The hotel has a predominantly American style with a youthful and trendy vibe. Everything from the color scheme to the overall decor is excellent. Let me highlight a few things I particularly liked. First, the front desk service was fantastic. I arrived late at night, and the staff was still incredibly welcoming, giving me a thorough overview of the hotel's facilities. A huge bonus was the room upgrade and the complimentary welcome snacks and drinks. I had a lot of luggage, and the front desk even pressed the elevator button for me, which I really appreciated. Secondly, the hotel has many rooms and is divided into different sections, but the front desk staff thoughtfully directed me to the elevator closest to my room. I stepped out and it was right there, which I found very considerate. Thirdly, the upgraded room was spacious and well-equipped with all the basic amenities. A special mention goes to the hairdryer, which was powerful, and the excellent water pressure. Also, the disinfecting wipes next to the toilet were a great little detail – very hygienic! My last point is about breakfast. I was in a hurry, so I didn't take photos, but the breakfast selection was mainly Western with four Chinese stir-fried dishes. However, what really caught my eye was the freshly made noodle soup. Overall, my experience at this hotel was incredibly value for money, and I'd definitely come back!

Et Fei, a brand co-created by Hyatt and首旅如家 (Shou Lv Ru Jia), truly lives up to its reputation. The public areas are incredibly well-designed and comfortable. The Lobby Innovation Space is perfect for working or relaxing, and the 24-hour coffee bar is a fantastic bonus. The rooms are clean and tidy, with comfortable bedding. The bathroom features a dry/wet separation, and the in-room smart system is easy to use. The mini-bar is also well-stocked. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room and a gym, which is a must-have for long stays and very convenient for business travelers or those on an extended trip. The front desk and housekeeping staff are all very friendly, responsive, and meticulous with their daily cleaning. The location is great for getting around, with plenty of dining options nearby. I stayed for over a week straight, and overall, it was consistently good with no unpleasant surprises. The value for money is excellent, and I'll definitely prioritize Et Fei for my next visit. Highly recommended!

The room is spacious and well-designed, with a separate wet and dry area. It comes with a desk, a round table, a sofa, and a swivel chair, so there's plenty of space even if you have a lot of luggage. 😄 The Roujiamo from Yuanjia Village nearby is amazing! I also managed to try Lao Wujia's oil tea and Jiajia's oil Huxuan, which were both incredibly delicious! The service was thoughtful, with separate wet and dry slippers, soft drinks, coffee, and herbal tea. The breakfast offered a wide variety of local specialties, including Liangpi, Helaomian, and health-boosting teas. Since the hotel only has three floors of guest rooms, the breakfast area wasn't overly crowded, making for a much better experience. I also encountered quite a few foreign guests, so it seems this hotel is a top pick for international visitors too. To anyone coming to Xi'an, this hotel is definitely a no-brainer!

I highly recommend the Xi'an Bell Tower Original Tuo Hotel! My stay far exceeded expectations. The room hygiene was meticulously done, even the corners were spotless, and the overall feel was clean and refreshing. The room was spacious, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety, including freshly cooked noodles and local specialty snacks, all of which tasted great. The staff were gentle and polite, and check-in was efficient. The surrounding commercial area is well-developed, close to the City Wall and Yizhou Mall, making sightseeing and dining very convenient. There's also a self-service laundry room, which is a great practical perk. It's perfect for both independent travelers and short trips; every detail is thoughtfully taken care of. I genuinely recommend it!

Very close to the subway and surprisingly quiet, with a cool retro decor. It was super convenient for getting around. You absolutely HAVE to try the rice noodles for breakfast! I ate them for three days straight, haha. They come with a stir-fried meat sauce that's incredibly delicious. The aunties and the front desk staff were all so thoughtful and accommodating. They helped with everything I asked for, even printing dozens of pages of my contract! **Double Indulgence Afternoon Tea Buffet**: Highly recommended, with fruits, pastries, and coffee.

The hotel's location is excellent, with bus and subway stations right at its doorstep. The Bell Tower and Muslim Street are within walking distance, and popular attractions are just a few subway stops away. The hotel staff were very welcoming and upgraded our room to a very spacious one, which was clean and odor-free. They even provided charging cables by the bedside. Our stay was very comfortable. The hotel also offered afternoon tea and a late-night bowl of noodles. This trip to Xi'an was truly enjoyable!

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay! The hotel is located right in the city center by the Bell Tower, making it super convenient to get anywhere. The room was spotless, and the lighting was soft and comfortable, not harsh at all. What really surprised me were the gym and self-service laundry room – so handy for doing laundry and working out while traveling. All the facilities were in excellent condition. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I'd definitely choose this place again next time.

The hotel is conveniently located about 6 minutes walk from Metro station. Also it is surrounded by different tourist attractions including a walking street about 100meters away and loads of restaurants and fooddrink shops, also there's a number of shopping malls nearby! The room was very good size and the air conditioned. Staff are very friendly and try to accommodate all guest needs, excellent customer service provided by front desk! There's also a very clean and professional massage place in the building separate from the hotel! Breakfast buffet is very good and variety of food is very good from boiled eggs and milk and soya milk to freshly prepared noodles and fried eggs and bao and dumplings to different salads and fried noodles all are served. Highly recommend it to everyone who is going to the beautiful city of Xian.

This was our least satisfying hotel during our two-week trip in China. Although rated as a four-star hotel, the staff and service failed to meet expected standards. We arrived late at night, exhausted. The front desk clerk showed a lack of professionalism handling passport check-in. She was unfamiliar with procedures for guests with passports and suggested we use a “No ID Check-in” service, which seemed to involve odd credit-related verification requirements—something we never encountered at any other hotel in China. Eventually, she contacted her supervisor and took photos of all our passports on her personal phone to send them elsewhere. We complied assuming this was internal policy. What frustrated us further: the attendant was still casually chatting and keep joking with colleagues while sorting out our registration. We had pre-paid our stay via Trip.com with passport information already submitted on the platform, yet we endured such a long wait when we were eager to get some rest. Only one room key card was provided upon arrival. The staff member explained that extra cards were unavailable late at night and told us to come back the next day to request a second card. The room relies on the key card for power activation, creating major inconvenience for two guests. If we took the card out of the room, all electricity including the air conditioning shut off. On such hot days, returning to a room without cooling was very uncomfortable or one person headed out then the other person should suffer from the power outages... When we returned before 6 p.m. the next day to ask for a second room card, we were informed there were still no spare cards available and we were only entitled to one. We were told we would need to wait until other guests checked out to obtain an extra card. It is unreasonable to expect tourists to cut sightseeing short and return the hotel around noon just to collect a spare room card. We found this explanation hard to accept. Other facilities were just acceptable. Location was good. Hotel amenity was good. They have self service laundry, but always being occupied. Only two complimentary bottles of water were provided in the room, compared to four bottles offered by other four-star hotels we stayed at during this trip.

My stay at the Hampton by Hilton Xi'an Dayan Pagoda from June 13th for two nights exceeded my expectations. The guest room's feature wall had a custom, hand-painted mural of the Dayan Pagoda in a traditional Chinese style. The elegant purple-toned ancient architectural patterns were very appealing, allowing me to immerse myself in the ancient charm of Chang'an without even leaving the room – the design truly captured the local character. The room was clean and odor-free, the bedding was soft and fluffy, and the pillows were just the right height, ensuring a comfortable night's sleep. Both sides of the bed had wall lamps and charging outlets, showing thoughtful and practical design details. The hotel's location is excellent; I could walk to the Dayan Pagoda and Datang Everbright City, making it very convenient to return after an evening stroll. Check-in at the front desk was efficient, and the service was warm and attentive. The self-service breakfast included a rich variety of Shaanxi local snacks. The hotel facilities were complete. This will be my top choice for future visits to Xi'an, and I will definitely book here again.
