Candolim Hotels with Private Pools

"The hotel is in a great location. Very friendly welcome. We were shown to our room and things explained. The balcony was small but ample. The room should have contained robe and slippers but these were missing, although didn't affect our stay so not a real issue. The pool is small but was very quiet and provided a nice cool off. Towels are available at the counter. The hotel is located directly on the beach with beech shacks and restaurants on the beach very nearby. The hotel does not provide beach loungers BUT if you head to a beach shack and buy a drink or two, they will allow the use of a bed for free. Directly out of the hotel gate on the beach there was a lady with beds trying to charge 500 rupees for a bed for the day. This is not necessary when you can get a drink for less with a free bed. We nearly learned the hard way. The bed was far too hard for me, resulting in reduced sleep, but some people may prefer a firmer bed. My partner slept better than me so this was a personal experience. The bedding was nice quality though. The whole place was clean and tidy. Rooms made up every day in the afternoon so not disturbed early morning which is nice. The rooms are not soundproof so a lot of noise can be heard from outside when people start moving around in the morning. Staff were friendly - everyone had a smile, and nothing too much trouble. We only experienced breakfast once, and I would say it is ok as long as you don't expect a full English fry up (which in my opinion you shouldn't as you're in India). The food was hot, tasty, and fresh. There was plenty to choose from for a breakfast selection. If I was to fault the breakfast, to provide a suggestion, providing tea and coffee black so that customers can add their own milk would make it more accessible to all. I can't drink too much dairy so had to give this a miss. Then the only real downside to this hotel we found is when checking out, you are made to wait until the room has been checked, in case you steal anything. I completely understand this, but this should be made clear when checking in. We had booked a taxi to arrive at check out time, which could have resulted in additional costs for waiting time. Just to be mindful if staying here and arranging onward travel. Or maybe the hotel could make this policy clearer upon checking in. All in all a very nice stay in Candolim and this hotel was a good choice."

"A Perfect Birthday Getaway at Hilton Goa Resort! We stayed at Hilton Goa Resort for my birthday, and it couldn’t have been more special! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The highlight was walking into our beautifully decorated room — balloons, and a lovely birthday setup that made me feel so celebrated. The views from the resort are stunning, and the entire property has such a calm, luxurious vibe. The food was fantastic, especially the breakfast spread, and every staff member we met was warm, polite, and genuinely caring. "Excellent location, everything is nearby, the sea, shops and cafes. The area is clean, green, very well-groomed, no extraneous noise, only birds singing) The pool is clean, the water is a comfortable temperature, there are a few sun loungers, but basically everything is on the sea and there is always space. The rooms are spacious, the ceilings are high, everything in the room is in good condition, the rooms are cleaned daily, the rooms are also treated from mosquitoes, which is very important, because there are no mosquito nets on the windows, there is also a fumigator in the room. The bed is comfortable, the bed linen is clean and of good quality. The breakfast is quite decent, but there was not enough of the usual porridge and yogurt. The staff is friendly. The hotel has a calm, comfortable atmosphere, we will be happy to return again!"

"A wonderful hotel next to the beach. Delicious breakfasts. Clean, fresh rooms. Good service. Clean swimming pool. Perfect for a holiday with family or friends. The nearest beach is equipped with cheeslones, a large number of cheap beach restaurants. Great time! Thank you."
