Spa Hotels in Shaoxing

"Cleanliness is very important to me, and this hotel was wonderfully clean. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. My checkout was originally at 12 p.m., but since my flight wasn’t until 9 p.m., I asked at the reception if I could stay in my room until 2 p.m. It was no problem at all. Afterwards, I was able to leave my luggage in the lobby. After a few hours of exploring the city, I came back to the hotel in the afternoon. At the entrance, there was complimentary coffee and tea for guests, and I enjoyed a nice cup of coffee there. I stayed at the hotel until around 6 p.m. and felt very comfortable the entire time. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast. The selection was quite large, but it was mostly local-style food. It would be great if there were more Western or international options for guests. There is a beautiful lake near the hotel. Overall, my stay was very pleasant – a clean hotel with friendly staff and good service. I would definitely stay here again!"

"When we came to Shaoxing, I suggested staying at an Atour hotel, but my wife wanted something more upscale, so we booked the Tianma Hotel. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helped us with the check-in process every step of the way. They even thoughtfully asked if we needed Wi-Fi. It's definitely a step above an economy hotel like Atour. The breakfast was plentiful, and while our older child exceeded the height limit and cost an extra 88 RMB per person, the food was excellent. We'll definitely stay here again next time."

"During the three-day and two-night trip to Shaoxing, in order to experience different styles, we booked one night each at Shaoxing Hotel and Xianheng Hotel. Before checking in, the hotel manager, Mr. Huang, contacted us by phone to ask about the approximate check-in time and room requirements. The hotel has a very good location, located in the Lu Xun hometown scenic area. When we arrived at the hotel, because there were three of us, they specially helped us upgrade the room type (executive parent-child room), so we didn't need to add an extra bed. The room was clean and had a small courtyard. They also gave us good night snacks, specially recommended attractions around the hotel, and gave us souvenirs when we checked out. The hotel staff were very warm and thoughtful, and they would greet us warmly when they met. In particular, the waiter Xiao Dai in the restaurant also gave us bookmarks of Lu Xun's collection and acrostic bookmarks with our names, which the elderly at home liked very much. Next time I go to Shaoxing, Xianheng Hotel is my only choice."
