Scenic Hotels in Irvine

"I was generally satisfied with the location, facilities, breakfast, and overall service. However, I was not satisfied with the housekeeping and cleaning service. Housekeeping was provided daily except on weekends, but the quality varied from day to day. On some days, it seemed like only the towels were replaced. On other days, the trash bins were emptied, but tissues were left scattered on the floor. There were also days when the housekeeping was done perfectly. I’m not sure why there is such a difference in service quality. I hope more consistent service can be provided. Additionally, even after the cleaning service, I noticed small pieces of trash on the floor. However, the trash was not mine, and I couldn't understand why it was on the floor of my bedroom. Overall, it was a good place to stay and I was satisfied in general. If the housekeeping and cleaning services are improved, it could become an even better accommodation."

"The service was very thoughtful. I asked for two beds when I checked in, which was solved immediately. They told me the exit points of the parking lot. The bacon for breakfast was very crispy and delicious. It tasted almost the same as when I stayed there thirteen years ago. Although there were not many varieties, first of all, they were enough, and secondly, the quality was good. There is also a Costco very close to this hotel, which is very convenient for self-driving tours to replenish goods and refuel."

"The hotel is a little older but they keep it very nice. The upgrades to the lobby, dining, and outdoor areas are exquisite, with ample seating room and comfort. The rooms were clean, cozy, with great pillows. Their service was above and beyond. The only downsides were a $35 breakfast, and $50 parking/ day. It's getting a bit insane. Like why?"

"The hotel was nice when I first arrived. It was clean and the customer service staff was friendly. However, the hotel is a bit old and the carpet in the room smells a bit. The breakfast was also very simple. Basically, I had coffee, fried eggs, sausages, and some fruit. The price was not worth it."

"The location of the highway exit is very convenient for travel. The facilities are a bit outdated. There are no toiletries or slippers, and no free bottled water. The surrounding area lacks a commercial atmosphere. Having a car is fine, but not having one is a real pain."

"Good place but worst internet service. If you are someone who cares about wifi experience, DO NOT choose this hotel. First of all there’s an extra fee for high quality wifi, which is the one I bought. But during a very important online session my internet was disconnected for no reasons. Ridiculous!"

"The room was quite spacious, just a bit old, but acceptable. The main issue was the train passing by, which was very noisy. Breakfast was also decent and quite plentiful. The hotel seemed to be fully booked every day, and some rooms opened directly to the outside, like a motel."
