GGuest UserVery satisfied with my stay here, right inside Luzhen. You step out to quaint bridges and flowing water, and it's so peaceful to walk around early in the morning. The room was exquisite, and the butler was very responsive to any issues. The room smelled lovely, and the bathroom was spotless, even with a diffuser. Most importantly, the bar area allowed for brewing tea, and they provided disposable liners for the kettle, which felt very modern and hygienic. My only minor suggestion would be to add a handle to the bathtub for safety.

AArjenshaThe hotel is part of a real estate development that has plans to build villa's along the ridges of the surroundings hills, so it is built to a high quality standard. The villa has a gorgeous view of uninterrupted rolling bamboo forested hills. The surroundings are very quiet, with no other properties within kilometers. The room has floor heating and air conditioning and was very cozy during cold winter weather. Service request were quickly followed up by the team, and small attentions were offered that made our stay even more pleasant. The hotel restaurant offered tasty and reasonably prices meals. Thank you to Mr. Luo and colleagues for taking care of us! The immediate area does not offer many attractions, but we would recommend hiking the 走妈岗 Zou Ma Gang trail about 20km away in the 香榧森林公园。 We also enjoyed a day trip to Wuxie Waterfall park to the west of Zhuji town.

KKafeiciweiThe hotel has a charming, antique village-like atmosphere. The room we stayed in was in a great location, very close to the restaurant, and came with butler service and shuttle transfers. The room type matched the photos we saw when booking. The hotel uses old-fashioned keys for the doors, which is quite unique. The courtyards are interconnected, and during our stay, we noticed people passing through, which raised concerns about safety and privacy. It's important to lock your courtyard gate securely when you go out. The cleanliness could be improved; there was dust in corners. Since our room was by the lake with lots of greenery, insects would enter when we opened and closed the windows this season. I recommend the hotel address this issue. We enjoyed the hotel's Wupeng boat experience. The hotel also offers direct access to the Dayu Mausoleum scenic area, though tickets need to be purchased. It would be even better if future stays could include a collaboration with the attraction. The staff were warm and polite, and we even received a souvenir upon checkout.

GGuest UserStaying at this secluded mountain retreat, nestled amidst misty peaks, was a great experience! The butler-style service was incredibly attentive. Gerry added me on WeChat in advance and was always responsive to my questions. The shuttle bus was available on demand. Upon arrival, we received complimentary welcome fruits, and in the evening, they delivered goodnight snacks. At checkout, they even prepared farewell treats. The sense of ceremony and attention to detail were excellent. The hotel's free travel photography service was also quite good, though my child was eager to return to the room and wasn't very cooperative. The popular 'Cliff Cloud Ladder' takes you directly to the mountaintop, and from there, you can walk along steps to reach Xiayanbei Village, enjoying expansive views all the way.

GGuest UserThis hidden gem of a hotel, nestled at the foot of Kuaiji Mountain, boasts an amazing ecosystem and is perfect for a weekend getaway. The rooms are spacious and exquisitely designed. The service exceeded all expectations – we received a welcome tea and snacks, tremella soup, afternoon tea, and a complimentary dinner for two, which truly showed their sincerity. Our butler contacted us in advance to help plan our itinerary and offered thoughtful reminders. The staff at Shenlu also proactively informed us that we could choose between a set meal or afternoon tea for each of our two rooms.

GGuest UserI've always stayed at the Hilton every time I went back to Zhuji. I'm thinking about checking in at Yunmanju this time. I just checked out, and here's a few things to share: 1. The hotel's overall environment is nice. The gardens and landscaping are quite impressive, showing meticulous care and a high level of aesthetic taste. While the rooms are simply decorated, they're not dull. The materials and amenities are good. The toiletries aren't brand-name; they're quite ordinary. The hair dryer is a Dyson imitation, the toilet is a Kohler smart, and the basin and faucet are likely other generic brands. It happened to rain during my stay, which made the air feel nice and the spring greenery lush. It was a great place to relax. 2. The environment and amenities are quite nice, but the service is a letdown: This hotel's management and service feel like they're putting on a brave face. It looks like they have everything, but they often offer things you don't need, and they don't provide what you need. 1) I checked in at 7 PM, and it took 30 minutes to get through to the front desk. I wanted a latex pillow, but they didn't have one. 2) Breakfast was a pre-packaged portion per person, with no options. It consisted of half a head of corn, a boiled egg, a piece of cake, a few slices of watermelon, a bowl of white fungus, and a bowl of noodles. The white fungus soup was delicious. Since I don't eat cake or fruit, I asked for another bowl of white fungus soup, but they said they didn't have any. My meal time was before 8 AM, so I only made two bowls. 3) When I asked why my room didn't have a bathrobe, they said they only provided bathrobes in higher-priced rooms (I booked a Duyun Room on Ctrip, and they upgraded me to a Duyun Balcony Room). This was completely shocking; this was the first time I'd heard of a hotel providing bathrobes depending on the room rate. 4) The room also supposedly included the first complimentary mini-bar (a grapefruit juice, a Yuanqi water, or something like that, and two 250ml bottles of Baishuishan mineral water), a small bucket of potato chips, two bags of Three Squirrels Daily Nuts, tea bags, drip coffee, and more. (There was no capsule coffee machine.) There was also a large, approximately 1L bottle of Baishuishan mineral water. After I finished drinking the mineral water, I asked for more, but the hotel said they charge for it. It's just regular mineral water. Is that necessary? 3. Also, there's a sign in the hotel lobby: It basically says the hotel area is for consumption, so if you don't want to spend money, don't come here. Ugh... are all artists so petty? Last night, I had planned to stay with friends for a few days during the Qingming Festival holiday. Now I'm thinking Hilton or Parkview Green. At least their service is top-notch, and they won't get mad at you over a few bottles of mineral water. Many hotels even offer mineral water upon check-out. Hot tea upon arrival, water upon departure. Are you really that aloof?

LLanyouyouyoyoThe most successful off-peak May Day travel, it is quiet, peaceful and comfortable here, very suitable for slow life Retro Italian castle style, children like it very much, the room is also equipped with a Philips coffee machine, welcome fruit, the reception center to the room has a sightseeing bus that can be picked up at any time, there is a large lawn, very suitable for team building activities The restaurant ordered 5 dishes for dinner, which were exquisitely made and tasted very good. The chef was attentive Activities: You can barbecue, horseback riding, archery, and the children's playground is on the third floor of the reception room Surroundings: We drove to Shangwang Village, where there is a good restaurant in the past, and the attractions in Shangwang Village are still under development and construction. We drove to Dongxi Village to play in the water and pick wild raspberries. There are also seasonal fruit picking nearby
