"It was overall a good stay, save for the breakfast experience. I was under the impression that their breakfast/restaurant is a third-party service. I’ve stayed in Citadines in other cities before, and it was a far different experience."

They also introduced the hotel facilities and surrounding attractions intimately. They smiled throughout the whole process, which made people feel like spring breeze. The room is full of surprises. The area is spacious and the layout is very exquisite. The hygiene is impeccable. The bedding is soft and clean, and the mattress is moderately soft and hard, so you can have a good night's sleep. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet, and smart toilets and brand toiletries are all available. The details show the quality. What touched me most was that when the staff learned that I was traveling, they took the initiative to provide travel tips. This hotel stay experience was great. In addition, the hotel is in a prime location, surrounded by many restaurants and shopping centers, and it is also very convenient to travel. Whether it is business travel or leisure travel, this hotel is an excellent choice, and I will definitely come again next time!"

"Staying at the Shaoxing Wenduyuan Hotel was an excellent overall experience and offered great value for money. The hotel service was exceptionally thoughtful and attentive, with staff who were kind and enthusiastic. Check-in was efficient, and any requests were promptly addressed. The warm touches in the details made us feel very comfortable. The dining options were a highlight. The breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh ingredients, and the flavors were light and palatable. There were also several choices of simple meals and snacks, all delicious, perfectly meeting our dining needs while traveling. The hotel's overall ambiance was elegant, with expansive views from the windows and pleasant surrounding scenery, creating a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. Daily strolls and sightseeing were very enjoyable. However, there's some room for improvement in the room's interior configurations. Some facilities were a bit basic, and the soft furnishings, storage layout, and electrical appliance details could be optimized and refined. Overall, despite these minor room imperfections, this hotel stands out in terms of service, dining, and views. It's highly recommended, and with a few small improvements, the stay experience would be even better."

"Pros: This is an economy hotel. The location is its biggest highlight; it's incredibly convenient for visiting various attractions nearby, very close to Shaoxing Station and the subway. The hotel staff are very friendly. The breakfast is abundant; though it's all basic fare, there's both Chinese and Western options, and a full selection of drinks and yogurt. The rooftop outdoor dining area is very comfortable. Cons: The upgraded rooms (those ending in 10 or 11) have huge pillars inside. Guests planning to stay here should either decline the upgrade or book a higher-grade room. The 'Quiet Elegant King Room (no window)' is extremely small, so small that if the bathroom door is open, you can't walk past it. The bathroom itself is also tiny, with no separate wet and dry areas, and the shower controls are a bit peculiar, making showering inconvenient. Double Self-Service Afternoon Tea: The afternoon tea is self-serve in the lobby. There's a dried vegetable pastry (gan cai su bing) that was delicious; I even bought more from a scenic spot later to take home."

"The location is very good, very close to the hometown of the Sage of Calligraphy, and only a 15-minute walk to the hometown of Lu Xun. The room is large and clean, and I am very satisfied with it except that the sound insulation is a bit poor. The price is also very affordable."

"Perfect for family trips. The family room was cozy and my child loved it. The hotel is conveniently located near Lu Xun's former residence, within easy walking distance. Parking is free and spacious. Staff member number 3 was very enthusiastic and patient. The yellow wine, milk tea, and stinky tofu were delicious. The overall experience was excellent. The room was very clean, with a wet/dry bathroom setup, and large, spacious windows. It also came with a Xiao Ai speaker. Highly recommended for families with children."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, just a 5-minute walk from the subway station. The room was clean and bright, with comfortable bedding – perfect for business travelers! The WiFi was fast and reliable, and the front desk offered 24-hour printing services. The mattress provided great support, and with breakfast available at 6 AM, catching an early flight was stress-free. Even the grout between the tiles was sparkling clean, thanks to the housekeeping staff. A minor flaw with the toothbrush didn't detract from an otherwise superb experience! The front desk staff were warm and attentive, proactively offering tourist guides. This place offers incredible value for money; I highly recommend it!"
