My stay here was absolutely perfect! The room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The bedding was so soft and fluffy, I instantly relaxed after a long journey. The staff were warm and attentive, and the location is super convenient. You can easily walk to the Twin Towers Cathedral and Xujiahui Library. Xu Guangqi's Memorial Park is currently under renovation, but I'm sure it will be beautiful and elegant when it's done! Getting around and finding places to eat was a breeze. I highly recommend this place and will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The bedding was comfortable and clean. We received a free room upgrade, and we could see Xujiahui Cathedral from our window. The shower had strong water pressure, and the air conditioning got nice and cool. The hotel is located in the heart of Xujiahui, making transportation and dining very convenient. Xujiahui Cathedral, Xuhui Bookstore, and the Jiaotong University campus are all just a stone's throw away.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and was genuinely impressed by the level of technology and convenience they offer. One of the standout features was their robotic delivery service. It was efficient, fun to experience, and added a modern touch to the stay. The room also included a massage chair, which was a fantastic addition and perfect for relaxing after a long day. It felt like a luxury feature that greatly enhanced the overall experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Combining excellent service with innovative technology, this hotel offers a unique and memorable experience. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a taste of the future.

The room layout was well-designed and functional, spotlessly clean. I especially loved the bathroom area; the spot for grabbing clothes, then right out to the mirror and soft stool for drying hair – the flow was incredibly well-thought-out. There's also a large space opposite the sofa, perfect for luggage. The location is fantastic too, right next to Xujiahui Metro Line 1 station. Grand Gateway 66, Metro City, and Xujiahui Library are all within easy walking distance. The hotel's breakfast and late-night supper options were good, and the welcome fruit selection was rich and high-quality. Plus, breakfast extends until 11 AM on holidays, which is a huge bonus. My only minor gripe is that it would be even better if the two elevators were a bit faster; waiting times could be quite long unless you happened to catch one just arriving. As a designated hotel for major events by Jiushi, the exterior is spacious and grand, giving off an elegant and sophisticated vibe overall. However, while the exterior facilities of this branded five-star hotel are impeccably arranged and elegant, the interior rooms lack a certain touch of refinement. Specifically, if half of the sofa in the room could be reversed to form an S-shape, it would not only offer comfortable relaxation but also perfectly frame the beautiful views of the Sports Park… Some rooms in the event hotel feature exceptionally thoughtful accessibility facilities, and the sports and rehabilitation amenities downstairs are very comprehensive. The SPA environment is comfortable and the service is excellent. Kitchen No. 94 offers a dining experience worth trying!

This hotel has a unique ambiance, perfect for hosting clients. My friends highly recommended it, especially for those who appreciate Chinese-style decor. The stay was very satisfying, and the surrounding transportation is also convenient.

Amazing stay with Moxy in Shanghai! Although the external look of the building was not good as expected, however the stay is incredibly amazing and not mentioning the location of the hotel is great. I have extended my stays over here from 2 nights to 4 nights in total, all good and amazing!

This is my second time booking here, as someone from the suburbs, I'm playing city dweller for a few days. Part of me selfishly hopes fewer people discover this hidden gem of a hotel in such a prime location, but I also genuinely wish for it to thrive. What truly stands out is how polite the parking attendant is; he's one of the friendliest security guards I've ever encountered. My mood is always great from the moment I enter or leave the parking lot, and I hope the hotel gives them some recognition. The street opposite has recently been renovated and is now open for business, which has really enhanced the shopping experience around here. It's truly a comfortable stay. As Shanghainese say, '螺蛳壳里作道场' (making a grand show in a snail shell – meaning making the most of a small space), the room has everything you need. The only minor drawback is the limited storage space; it would be perfect if there were an additional small table/chair or a TV cabinet.

I've stayed at the voco in Jing'an Temple on West Nanjing Road before, and this time I chose the Xujiahui location. The interior design is consistent across both – perfect for solo travelers. They offer complimentary sodas and sparkling water, and the front desk staff were all excellent. Their attitude during both check-in and check-out was really good.
