Ascott properties in Shenzhen

This stay was absolutely fantastic! The apartment is right next to the metro station, which made getting around incredibly easy. Plus, there's a huge shopping mall downstairs with everything you could possibly need for dining and shopping. The location is perfect, saving us a lot of travel time. The service was warm and attentive, check-in was efficient, and the room was clean and tidy. Having a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen with all the utensils was a huge bonus, especially for a family trip. Overall, it was convenient and comfortable, perfectly meeting all our travel needs. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time.

The room was very comfortable and came with a washer-dryer combo, which was super convenient. Fiona at the front desk was a lifesaver, helping me with a late check-out – much appreciated! Traveling with a child wasn't nearly as tiring thanks to the facilities, making our stay quite pleasant. The breakfast offered a good variety of options too. Overall, I'm very satisfied with both the hardware (facilities) and the service. The gym was also incredibly well-equipped; I even managed to squeeze in a chest workout while my little one napped, which was amazing!
