Service: After booking, a dedicated butler proactively informed us of important details, inquired about our travel plans, and assisted with ticket booking, transfers, and guidance. They were attentive without being intrusive – highly commendable! The restaurant next to the hotel is also highly recommended. The breakfast provided was of a very high standard, with a rich variety and excellent flavors. Double Huaqing Royal Hot Spring Baoji Pool 1 entry per night: After returning from our outing, the bath had already been prepared for us, which was incredibly thoughtful! 👍 It was a very pleasant stay."

"Facilities: Well-equipped, with high-quality bedding and amenities. Cleanliness: Spotless. Environment: Directly opposite the 'Song of Everlasting Sorrow' square, just a crosswalk away. The B&B is on the top floor of a building that also houses a BBQ restaurant, Haidilao Hot Pot, and a mall. Downstairs, there are also food stalls. For parking, just follow the Haidilao signs; guests share an elevator with Haidilao and even get a discount there. From the top floor, you can see the lights of 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow' performance in the distance. Service: The owner runs the B&B personally, so any requests can be communicated face-to-face. This place is like a five-star hotel disguised as a B&B – it has the high standards of a hotel combined with the laid-back charm of a guesthouse. When we arrived, an adorable, welcoming cat happily weaved between our legs and even sneaked into our room, begging for pets, which our child absolutely loved. After watching 'The Song of Everlasting Sorrow,' the owner bought a watermelon and brought us a slice, which was wonderfully refreshing. Knowing we wanted to visit the Terracotta Warriors the next day, the owner also recommended a tour guide. Owner, please convey our gratitude to Guide Ren again on behalf of our family."

"This was our first time visiting Xi'an, and we chose this homestay. Our entire family was absolutely delighted. Traveling with children, our top priorities are hygiene and quietness, and this place was not only spotlessly clean but also wonderfully peaceful. The owner was exceptional – easygoing yet thoughtful, deeply knowledgeable about traditional culture, and genuinely kind-hearted. The local recommendations they gave us were perfect for the authentic Xi'an experience we were hoping for. When we bought some local pastries for our friends, the owner was so considerate, kindly helping us store them in the kitchen fridge. In the evenings when we returned, they invited us for tea, chats, storytelling, and even introduced us to the art of incense (xiangdao). In just a few short days, we became good friends. Our child didn't want to leave and strongly insisted on staying a few more days! It was a truly happy and relaxing trip to Xi'an, offering a wonderfully carefree experience. Xi'an, we will definitely be back! And we'll absolutely stay at Guan'erjie again!"

"This hotel is really recommended! The room is very clean and hygienic. Even the corners of the corners that are easy to ignore are cleaned in place. There is no unclean place at all, and it is especially safe to live. The bedding is also clean and comfortable, and it is very comfortable to sleep. "Time slows down here, on its own. The butler is always attentive, remembering my preferred tea temperature and noticing when I return late, with the lights on. The courtyard gets beautiful sunlight during the day, and sitting in the wicker chair, I feel like a leaf gently smoothed out. The polished objects and comfortable fabrics all speak of the care put into every detail. What's rare and precious is the sense of peace – in the dim light of evening, sitting around the fireplace in the lobby, there's no need to be on guard, just to feel. "W Hotel Xi'an · A truly fantastic 5-star experience, book with your eyes closed! **① Room** I booked a Wonderful room, and it felt closer to 60 sqm – super spacious! It had a separate entryway, walk-in closet, a bathroom with a dry/wet separation, a small living area, and the main bedroom. The space utilization was incredibly comfortable. The floor-to-ceiling windows offered a direct view of Qujiang Pool, and at night, you could see the entire expanse of lights on the opposite bank (though you couldn't see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, the night view was still absolutely stunning). W's signature cloud bed and lemongrass scented toiletries made for such a comfortable stay; I slept until I naturally woke up. **② Service** Whatever/Whenever isn't just a slogan! I was half an hour late, and the front desk directly upgraded me to a high-floor lake-view room for free. In the middle of the night, I craved some snacks, and hot steamed dumplings + cold noodles were delivered in 20 minutes. Upon check-out, they even gave me osmanthus cake as a souvenir. I felt incredibly pampered throughout the entire stay; the attention to service details was perfect. **③ Breakfast** The variety was exceptionally rich! There were Chinese, Western, and Japanese options, but the local Shaanxi specialty section was even more appealing – freshly pulled biangbiang noodles, lamb paomo, roujiamo, zenggao, hulutang, and gaga tang were all available. There was also a live egg station, fresh fruit, and a bakery section. I ate until I was stuffed every day. **④ Location & Transportation** It's right by Qujiang Pool, offering a quiet yet upscale environment. It takes about 15 minutes by taxi to get to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Datang Everbright City. The Big Wild Goose Pagoda station on Metro Line 3/4 is about a 10-minute walk away, and it's also very close to the Muslim Quarter, Bell and Drum Towers, and the City Wall, making getting around completely effortless. **⑤ Other** I booked this stay through Trip.com, and the entire process was incredibly smooth. The pre-communication, invoicing, and points were all handled very well. Huge thanks to the Trip.com team!"

"This was my first stay at Hualuxe Tanghua. The hotel proactively upgraded my room to one with a balcony. The room was spacious, but the balcony faced the street (which the front desk also mentioned during check-in). If you prefer a very quiet environment, this might not be the best choice. The customer service, especially from Sakura🌸, was excellent. She was enthusiastic, proactively understood my needs, and responded to messages promptly. During my stay, she even sent complimentary fruit. The hotel breakfast was quite good, and the Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was delicious. The location is super convenient, right next to the Big Wild Goose Pagoda and the Grand Tang Everbright City, both within walking distance. It's easy to get to scenic spots (taking a taxi might hit traffic, and the subway is a bit far). The only minor drawbacks were that the TV couldn't cast, and the toilet wasn't a smart bidet toilet."

"We arrived late at night after a long drive. I had already noted in the booking that we needed two adjoining rooms. However, the rooms we were assigned were in an extremely remote location, almost at the end of the corridor, and upon entering, there was a strong smell of smoke. With children in tow, we had no choice but to request a room change. Although the new room was closer to the elevator, the sofa was a short one, inconsistent with the promotional photos. The next day, we discovered that our window faced directly onto the parking lot entrance and the kitchen chimney, and there was no balcony, making the comfort level extremely poor. During our discussion, the duty manager tried to shirk responsibility, claiming to be new and unfamiliar with the room types, but he has actually been employed for over three months (I saw your name in other reviews). His professionalism needs improvement. Although he later worked very diligently to bring in a longer sofa as a remedy, it took over an hour, leaving the room in a mess and severely impacting our check-in experience. Considering an average price of 1600 per night, and as a luxury hotel brand, room allocation and housekeeping services should not have these issues. I recommend choosing this hotel with caution. Additionally, none of the special activities included in our package were utilized."

"The hotel has a great location, very quiet, with a passageway leading to the Tang Paradise. It's open from 9 am to 10 pm. I booked a twin room, but the room was small, and one bed was very close to the bar, waking me up several times with the noise of the refrigerator. The breakfast was mediocre; the boiled eggs were not fresh, and the overall dishes were somewhat perfunctory. The service was also subpar; perhaps because it's a northern city, the staff are a bit rough around the edges. The receptionist and her supervisor on the day of my check-in were very unprofessional, even complaining about their hotel's cleaning staff in front of me."
