper air conditioner is not very powerful, it is a bit hot to sleep at night. Breakfast is quite satisfactory; the parking lot is a bit of a road, and the heavy bag is not suitable.

GGuest UserThe hotel is right next to the Lanting Scenic Area, which is very convenient. It gets a bit cooler after 4 PM when you visit the scenic area. You can stay if you get tired of walking around in the evening. The accommodation is considered good for the area, but not as good as hotels in the city center. The local people are very friendly and kind.

The hostess is incredibly enthusiastic, giving guests detailed advice on the best places to visit and the most efficient ways to get around. When guests check out, she even gives them a small gift as a token of appreciation. You truly feel valued here. Next time I visit Shaoxing, I’ll definitely choose to stay here again!

GGuest UserThe stay experience really exceeded expectations, the hotel location is very good, travel and eating are particularly convenient. The front desk staff was warm and polite, check-in and check-out were very fast, and there was no waiting for the whole process. The room was cleaned very clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, the sleep was very safe, the bathroom had no smell, and the toiletries were complete. The overall decoration is simple and atmospheric, the facilities are well maintained, the air conditioning and hot water are very powerful, the room sound insulation effect is also good, and the rest is very quiet at night. Whether it is service, health or environment, there is no problem, the price is super high, and the stay is particularly comfortable. I will choose this one next time I come here, and I really recommend it to my friends.

Kkiki0124The boss help to upgrade a bigger room upon my request for quiet room which facing residental area for free. Thank you boss. The room is big and clean. It is about 15-20min walk to mingzhu subway station. Otherwise, can take 2 stops by bus to the subways station. The bus stop is just outside the motel. Water may accumulate on floor in aashroom after bath, not a big issue, can just swipe it with floor wiper well prepared in the washroom.
