Very satisfied with my stay here, right inside Luzhen. You step out to quaint bridges and flowing water, and it's so peaceful to walk around early in the morning. The room was exquisite, and the butler was very responsive to any issues. The room smelled lovely, and the bathroom was spotless, even with a diffuser. Most importantly, the bar area allowed for brewing tea, and they provided disposable liners for the kettle, which felt very modern and hygienic. My only minor suggestion would be to add a handle to the bathtub for safety.

The room was spotless and the bedding was comfortable. I especially loved that the bath towels were individually packaged – a great touch! The service was just right, and it was so nice to enjoy a quiet bowl of congee late at night. Breakfast was well-balanced and tasty. The laundry room was also clean and well-organized.

Major shopping areas and attractions are just a few minutes' walk away. The hotel's exterior has a modern and elegant design, while the interior decor exudes a warm and inviting atmosphere. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. The room itself was clean and tidy, with a soft and comfortable bed and perfectly sized pillows. The bathroom was well-equipped, featuring a strong shower pressure and high-quality toiletries. Complimentary bottled water and snacks were also a thoughtful touch. The hotel's dining service was equally impressive. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and delicious options. The restaurant environment was elegant, and the staff were friendly and attentive, promptly responding to customer needs. Furthermore, the hotel provides free Wi-Fi with a stable and fast connection, which is a great convenience for business travelers. This establishment is not only exceptional but also incredibly convenient for all tourists. Every attraction is within walking distance, and if you feel like taking a stroll behind the hotel, you will find Jishan Park, which connects to various tourist spots. The hotel is extremely cozy, making you feel right at home. Moreover, the serene environment, surrounded by trees and ancient buildings, makes this hotel the top choice. The rooms are very comfortable, and Puwei even upgraded our room. We enjoyed afternoon tea right at our doorstep. However, what truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service, especially from Puwei. He is not only incredibly helpful but also guided us through all the surrounding itineraries. He even picked us up from the car park and assisted with our luggage, which was greatly appreciated due to the uneven roads. Overall, this trip has been thoroughly enjoyable, despite Shaoxing not being fully developed for international tourists yet. It is a great place to escape the hustle and bustle of city life.

The hotel has a great location, not far from various attractions in Shangyu. Wanda Plaza is nearby for shopping and dining, and the stadium is right next door, making it a top choice for concertgoers. The front desk staff were very welcoming and attentive, always ready to help. They even provided complimentary breakfast for our group of three, which was great. The restaurant is on the top floor, offering a relaxing breakfast with a view. The only downside is that this room type doesn't have a sofa, making it less comfortable to sit or lie down.

The hotel's location is quite convenient, within walking distance to Shen Garden and Lu Xun's Former Residence. There are also plenty of dining options nearby, and the area has a lively commercial atmosphere. The round bed wasn't very comfortable to sleep on. While the room itself was a good size, the placement of the furniture left very little space to move around, and there was nowhere to even put a suitcase. On the plus side, there's a parking lot behind the hotel with charging facilities, which is a nice bonus.

The hotel staff didn't speak any English at all, but they were quite helpful. The room itself wasn't cleaned and there was clearly visible dirt on the carpet, we also got used, dirty and smelly hotel slippers - I asked the staff by using translator to replace it and clean our room because it wasn't cleaned, the promised to do this. They changed our slippers to new ones but the carpet wasn't vacuumed properly again. Apart from that it was fine. Breakfast was nice, rooms are spacious. The check-in and check-out procedure is time consuming because the staff doesn't know English and their procedures are aged - they copied my whole passport with all the previous trips to China and produced a lot of paper in the process for no reason. The check-out was done and we were asked to wait (to check if we used mini bar or something), but no one told us afterwards we can go so we waited for 5 minutes for no reason, I finally asked if we can go and only then the receptionist said yes xD

Very happy to stay here, the environment is very good, parking is convenient, and the service provided by the front desk staff is excellent! The attitude is warm, the check-in and check-out are fast, and they are very considerate and answer any questions. Full marks~

Facilities: It's an old hotel that's been around for a long time, so the facilities are quite outdated. The air conditioning unit was a twist-knob style, which I'd never seen before and found quite novel. Luckily, the AC cooling effect was still very good. Cleanliness: It looked alright, but it was very humid. The sheets and blankets felt damp, and there was a musty smell when sleeping at night. Environment: The hotel is right next to the fabric market, which is very convenient. Service: The front desk staff were very nice and friendly. However, the cleaning lady kept rushing us. We already had our luggage and were about to leave. Just before I used the restroom one last time, she started knocking to come in and clean. As soon as I finished, she knocked again wanting to come in, and then just swiped her card and let herself in. Couldn't she wait even a minute? It was truly speechless; she made us so flustered that I almost forgot my phone and had to go back for it.

The room was clean and tidy. There's free parking available and a decent breakfast spread. My kids also received a small gift, which made them very happy. The front desk staff were really nice.
